However, after he pulled 7 teeth within 10 minutes and rushed me out of his office, without property sedating me, I was miserable. He gave me 8 pills to help with pain which I took the first night, as the nurse told me to do if it was that bad. The day after I still had horrible bleeding, and ended up going to the hospital after I went into see him and he treated me like a junkie, barely looked at my mouth. The hospital ended up fixing my stitches and some of the work he did where he sawed down too much bone. I would NEVER wish anyone his butchering.

Walking into the reception area, experienced easy check-in and quick filling up of the new patient paperwork. Did notice that the waiting room did not have any self-beverage amenities like water or coffee or tea (which is why have reduced a star) but the seats were so comfy, I actually had a little snooze! My appointment time was 1:30 and I was called in within 5 mins of that time, so they were fairly prompt. The nurse who took my blood pressure and explained the process was a wonderful person by the name of Patty and she was AWESOME! What impressed me the most was that she explained everything so well, and she probably has to run thru this same spiel umpteen times a day, but honestly you wouldn't know that cause she was so attentive! After the consult and the options were explained to me, I made a decision on the procedure, and was straightaway next directed to the office Mgr for payment. Then went back to the waiting room and was called a few minutes later and headed into surgery. My actual surgery was so quick and painless! I was honestly amazed at the dexterity with which Dr Garfinkel removed the tooth, I couldn't believe it was all done in 5 minutes! Patty then gave me detailed post-op instructions and 2.5 hours later I was headed home. I was dealing with wisdom teeth pain for 2 months and simply thought it was a tooth pushing. Each night was a headache and hard to sleep or even eat. I registered online (great option by the way) scheduled an appointment for Thursday to get an exam/x-ray. Come to find out they needed to be pulled. They were so accommodating and Maria explained to me so well of what the options were and how things could go. They were even willing to extract them for me the same day but I wasn't prepared. I scheduled for Friday morning instead (next day). During my visit I got to meet some of the nicest people that clearly LOVE their profession. Everyone from the front to the procedure itself were excellent in making my nerves calm for this. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Maria, Andrew, Sonia, Dr. Bhatti, and Amanda, for helping to guide me with patience and compassion for the situation I was in. You all made a nerve wrecking situation very pleasant and 3 days later I have 0 pain whatsoever (I've had 0 pain since the procedure at all which is outstanding). I looked at 4 other places before finally discovering this place and I'm glad I did. People like the staff here are the type that should train others in every profession when it comes to how to treat people with kindness and the ability to have positive impacts in their journey! I was immediately greeted by Abby and she made check in a breeze she was so incredibly friendly and put me at ease for my initial visit. Dr Ydrach was so kind and engaging and he made me feel like having my tooth pulled was not going to be anything and I had nothing to worry about. P we made my appointment for the end of the week which was surprising because I know this is an extremely busy office and the day of the appointment I was in and out in less than an hour which is crazy considering I was having a molar pulled. Because I don't have an issue with local anesthesia I didn't have to go under so I was fine to go home with pain meds ice and soft food. Within a week I was eating normal again and my stitches dissolved on their own and everything went great. I highly recommend this office they are amazing.

He refused to prescribe antibiotics until it actually got infected to the point where I was oozing yellow pus out of the wound. He had to re-excise the area where to this day, years later, it never healed properly and I have scar tissue build up around the area. This led to a permanent dimple/indent on my face. 2) I asked him about a mucocele that developed on my lip (he was the only one who took my insurance at that time and I wanted to know what it was at least). I asked what to do about it and he said, "bite it to pop it." Seriously? That's exactly what NOT to do after I researched. I realize he might've been joking but he offered no medical advice whatsoever. Luckily it went away without surgery but regardless, I would've never went back to him for surgery or anything else anyways. Do yourself a favor and avoid AT ALL COSTS. Even if he's the only one who takes your insurance, do not go to him. In all my experience with him, he's always deflected blame, never took responsibility, apologized, and always acted like he couldn't care less.
