Small breakfast joint that can accommodate a large amount of patrons. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in the door and seated immediately as a party of 3. With the place already booming. They planted plenty booths in this little place and made it not feel claustrophobic by treating everyone like family and checking in consistently with each table. We came in for breakfast right before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The coffee was good, and the waiters kept it hot and full at all times. My daughter ordered the kids pancakes with sausage and a strawberry fruit bowl. These pancakes were huge! I could fill up on a kids plate of pancakes, no problem. Especially if only $6.79. My partner and I both ordered skillets. He ordered the protein skillet loaded with turkey protein, turkey sausage and deli turkey. He got 2 eggs scrambled and Mixed with Onion, pepper, spinach and mushroom on top of perfectly cooked hash browns. He ate the food in record time. I got the Greek Town Skillet, with gyro and chicken. Accompanied With tomatoes, spinach, red onion and feta cheese with my two sunny side up eggs over hash browns. With the side of taziki, it brought everything together wonderfully. I haven't had hashbrowns executed this nicely in years ... Super impressed with execution and quality of ingredients. The portions are definitely worth the price and they have so many different things to choose from on the menu. Also daily specials that change consistently!! Make sure to check the dry erase board to the right as you enter. I missed out on churro's French toast. But I can't wait to come back to try more dishes. This place was great! Sassy waitress and a delicious take on eggs Benedict (philly steak) and big sour dough toast. Only a minor quibble, while the hash browns weren't bad, they just fell short of the quality of the rest of the meal. Typical diner vibes...I liked this place I'd do it again. read more

Good place to have a breakfast with good service and good prices. I ordered the #4 Breakfast which includes 2 eggs, 1 ham, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, hash browns and either 2 pancakes or biscuits and gravy. All good except the bacon was kind of hard and the biscuits and gravy was just meh and the hash browns were really well done as I ordered. So my experience was exactly great but I'll definitely come back for another visit because you can just feel it's a good "honest" place to have breakfast! read more

My wife and I have found our new "go to" breakfast spot. About a 10 minute drive from our home in Orion Township. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast that included French toast, eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. Happy to see a great selection of "senior specials" for $6.99. Quite possibly the best meal value in Oakland County. The service was also great without being overbearing. You know you're in a good establishment when you see a few Oakland County sheriffs enjoying a quick meal during their break. We will return without question in the near future. read more

The best breakfast place I have been to in Michigan this year. Food amazing. I had a weekend special, Diner's Omelette. Big portion, fresh hash browns, fresh ingredients inside. My breakfast was excellent. What is striking about this place, it is a very well run family business. They manage customers very well. No big waits. Food is delivered promptly. Wait staff is great. Here from California and my husband suggested this place for breakfast. There's plenty of parking which is always a plus. We were here on a Monday and it was already packed and no wait. It's a family style diner that has a menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plenty of booths to dine and it kinda reminded me of a granny's type diner. They even had some potted plants and plenty of artwork on the wall. We were starving and didn't come to play, lol! We ordered the veggie omelette that came with rye bread, and potatoes. I went there with friends. I was excited when I saw the specials and a chorizo omelette was listed. When received found it had cheese and jalapeño but not a speck of chorizo. Mentioned to the waitress who said she would tell the cook and that was as far as it went. So I had an omelette that was rather expensive for just cheese and jalapeño. This is a place I have driven by many times and never gave a thought of stopping in and grabbing a bite to eat. Finally decided it was time to give it a try and I'm glad I did! The place was clean and the staff was great! I decided I was going to give a burger a try. My belief is that if a restaurant can't get a burger right, then they can't get anything else right. I decided on their bacon cheeseburger and it came out perfect and delicious! Nailed it spot on in my opinion!! The fries that came with the burger were also yummy! Like many, I knew this place existed but hadn't dined here mostly because of their location being so close to a busy intersection. Stopped in recently on the way back with my Brother for lunch and I'm glad we did. They have a properly scaled menu (not 10 pages) that allows the kitchen to stay focused on putting out good food. We both ended up ordering the Meatloaf dinner. Came with generous portions, veg, mashed potatoes, a side salad and drink for ~$10/person. Meatloaf was a bit dense (more beef, less filler). Tasted great Salad wasn't anything special, but happy to get it as part of the meal Mashed Potatoes however were excellent and a real hit. Obviously not made from instant. So good. Beef Gravy: Not sure how they make it, but didn't have that tinny flavor you get from powdered mixes. Decent. Corn was typical canned or maybe from frozen, it is what it is. Service: We arrived at a slower time of the day and the servers could have been more attentive. They spent time chatting up and fooling around with regulars between working on their side station duties. It didn't bother me too much, but we did have to go out of our way to get drink refills. Would rate the service as average. What I'd like to really point out though was the value. Good luck getting this good of a meal for ~$10 anywhere else that didn't taste like it was some reheated Gordon Food Service gunk. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

Cute, cozy greasy spoon diner. We came here because stuffed bun had too long of a wait. Menu is overwhelming, particularly the breakfast choices, plus they had 2 special boards. We split a lumberjack omelette, add sausage gravy. The toast and omelette were good, the hashbrowns left much to be desired. I got the chicken supreme pita and added peppers & onions. My sandwich didn't have bacon on it like it was supposed to but oh well, still tasty. Fries were skinny and crispy - just the way I like them. I do a lot of business travel to the Detroit area. Auburn Hills is North of the city and is located near one of my bigger customers. One of the joys of coming to a place like this, vs. Silicon Valley where I live, is that the restaurants tend to be great value, unpretentious and homey. This is one of the best. Four Korner's is predominantly a "locals" place, but welcoming to outsiders when they find it and show up. It reminds me of the old breakfast places I used to go to when I lived in Oregon. The inside is classic diner deco, but really well kept and clean. It's like someone found a source of 1960 furniture and accessories and puts new ones in here all the time. The staff is super efficient. I had a couple of eggs, over easy, bacon, wheat toast and potatoes. Bottomless coffee. Like old home week. All the food was like home made and good portions. This is not some California diet diner. This is good old heart attack stuff - but at least you'll die with a smile and a full belly. One tilt they have made to the time is that they do have some diet conscious items (e.g. egg white only omelettes, etc.). I like this place, will come back, and recommend it. read more
