P we made my appointment for the end of the week which was surprising because I know this is an extremely busy office and the day of the appointment I was in and out in less than an hour which is crazy considering I was having a molar pulled. Because I don't have an issue with local anesthesia I didn't have to go under so I was fine to go home with pain meds ice and soft food. So it is with sadness, that I post this review of BR Dental. 1) They ask for payment in front of the entire lobby, without telling you ahead that I owed $900.00 that day, they raised their voice, so the entire lobby looked at me, as I said, "I am not prepared to pay that today." They said, "No pay, no finishing your front teeth bridge." Everyone heard this in the lobby: No privacy. 2) Dental work was not properly notated in their chart and also, not noted properly to the insurance company, so that when an implant crown (around $1,500.00) broke on daughter, within the warranty period, they denied that they even did the crown implant. I asked for paper work: it was not in the paper work, or ...(fill in the blank). Atrocious! Note to all customers: keep all receipts on expensive dental work. Partly My fault, I did not have my receipt! 3) a four tooth bridge (front teeth), $3,000. after we went to another dentist, and I asked about the way it was glued in. The dentist said that the bridge foundation was recycled from my previous bridge (although I paid "new" prices). I was not told this, and this was not disclosed to the insurance company. Bottom line: There is something rotten in the state of Denmark." (Shakespeare). Something is wrong here...use with caution.

However, after he pulled 7 teeth within 10 minutes and rushed me out of his office, without property sedating me, I was miserable. He gave me 8 pills to help with pain which I took the first night, as the nurse told me to do if it was that bad. The day after I still had horrible bleeding, and ended up going to the hospital after I went into see him and he treated me like a junkie, barely looked at my mouth. The hospital ended up fixing my stitches and some of the work he did where he sawed down too much bone. I would NEVER wish anyone his butchering.
