Small breakfast joint that can accommodate a large amount of patrons. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in the door and seated immediately as a party of 3. With the place already booming. They planted plenty booths in this little place and made it not feel claustrophobic by treating everyone like family and checking in consistently with each table. We came in for breakfast right before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The coffee was good, and the waiters kept it hot and full at all times. My daughter ordered the kids pancakes with sausage and a strawberry fruit bowl. These pancakes were huge! I could fill up on a kids plate of pancakes, no problem. Especially if only $6.79. My partner and I both ordered skillets. He ordered the protein skillet loaded with turkey protein, turkey sausage and deli turkey. He got 2 eggs scrambled and Mixed with Onion, pepper, spinach and mushroom on top of perfectly cooked hash browns. He ate the food in record time. I got the Greek Town Skillet, with gyro and chicken. Accompanied With tomatoes, spinach, red onion and feta cheese with my two sunny side up eggs over hash browns. With the side of taziki, it brought everything together wonderfully. I haven't had hashbrowns executed this nicely in years ... Super impressed with execution and quality of ingredients. The portions are definitely worth the price and they have so many different things to choose from on the menu. Also daily specials that change consistently!! Make sure to check the dry erase board to the right as you enter. I missed out on churro's French toast. But I can't wait to come back to try more dishes. I also seen on their Facebook page that they won Best American Restaurant in Auburn Hills for 2026!! Awesome job and congratulations!! I see why!

Good place to have a breakfast with good service and good prices. I ordered the #4 Breakfast which includes 2 eggs, 1 ham, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, hash browns and either 2 pancakes or biscuits and gravy. All good except the bacon was kind of hard and the biscuits and gravy was just meh and the hash browns were really well done as I ordered. So my experience was exactly great but I'll definitely come back for another visit because you can just feel it's a good "honest" place to have breakfast!

I should have taken a picture before I dug in but I did catch the sign.

Today we went back to four corners for breakfast and I tried the Road house skillet, it was ON POINT!!!! One of my new favorites, the biscuits and gravy added a soul satisfying taste, and the portions were enough that I have lunch for today to. I love this place the food is always awesome, the staff make you feel like family and the atmosphere is perfect.

The best breakfast place I have been to in Michigan this year. Food amazing. I had a weekend special, Diner's Omelette. Big portion, fresh hash browns, fresh ingredients inside. My breakfast was excellent. What is striking about this place, it is a very well run family business. They manage customers very well. No big waits. Food is delivered promptly. Wait staff is great. They do want you to enjoy their food and service.

It's conveniently not far from his house, so it made for an easy stop, and we're both really glad we decided to give it a try. Right when we walked in, the vibe stood out. The place is really nicely decorated with a cool, welcoming atmosphere that just makes you feel comfortable right away. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always goes a long way. Shoutout to our waitress--unfortunately I can't remember her name, but it was actually her first day, and she absolutely crushed it. Super attentive, kind, and on top of everything. You would never guess she was brand new. Food-wise, I ordered the American breakfast sandwich (I think it might've gone by a different name before), and it was fantastic. Everything was just right--the eggs were fluffy, the sausage was flavorful, and the lettuce and tomato added a fresh touch that pulled it all together. Every bite hit. My buddy kept it simple with eggs, toast, and tomato slices, but even that looked really good--the tomatoes especially looked fresh and delicious. Overall, great service, great food, and a really cool atmosphere. Hands down, I'll definitely be back.

As we approached the entrance, we heard an elderly gentleman yell at his wife, "I'm never coming here for breakfast again". I chuckled to myself; my hubris would be my undoing. Upon entering the restaurant we were greated by friendly staff, who seated us immediately. I ordered the "meat lovers skillet". What I was served could only be described as a culinary abomination. A bed of room temperature, slimy hashbrowns. Placed on top of this were flavorless slices of sausage links, chunks of fat (bacon), and flavorless rubbery scrambled eggs. This creation was crowned with two slices of cold American cheese, slapped carelessly onto the dish. The toast was smeared with a substance similar in color to butter. The color was where the similarities ended. The price was far more than the quality would suggest. I have no idea who cooked the food pictured on Google, but they clearly no longer work there. I created a yelp account just to share my experience at this restaurant. Great service, clean facilities, horrible food.

I ended up ordering the southwest wrap that had grilled chicken turkey, bacon, spinach, avocado, corn, cheddar, red onion with chipotle aïoli. The sandwich was absolutely delicious with the accompanying green salad equally tasty. Definitely a superior sandwich and one of the best I have had in the area. This is a walk up counter order operation, where you sit at a table after ordering and they bring the food out to you. Just something to note in the event you are looking for a sitdown service as this business does not offer that. Having said that, if the quality and the taste of your food is the top priority, which it is in my case, I'll come to a walk up counter order operation all day long for sandwiches like this! Relative to the Interior it is very clean and contemporary with basically no decor or vibe to speak of. They just focus on the food and let that do all the talking. Staff was very friendly based on the minimal interface I had with them. Overall, sandwich shops with this quality are few and far in between and if excellent deli type sandwich shops are your thing you absolutely should check this business out.

I reviewed the menu before I left, and they seem to have a great selection of items that are healthy and reasonably priced. I was torn between the parifat bowl and the breakfast burrito, but the gal at the register convinced me to get the burrito instead. Next time, I'm doing the parifat. The total was about $14 and change, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big the portion was when it came out. They also have a great, but limited selection of coffee drinks with pictures as well. I stuck with water this time since I was good on the coffee. Food was great, even though I was confused about what bread it was served on. I went with the turkey sausage which I normally don't like because it's just so salty. I also received a nice salad with it as well, which was good and healthy. I really like it here, it's better than my usual coney island and in a great location. I know this place used to be a sub shop back in the day, but they closed some time ago. Mostly healthy food options here and have great hours. You can eat healthy with some flavor in your food, thus, Lula's.

By the time we left, it seemed to be a little more busy. I'm pretty sure there was only one waitress for both the bar and the dining room floor. The menus were sticky, especially the happy hour and drink my news. Lots of different cocktails. I ordered a margarita and was asked if I wanted a flavor. I asked for mango but then was told later they were out. So I went with blackberry. The drink was fine. It wasn't the best margarita I've ever had though. It's called O Grizzly's and there's some Oakland University nods inside. There were quite a few patrons wearing Golden Grizzly gear, there was a basketball game that night. But the place still feels gimmicky to me. A way to market Oakland University people and get them in the door but doesn't do much else after that. There really doesn't feel like a true affiliation with the University. Bathrooms are single stall and felt clean. The menu is not too overwhelming. Went with the blooming onions and they were absolutely delicious. Hot onions with a crunchy batter and a yummy dipping sauce. I went with the Tandoor wings as it was really played up on their menu. I got medium for sauce. My husband got chicken tenders and we ordered a side of fries. I was disappointed with my chicken wings. They were a good size but the skin was rubbery and some of the chicken tasted chewy. Also, the sauce was very runny, didn't really stick to the chicken wings. I am not sure where the Tandoor part was to the wing? They gave about five half sticks sliced in half of celery for nine wings, not enough at all. I asked for blue cheese but was given ranch. The fries were thicker, cut, and swirly, which are interesting and they had a good seasoning on them. Our waitress was friendly and decently attentive, considering she had to serve every table and run the bar. Food was coming out decently fast. But getting our check and cashing out took a while. It got to the point where my husband just went up to the bar where she was so we could cash out.

My wife had the fajitas and I decided on the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The food came relatively quick. The chicken fingers were about the same but my son was happy. The pizza was pretty nondescript. I'd compare it to a low grade high school pizza with really nothing to recommend it. My wife appreciated the large size of the fajitas and salad but also found the fajitas unusually spicy. Sadly, the Nashville Chicken didn't really taste at all like Nashville Chicken. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't what was expected. The fries were good and we like the seasoning. But that's about the highlight of the night. I think this really will be the last time for me.
