I took my granddaughter to get a mani/pedi today. The service was wonderful. As soon as we walked in the salon we were greeted with a smile and they courteously helped us pick from the many services they have to find what we wanted for her. They have a service called the Princess, and Dalia treated my granddaughter as such. She got her mani/pedi with the color of nail polishes she wanted. They have a vast array of nail polishes with the most beautiful colors that it was hard to pick. Dalia even made a design of a flower on both her big toes, she's truly an artist. Needless to say my granddaughter and I were extremely happy with our service and with the way we were treated. We will definitely be returning for our mani/pedi. And they give you something to drink at no cost to the customers! read more

I walked in and noticed that it was pretty busy. I asked (who I am assuming was the manager) how long of a wait and she informed me that it would be 20 mins. Well 20 mins turned into over an hour! I was given a cup of water finished that and still waited. Yes it looks all nice and clean but the amount of wait time it is not worth it!! read more

Brought by daughter with me and she was applied gel without my consent. Also, when sat down for pedi, chair was not wiped down and/or sanitize from previous customer. They definitely overcharge you, especially if you don't pay attention or ask questions. I was told it would be 35 for a fill which is ridiculous because it's 35 to get acrylic nails. I was told it would still be 35 for a color change. When I went up to pay the lady ended up charging me 50 dollars. And was told I couldn't get my discount because I was using a gift card where it does not disclose that anywhere. read more

Worst nail salon I've ever been to, absolutely horrible service. Owner ran all over the shop, speaking Chinese/Vietnamese at her staff, never answering patrons questions regarding services, price anything just pushing everyone to "sign in". We were at group of 6 and out of us 6 only 1 nail job was decent. My nail tech didn't know how to take my request, we in hoping to get exactly what I wanted ( with a picture" for reference and ended up looking nothing like what I wanted. SMH will never go back for sure. I gave a star only wish it had a negative in front of it. read more

I've been to the fountain nail bar MULTIPLE times, and every time is just as good as the one before, if something goes wrong they accept the fault and will do their Best to accommodate to you. this is a place WHERE YOU PAY FOR QUALITY, "this other place does it cheaper" then go there? Let your nails lift in two weeks. pay for quality not "I can deck my nails out for this much" and it's cheap work, if you complain about prices here for QUALITY then maybe you should try something in your budget?? I know for sure people are extra with their reviews about this place cause I'm a regular and I've had multiple people work on my nails. if you wanna complain for $10 length nails maybe you should stick to your cheaper option ;) read more

This is probably the worst manicure I have ever had. I had gel polish, but instead of soaking it off, they filed it all off. The tech had his thumb bitten to the quick, and dried blood was visible around the nail bed. It was disgusting. I got out if there as fast as I could. read more

They are RACIST. They made my boyfriend wait longer than three other walk ins just to say "sorry". I suggest not going to this nail place if you are any other race bedsides caucasian.... I left in tears cause of how awful they made him feel and I feel on the one day we were able to get a day-sitter for some "us" time, just for them to not even acknowledge him and forget about him. This place is amazing! I have been using them since I moved to El Paso which has been 5 months now. The customer service is excellent, and they always deliver on what I want! It is on the more expensive side, pedicures start at $37 for the super basic one, but as always, you get what you pay for! They offer an array of services and I have no problem driving 20 minutes across town to go get my nails and toes done here. I always make an appointment which I highly suggest just so for your benefit. Most times I am able to make same day appointments which is very helpful! read more

Came in and it was a little busy, I probably waited for about 5-10 minutes, I got offer a drink while I waited so, it was nice. Place is pretty clean, staff is friendly. Price is full set $40 for gel, they charge me extra $7 for pointy nails since mine were so short. One thing that you need to ask is about getting your pedicure $5 done before you have your nails done. Other than that it was good. read more

I was referred by a friend to come check this place out since I just moved to the area. It was very clean and open. I was told to sign in on an iPad, after five mins I was taken to my nail tech. I told him what I wanted and seemed to get annoyed with what I had on my nails from a previous place. As he was doing my nails, they look good but during the process he didn't seem to clean up around my nails, I had to tell him and that bothered him. They do offer beverages while you wait and get your nails done. I would go back but I would definitely ask for Jessica to do my nails this time. read more

I personally wouldn't give this salon even a 1 star, I had literally the worst experience here with my 4 year old daughter who was waiting all week for a salon day yesterday, I was made fun of, I was pressured into paying more for another package by nail tech BEBE, there is nail polish all over my feet still and they left my daughter in the chair after I asked for someone to help her multiple times to help her out because she needed to use the restroom she and I were both ignored. This place is awful. I clearly signed up for a Gel MANICURE, but immediately the guy wanted to do powder. I had such a difficult time understanding him due to the language barrier that I just went along with what he said. He had me pick a color and then started dipping my fingers in the little tub without Even washing my hand. How many finger have been put into that tub? I asked him when he was going to do the manicure and he replied "you want manicure? Five dollars more." I couldn't believe it. He did the manicure after the powder, so it looked like it was outgrown about 2 weeks. I will never go back there again. Don't waste you money. read more

I had been going to this salon for a while, i always acrylic gel nails. First off i ask for a tapered square which is like coffin but not too coffin at all it's just to make the the shape of the nail more narrow. They always give me coffin even after every time i show them a picture. They also rip the nails off with other nails and if you know how these nails are supposed to be properly taken off you're supposed to soak them in acetone. not just once but twice i went in and had my actual nail broken underneath and i told them if we could soak it off and they said they could take it off TWICE. i sat there as they tried to take off the fake nail while also causing damage and pain to my actual nail. I was crying and asking them to please soak it off and leave it alone and they said that they were almost done and it was almost off . the nail tech then called over the other people who work there and they began giggling and decided to all give a go at trying to rip my nail off. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. If you're looking for a great salon go to Happiness Nail Salon on edgemere. they know how to properly take off the nails and finally gave me the right shape i've been looking for. I went in for a pedicure. My nail tech was Vivian she did a really awesome job. And I come from California. Only bad part about this place I was overcharged by the receptionist name Kelly . I had a to pay $55 and they charged me $110 like how in the hell does a pedicure cost that much. So I told the receptionist i was being overcharged and she called her manager and they said my money will back in 24hrs and i still had to pay $55 like wtf . so I hope I do get my money back if not there be will a problem. read more

I went for a pink and white full, the technician didn't understand English so she cut the nails too far down so there wasn't much left of my real nail to apply the overlay to. I left with much shorter nails than I cane in with. The next visit was my second and last. I signed in on the tablet and waited while the two employees carried on a personal conversation for over ten minutes then one of them said she would help me. She proceeded to fill my nails but missed huge gaps between my cuticles and the full. When I told her she filled them more then she shaped my one nail crooked. I told her and she said she didn't see what I was talking about. I showed another worker and she said the crooked nail must be from another shop. I started laughing and told her at least she could see it was crooked and I had only been to this shop. I went to pay and just for the pink to be filled and the technician shaping my nail crooked, they tried to charge me $35. I brought it to the managers attention and she said yes it's only $25 when filling only one color. I showed the manager my crooked nail and asked to be taken out of their computer and I will never return. read more

It's a very clean and nice nail salon. However, they are way overpriced. I also felt very rushed on picking a color. She ended up putting a powder color on me when I wanted a gel polish. The whole time I was there the nail tech (Kelly) had 3 other techs come sit around here and had some kind of altercation or conflict. She was so unfocused and then started crying. I asked her if she needed a minute but ignored me. I understand everyone has their own issues but it was unprofessional to do that in front of a customer and not give them your full attention. Especially when she was missing steps or fingers because she was not focused. When I checked out, on their website they had a coupon for 5% off if you paid in cash . The lady at check out said they were not doing that promo anymore. After having to show her on my phone that it still pops up and they should take it off of they are not going to honor it, she ending up giving it to me. Not a good experience overall and overpriced, they do awesome designs but I've been to plenty of nail salons where designs and same quality you can get for a more reasonable price! read more

This is the second time I came here to get my nails done. The first time that I went there a parent had a child there playing with the polish. The staff and the parent didn't say anything. The little girl spilled some polish and ended up getting a hole in my jacket from the glue she spilled. The manager basically said $10 off my next visit. There will be no next visit. They are too expensive and not because of the service they give but because of the wine bar and the new design around the shop. Not worth the money. The nail techs suck. I really struggled with whether or not to write this review, but here it goes. I have been a client at this location for quite a few services and visits over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, my last visit in will be my last. While I have received some excellent service in the past, I am so upset and embarrassed to have to discuss my most recent experience. A young man performed the services for my pedicure and dip manicure. He was friendly and seemed kind, but it was evident that he was not trained (or trained properly) yet. I was there for approximately 3 hours for a manicure and dip. I had been at this same location less than 4 weeks prior for the same services at only an hour and a half (to put the time into perspective). The lady doing nails next to me did 2 clients nails in the time it took him to do only my nails. She even giggled at my nail tech a few times. It is not just the extensive amount of time, but the fact that upon arrival they did not ask if I was okay with a trainee or offer any sort of discount for that option (which I would not have take anyhow as I would have preferred someone trained so I could be in and out quickly, but the communication would have been nice). To make matters worse, this new tech cut me fairly badly on one of my nails with a tool and could not get it to stop bleeding and had to put 2 different products on it to stop it. Not one time did he speak. He did not say "I'm sorry" or "are you okay". He just went about doing what he was going to do. He did not tell me what products he was putting on me to stop the bleeding and the bottles he was obtaining it from were unlabeled. I am saddened to say this is how they would treat a loyal patron of their establishment and a human being. I am not a confrontational person and can be a bit shy so I did not say anything while I was there but I was feeling so very uncomfortable. I also still left a tip on my FULL priced service (over $100 service) because I felt bad for the tech as well. It was obvious he may have been a little uncomfortable too. A lady approached him towards the end of the service to inspect his work, but the damage was already done. It is not his fault he was improperly trained prior to being allowed to work on a client, it is his managers responsibility and the owners responsibility to ensure they receive proper training prior to allowing them to assist a client.
