My freshman and sophomore year was awful. I am only grateful because I have good friends and interesting teachers. Junior year yet to come, but I already feel like a drop out. This isn't even personal. Some teachers need to get fired. "Teaching" the same method of decades yet learning conditions were awful in one chemistry class to the point I could not pay attention without feeling stressed by the mess. Not only that, the teacher would introduce new concepts everyday with little to no elaboration, repetition, or awareness for learning styles. He presented summaries of things in the unit and the class was highly unorganized.. half the kids cheated in his class and they still cheat. They need to have a system for yearly quality checks for classrooms.. it benefits everyone. I'm not going to call out bad names. Mr. Lee, though, is one of the best chemistry teachers if not of the entire nation, the entire school. I transferred to his Chem Comm class after I had an F in Chemistry (now called chemistry honors) class. I missed school many times due to mental health and medical reasons, but his class never was distressing. Mind you, I told my counselor to transfer me out three weeks at the start of school.. where I already had a C.. she said no. Absurd. Spanish teachers are great. English teachers are efficient. Another thing is that when I was new to the MUN program in my freshman year, it was inefficient and I had a C average for my MUN class because organizing everything was hectic, teachers learning how to mix MUN with casual learning. This year's MUN was great and I think it's amazing, great investment. School food is good for "school food." I wouldn't recommend /this school/, but I would recommend some teachers here. Not only that, they didn't give my sister her graduation paper because her "name was too long." It's four syllables/words, last name six letters, the rest are each only three letters. So ridiculous. 05/09/2023 Ah, Taco Tuesday. The pinnacle of every mediocre, sluggish, monotonous second day of the repetitive nature of school. Today in particular I did not have a club meeting for Illumination Foundation, as I usually do every Tuesday. Immediately when the bell rang indicating fourth period ended, I sped-walked to the outdoor lunch lines, hoping to snatch whatever was left of the infamous tacos. Thankfully, nowadays, there are always still a handful left even halfway into lunch. I frantically searched for my ID screenshot in the depths of my photos and thanked the cafeteria worker for the box of tacos as I quickly grabbed an apple juice carton. Finally, I am seated and can enjoy these bad boys. Sometime 10/08/2024 Woah. I never finished this review. I think it tasted good? Idk I lost the photo of this but imagine a black plastic container with two pieces of tortilla holding together ground beef mixed in with the cheapest American Cheddar cheese. Go Barons! PLEASE READ!!! Many people refer to this school as the "asian school" due to its high standards and the rigorous competition. Despite this "honor", there is at least one kid everyday sobbing their eyes out over a class rank, and during finals seasons, surges of low self-esteem and severe mental crises. Here, there is no such thing as student well-being- it is there but doesn't serve any realistic benefit for the student body. Out of all schools in the HBHS district, this school definitely ranks last for student morale and mental health. There is no support for low-income students - they pour all of the school budget on the most preposterous things, rather than a successful place for students to learn. The staff are there to monitor activity around the school but to students' eyes, are the biggest interference. The counselors do not work like counselors, at least one of my child's friends was behind on graduation because of the counselor's advice. It is best if you do your own research rather than taking advice from the counselors. My son has gotten food poisoning from the food in the lunch lines and has stated many problems with the lunch lines: poor supervision, crowded, and overall terrible food quality. I've already pulled my son out of this school and toward a private school for a better experience before he graduates. Please reconsider when selecting your next high school- it's the most important last 4 years and it is crucial you select the school that best fits you. read more

If u want an amazing hs experience and have fun, not in this school. The cost of fun events are expensive and the academic competition is very VERY competitive. Every student your around is always gonna talk about school rankings at least once and theres always mental health issues among many students here. Mental health here so bad that there are students going through the worst of the worst because of the competitive mindset to be the top of the class. And even if u tried, its very costly as for instance, each ap exam is over 100 dollars without financial aid. Its like to be the top of the class and get into amazing colleges, u gotta be rich to take these tests. Even for fun, prices like prom and homecoming can reach to almost 100 dollars, so is the cost of yearbook and in general just too expensive. Lunch here is mid but they are terrible at keeping lines consistent and fair. And the staff in the office dont care at all and counselors arent very helpful. Most teachers there are very nice and cares about the student's education for sure but the staff will give u a hard time. Glad to be graduating soon because i will not be coming back. read more

Wonderful school and teachers. I went to FVHS when we won the KISS FM Oingo Boingo contest. The school has gone through a lot of changes since then but they are for the better. I really like the tennis program. Hershel Patel has an excellent program and has a very competitive team. The Track program is amazing under Coach Bivens and Coach Kim. Having the track program running during the pandemic was amazing for the kids to still be able to have a sense of normalcy. The administration is wonderful and the education provided here gives the kids a good base to head to college. All the History teachers are amazing. I'm really happy we are all Barons 4 Life. Wow what a shocking experience. Came and spent 1.5 hours and I was shocked at how full of it they were. The lady that gave the tour was ok but you can tell she's very proud. The counselor also proud but stuck up. Let me explain. They were proud of their school and didn't want to answer questions regarding kids who'd need more help. Attitude was "this is high school. We don't hand holds like private schools nor do we want to slow down to help any one." (I've witness them squat down answering questions about IEP. )Not that my kids will ever that kind of hands holding they were referring to but this shows that they have no compassion for actually helping kids here. Lied about how big their classes actually are- over 40 kids per class. Some even sat on the floor in a room with 44 tables set up. One exception was their AP physics class. They had about 20 kids in there. I even spoke with another mom friend and she said she had the exact same experience when she came. Message received thanks! read more

Save yourself the headache & don't send your kids to this HS. I looked at the ranking when I advised my son to to this HS, and that was a big mistake. High school is supposed to be fun & kids shouldn't have to endure so much stress. Teachers, counselors & the principal are supposed to help, to teach, and to guide these kids instead of setting them up for failure. My son had problems with two of his teachers who kept giving him zeros for the assignments he said he turned in, and zeros for many quizzes he took. He was never absent & not a day of missing class. In Mrs. Dickinson's class, she marked him nearly 2 dozen zeros for missing chapter reviews & in-class quizzes. How is it that he missed these quizzes & some chapter reviews were in class, and he was sitting in the front. When he did not get his assignment back, he would ask for his assignment a few days later to see what grade he got, Mrs. Dickinson would tell him to look in the pile to find his assignment & if it's not there, then he didn't turn it in. Usually, it showed up in Canvas "zero" 5-6 weeks later. I tried to talk to Mrs. Dickinson about this issue of missing assignments & multiple zeros for quizzes. She refused to see me face to face. She chose to talk to me over the phone for about 4 minutes. I tried to teach my son to be more proactive & learn to advocate for himself. He went to see his guidance counselor Mrs. Doan to talk to her about his problems with his Physical Science teacher Mrs. Dickinson & His English teacher Ms. Hunkle. Mrs. Doan NOT only did not help him, give him advice, or set him up to see the principal, she intentionally misdirected him to see a guy who my son mistook him for the principal. This guy played the role & told my son that he will talk to Mrs. Dickinson & Ms. Hunkle. My son was so happy when he thought that the principal was listening to his story & his complaints. He was so excited and he told me that he spoke to the principal & the principal will get to the bottom of this. He said that the principal will see him back in two weeks. That imposter principal saw him back 10 days later. When the issue was not resolved, I went to the "Coffee with the principal" on Wednesday morning (last one for the school year 5/14/2019). I met the real principal. At the end of the 2 hours of his presentation about the gas leak & rodents, I got a chance to talk to him in his office. He said that he never spoke to my son when I showed him my son's student I.D. I am going to fast forward a little. Whatever conversation he had with Mrs. Dickinson & Ms. Hunkle, his conclusion was that my son needed psychological help & he is most likely a liar. The story didn't end yet. After days of interrogation, evaluation & reflection, I looked through all of my son's assignments, quizzes & tests from different teachers returned to him after they graded, I believe my son was telling the truth about 4 dozens of missing assignments & quizzes from these two teachers Mrs. Dickinson & Ms. Hunkle. Those homework assignments he completed & showed me before he turned in & got zero credit in Canvas. He worked hard & put in so much effort & got zero credit for his works, and being accused of lying by his teachers, his counselor & his principal. I drove from San Diego to go to Los Angeles to go to my nieces high school graduation! I love the school colors was white and turquoise! It amazes me how fast time flies by it seems like yesterday I was driving to Los Angeles to see my niece and she was five years old and today she graduate high school makes me feel old!! I love her parents they live in a suburban house and they always treat me like their daughter and let me sleep over at the house when I was too drunk to go home. read more

I'm going to be vague, because there were numerous minors involved last year. After multiple attempts to rectify situations or to get through to the staff as a whole, and receiving poor customer service, no conclusion to forever issues in that goddamned office or on campus in general, no help in bullying situations other than calling officer FitzPatrick and still nobody getting arrested when they should have been, telling me there's no hope in the Juvenile system, telling me my child was an addict and when I drug tested my child it came out CLEAN, telling me how my child was BAD, telling me I was an over-protective parent, etc....Every time my child introduced me to a new friend from that school, that friend did NOT live with their parents (lived with aunt, lived with grandparents, lived in a motel, lived with their boyfriend, no regular adult supervision, etc). I removed my child from that school and moved both my children to another school. So far, so good. My kids are doing well, have great friends who live at home and have goals, grades are great, staff is on point, no bullying and my kids are HAPPY. Class of 2014! The events and the BBN are getting better. Better quality and better planning by ASB I suppose. Many things have changed since I entered fvhs as a freshman. There are a lot of memories for me reflecting back on my journey here that seemed to go by so fast. My teachers were either really helpful or completely undependable, but that's usually the norm. The students are great here and unlike a lot of schools, there aren't obvious gangs or some type of bullying going on that people can see. I felt safe at this school for 4 years. The cafeteria food isn't bad either since one has so many options to choose from. We're a very spirited school and one can't help but go with the flow and cheer on our teams! At first, before attending here, I had to choose between fvhs or la quinta high school and I will never regret choosing FVHS. There is an active "campaign" going around the school that promotes school spirit called Baron 4 Life and it's been successful. It helped get the school involved spiritually and physically. I'm trying to sum up my years as a student here in a small paragraph, but obviously it isn't working because there are so much stuff I'm bringing up. The environment is great and even though there are some unhelpful, ignorant staff, a student wouldn't be bothered by them because there are so many great barons on campus. wow...where have I been...I didnt even know you could rank your high school! Class of 2004...here I go... Teachers: Ms. Winkle: English teacher. She has inspired me to reach for the sky. She may be the "hardest" teacher there as most claimed, but I respect her so much. She really prepped me for college. By far, my favorite teacher out of my four years there. Ms. Carbon, AMAZING and passionate teacher. I loved her teaching style. Down to earth and caring. Mr. McDonald: I look back, and I sure crossed a lot of lines when I was in his class but he has an open mind. I appreciate how he never judged any of students. He is so passionate at what he does. He takes the time for every each individual. He is very energetic and it is so contagious. You always leave his class refreshed. Mr. Langford: Generous. I've never met a teacher that was so cool. I had him for Photography. His style was modern. he let you discover your own talent. It was like pushing you in the deep end of the pool...and the end results were great! Mrs. Lichodziejewski: Algebra 2. OMG SHE IS THE SWEETEST. Not only did she teach us math, but she taught us about life. She taught us about team work, and family. Our class was a family...no one gets left behind. She always worked so hard to make sure we understood concepts, and if we all did horrible on an exam, she would reteach all concepts and make us take the exam all over again just so we can get it. Most teachers would just continue to move forward and let us fail, to retake the class in the summer. Now this is dedication. Kemper: PE. She was super sweet too. As lazy as I was...I participated lol The campus was clean and safe. I don't think I enjoyed high school at that time being, but now looking back, it wasn't too bad. They had a lot of activities, school spirit, and great opportunities to help you put your foot in the door. Came here to see what all the hype was about. As far as schools go, Fountain Valley High School is located in Fountain Valley. Fountain Valley is a nice place to live. We have a city hall, police department, and Costco Pizza. My favorite street is Brookhurst because it starts with a B and ends with a T. Fountain Valley High School has a big bowl in the middle. It is called The Bowl. This school is hyped I think because of all the teachers. You can take a class and learn and there are so many different teachers to choose from. And on Fridays, you can get the Thanksgiving dinner special, but for lunch instead of dinner. Hot Pockets come out hot, and the drinks are cooooold. I'm gonna tell all my friends to come here instead of a different high school. As far as the hype goes, this place definitely lives up to the hype. Oh btw, here's a tip. On Fridays, if you don't like Thanksgiving, they also grill burgers in the patio. And if you can wait until the end of the day, they will give you any extra burgers for 50% off. When he is not working during December, Santa works at this school. He doesnt wear his normal red outfit though, just his polo. Also, he doesnt ride his sleigh here, just his golf cart. The mascot is a 'Baron', like the Pizza, except he is not red, he is blue and yellow. As far as Pizza goes, Fountain Valley High School has them. My favorite class that I ever took was at Fountain Valley. I forgot the name of the class but you get a baby. 5/5 stars. LOVE LOVE LOVE this school and definitely lives up to the hype. read more

I was pleasant in the beginning but i have a week left of school (thank you god for releasing me from this place) and I just snapped. Of course the teachers and staff are very generous and concerned about my current mental state but I always lie to them, saying that i'm okay. Almost everyday i'm teary eyed and wanted to hit something. What makes me vomit is they condition students to stress you with deadlines and pointless shit. Homework took time to finish and projects really make me anxious. Or maybe it's just me... After four years, my happiness and joy dashed and my health ruined by stress and anxiety. However the school itself is nice and the people go about my business. By the looks of these photos these people look like they had a wonderful time. But for me I wasn't interested into going to prom and dances because my number one priority was getting through school (yeah, judge me, I have no social life). I prefer hanging out with my brother to watch movies and going to my friends house every once and a while if they're free. My brother says that this is a very tough school judging by the Frankenstein essay he helped me on. His thoughts were that this was the hardest thing he ever done and this came from a UCLA grad. Looking back I kinda miss this school (making a friend and having discussions with my music and my art teacher) and yet I say goodbye to all-nighters and constant stress over things that i wouldn't use in the future. I'm a student in Fountain Valley High School and i'm graduating this year. Class od 2015. I kinda like the experience but good riddance. P.S. Fountain Valley is a public high school that received grants from the state.. ~$5000+ per kids . The school is overcrowded-thousands more than other nearby schools. The campus never upgrade, basketball courts cracks about 3" wide, landscapes uncut ! After they fenced up 3/4 of the parking lot for staffs, the school wants kids put in their bid at $500 to park in the staff area . I just graduated from this high school last year class of 2013!! Mrs. Jones/ ms. Troyer was one of the best teachers I've ever had she was like family same with my guidance counselor mrs. Whitman she was the sweetest person at that school she always helped me through all my troubles and was always there for me all my fours years at fountain valley hs also a fairly new English teacher mr. Patton. I had the opportunity to be in his senior English class he is a very intelligent teacher who really does value each and every one of his students he's even a baseball coach as well. his class was super fun and we all were serious about our work and he made us passionate about what work we put out my. ceramics class with mrs. Jones, English class with mr. Patton, freshman English with mr. Shultz and office visits with mrs. Whitman were the reason why I was excited to get up everyday and go to school my four years of attending ! I love you guys!! I'll visit soon! read more

Class of 2013! I do not know how to describe Fountain Valley High School in words. The High School is just absolutely amazing! Before I attended FVHS, I used to go to La Quinta High School (LQHS). The students at LQHS were mean, the guys just mainly get into trouble, gangs, and think about sex, while the girls cared about popularity. LQHS was also very ghetto and small. When I came to FVHS, the school completely changed my life! The counselors there are very friendly and nice, leading you into the right path of classes to take. They do not pressure you or force you into taking a class that is not required or a class that you do not want to take. The academic level at FVHS is very balanced and the teachers there are amazing! The teachers actually gets the students involved into learning and shows a lot of school spirit! There is actually air conditioner, projectors, and stereos set up in every classroom! Some teachers actually teach off a video from YouTube!!!! The staff is very nice and friendly. Only negative thing I can think of is supervision can be picky at times. There is a lot of activities and entertainment throughout the school year such as BBN, Glow Show, Bell Game, and Baron Games! So much school spirit and does not mainly focus on academic! The band is awesome and sports there (well Fall Sports needs to get better a little), are amazing! Most sports won Sunset League consistently! BBN and Red Magazine really depicts the school! The bowl (quad area) is huge! Good place to chill out or have your lunch! The students there are very nice and friendly. There is a mixed variety of races from White, Asian, and Arabic. Everyone chimes in and welcome everybody as a whole. The students and staff treats each other like family! Its easy to make friends! Mostly everyone is very open and there are so many clubs that you can join! One of the highly ranked schools out there in Orange County, or probably the best! :D Best year of my life! I love how everyone here is so active in school and the school spirit is intense. I missed the vivid memories of participating in Baron Games for 2 years and attending the Bell Game. Go to FVHS if you want to avoid hs drama and there aren't that many gangs on campus, unlike other ghetto schools around my area that I've visited. This is regarding Bingo that is held there on Thursday evening's. The management treats the players very poorly and it can and will effect those students that rely on funds earned by Bingo. There was a incident that occurred there on 3/15/28. This letter may explain a bit better. But students and parents ask for management changes before Bingo is taken away from complaining players! There was no response back from managements! Hi, I just wanted to let you know Bill and I will not be going to bingo there today or any other day unless the situation below is dealt with properly. So no need to save seats for us at table 7. I also would like to know if you can do me a favor and pass this along. I really didn't want to complain to the school or anyone else but directly to the management who run the schools bingo. I have been playing bingo there for several years past and present and I have never been so upset in all my years of playing bingo at the way Jen treated Brenda Wood and her mother Aurora. First off by her verbally abusing her and talking down to her was inappropriate but then for her to clap her hands in her face brought it to a higher level of what I feel to be aggressive behavior. She represents bingo and the school. She is there to manage bingo not to abuse her power. They made an error in the posting of the balls stopped everything to verify 13 or 3 it took apx 10-15 minutes. By then all was forgotten about baron ball which was 52 the last number called. Aurora and the other guest should have received the money from that but did not because the game was closed. It was not fair it was the mistake of the caller who made it seem as if the number 13 was the last number called when it was not. We pay for those bingo games and the money is to help the kids not the management. We should be treated with respect as they should. For Jen to talk to Brenda in front of her Mother like that is appalling. Her mother is elderly and this was very upsetting to see. I feel that Jen owes Brenda and her mother a public apology especially since it was witnessed by many players. I can tell you if she does not receive one we will not be playing there and neither will our friends. Save your money...it appears to be a good ol boys club....11 weeks in a row ive gone....11 weeks in a row ive won nada....but in that same 11 weeks ive seen a group of 15 win week after week. And to show you how much of a good ole boys club it is...last nite...my final nite there...twice i wasnt sold extra games when i was next to due so...instead i was snubbed and they ran off to sell to their buddies...including many i referred to in the group of 15....one in particular who sit right by the caller stand....i remember this person from edison bingo( which is closed now due to a scoundrel para legal who claimed to be an attorney) who was good buddies with the para legal who ran the bingo...and she tended to win every other week there too. With so many seats available one wonders why its necessary for her to sit up close and personal with the caller? Its like watching a tired ass rerun. I am so glad I went to this school! Currently I am a sophomore and I love this school. Although the classes can be difficult, it pushes you to be better. The sports are pretty good but some sports aren't. The track team is good and fun(I am on the team). If you want to join track, I highly suggest it. Everyone is like family and encourages you to get better. Since most of the classes are difficult, it is best to be involved in clubs, sports, and activities to release stress and have a fun time. Most of the students are well behaved but there are always a few trouble makers. Most of the teachers I had so far are awesome at teaching and very nice. read more

I found that office staff there was extremely unsupportive and would not listen to your story or side at all. What I love most about Fountain Valley is how much they care. They really push you to do well or else you won't get into a good college. I aced every class except Math. God, I hate Math. They run a dishonest bingo there doors have almost close a few times over the past 15 years or so, the staff the school have running it now run a very dishonest K otic bingo they play multiple pull tab games that are Duplicate (same game ) and when they play these games a d have multiple winners they only pay for the one game even thou they sold two boxes of the same game, the charge you to play the cash ball but depending on who you are (If they like you ) and you bi go on the cash ball they will play it out to you, but if they dislike you and can delay by taking a longer time verifying the balls and having someone different then normal pay you out so they don't have to talk to them and when asked were the extra pay out is and they say they don't know and will get back to you then they don't and two or three games go by then you ask again but this time a manger claps her hands several times at you and make a pushing Gesture a half inch from your face and makes a comments about needing to stay out of there business when it's your mother of 73 yrs old that just list out on getting the power ball that she won and paid for and then is told that this should of said something at payout then when replied that they did the manger said it to late there only one person and if they were to tell the players that they were going to pay them now 4 games later they would get mad and it not fare even thou there were two winners and about 15 guest that stood up for this customer the school refused to pay her and said that it not there job to know what the cash ball number is so if the players don't tell them then there not paying them they have two room that they play in and in the second room they don't even post the number up so if you get there after they announce the number you won't know what it is anyways and things like this happen all the time and they just treat most of there guest bad unless you spend a lot of money there we are vocoxing the bingo please join us so maybe they will put a stop to the dishonest workers and change there management read more

Halloween Carnival This. Was. Certainly. One. Of. The. best ways to get into the Halloween spirit. In the past, I had never really celebrated Halloween, but this got me fired up. I was excited. I was ready to be scared for my life, but at a low price. I didn't need Knott's Scary Farm when there was this event only 10 minutes from my house. Even better, it was at my very own high school. As one of the volunteers, I walked in early to help set up. Looks like most of it was done, I thought; OK, fine with me. I wandered a bit with a couple of my friends, checking out the stalls that sold everything from glow sticks to gelatos. Mainly, it was food. My goodness, I could even eat dinner. I wanted to buy something, but I realized that I had to have tickets in order to get any of this. One dollar per ticket. OK, reasonable price, but I hoped that I had enough for the main attraction that night: the Troubadour Haunted Maze, one of Fountain Valley's marvels, exceedingly well-done by high school standards. For sure, I really did not need Disneyland with its ridiculously high price to have fun. However, a surprise awaited me. I gawked at the price on the sign. Five dollars for one trip through?! Ridiculous! I went last year and it was the same price for unlimited trips! WHAT WAS THIS?! But my desire to go in overwhelmed me and I grudgingly paid the price. Had I not known a Troubadour myself and wanted to have fun, I wouldn't have paid. Now I was broke. Five tickets for stalls and one overpriced ticket for the maze. Seriously, I wouldn't even get through the night had my friends agreed to help pitch in. Certainly I hoped all of this was worth it. It was. Hours later I didn't regret it. The night had settled in with its crisp, cold air, the kind that wants to make paper curl. Perfect for October. My goodness, I didn't know I could eat so much. I had a range from barbecued corn to cotton candy. Not to mention a balloon sword, which I eventually popped by accident. Luckily, I ate before the maze. I was amazed once more how the Troubadours had been able to transform one large room into corridors and scare me at every corner. I heard screams as I stumbled and held onto my friend's arm tightly. I was dazed; it was a blinding, living hell. The workers clawed at me, but made sure not to touch. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and started screaming because I felt so claustrophobic. Was it me, or did the corridors seem to get narrower? At the end, I tried to get out, but couldn't. Two looming shadows blocked the doorway and I was pressing against a door that didn't even budge. Suddenly, I was free and stumbled out. I couldn't stop shaking and suddenly felt a need to eat. I downed the food I got: the comforting fried udon. Unfortunately, I was still shaking. Eventually I got better and after going in a second time, I was finished being scared. I enjoyed the rest of the night simply taking in the sights as I wandered from stall to stall and listened to the outside Troubadours outside frightening "tourists" with chain saws and scary makeup. Worst high school ever... well at least the staff. The guidance counselors will not genuinely try to help you. They only do what is easiest for them and do not take what is best for you into consideration. I requested a schedule change because I felt "uncomfortable" with one my teachers and i got back a solid "no" from the guidance counselor Miss Garrett. They do not care about your well being and do not even care if you feel extremely uncomfortable in your classes. They are lazy and fake. 2 months ago, my counselor called me in to tell me that she was "worried" about my workload and that I should drop a course. Well now, she decides to put me in the most rigorous english class. So much for being "worried" about me. All in all, the staff and environment of this school is cringe worthy and they do not care about their students. You have been warned,.... thank god I am graduating this school year. A big factory of a high school. There was the occasional exceptional teacher, but overall I'd say it was a mediocre educational experience. I just didn't realize it at the time. read more

i graduated last year, and it was a great school. of course it seems horrible while attending there, but it's better than basically any of the other local schools. very diverse, most teachers are pretty cool, and a lot of the staff is very nice. this obviously goes for the people that aren't out to cause trouble. most of the sport programs are set up well. cross country always does well, as with band, and football is pretty big too. if you're thinking of doing softball with Katie as head coach, turn the other direction. she's the reason i quit. great player, terrible coach. i think the program is too much for her to deal with. anyway, scale of 1-5, i give it a 4 read more

Ms. Ziller's teaching is OK for Algebra2/Tirg for 9th grade and could be better as she knows subject but going very fast. Also she is not grading the way other teachers are doing means student will not know his/her grade untill end of semester. My daughter was loving Math until now and was always doing great. This is first year , she started hating Math and I am worried she will lose interest in her strongest skill subject. Ms. Ziller please take time and give time to student to digest what you teaching. My daugher did recognize your knowledge but 9th grader still adepting to high school. Also, if you let student know grade for tests/Quiz they would have better idea where they are. read more
