    Blueberry pancakes

This cafe is a very quaint restaurant that is perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. The woman who run this place are on it...super friendly service, very efficient, and are churning out well done plates. We tried the breakfast special, meat omelette, and kids pancakes. The Breakfast Special comes with 3 eggs any style, meat, pancakes, and toast. The eggs were ordered over medium and came over easy. The meat was crispy and good. The pancakes were offered plain or blueberry. Try blueberry! They use fresh, big blueberries - yum! The toast was slathered with margarine...gross. I will order it dry next time. The meat omelette was great! The kids chocolate chip pancakes were a generous portion. I wish they offered half and half instead of the coffee mate knock off that they have. Overall it was a good meal for a great price (our bill was under $30).

Cool little gem of a place. Great breakfast menu and they cook right in front of you. They also have lunch selections. I had the Big Breakfast and it was very good. Young Chef is very good and she keeps her work station clean. Friendly little mom and pop place. Recommend you pop in and try it. Very reasonable prices to.

We moved here from Chicago last summer and Drayton Cafe is just around the corner. Since discovering Drayton it is our GO TO spot for a great lunch or breakfast. The women that run this joint are AWESOME! And yes, I said women, because every time I'm there they are ruling the griddle and tables. Service is always prompt and the food is always delicious. We spend almost every weekend here enjoying their biscuits and gravy breakfast special. For around $6 you get a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs, and hashbrowns or meat. All of my favorite breakfast items in one special! The biscuits are lightly toasted and the gravy is rich and creamy without being too spicy. During the week I frequently order BLTs to go - my favorite combination of perfectly toasted bread, crisp bacon, and fresh tomato! I was hesitant to leave them a review because this place gets busy enough on the weekends, but if you are in the area definitely check them out for breakfast or lunch, it's a hidden gem.

Biscuit and gravy with the perfectly cooked runny egg. Loved the hashbrowns.

Great find I'm not sure we would have stumbled into if not most other breakfast/brunch places were closed or packed for Labor Day. The staff knows everyone who walks in by name! Guests even chipped in to bus tables when there was a wait to sit down. Great service, hometown feel, and food!

My wife and I ate here after having a splendid breakfast many months ago we thought we would return for dinner. They sat us by the bar there was no one else in the restaurant not sure why we had to sit next to the bar. We had other customers standing at the bar with her faces with their butts in our faces There were so many other better seats I should've said something but I didn't. We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, which on the picture it showed seven when it showed up there were only five mushrooms. What was missing the most was crab meat it was a literally a bunch a shake on top of barely stuffed mushroom. Mostly fancy sauce and a ton of bread crumbs to hide the lack of crab....for $17! My wife ordered a sandwich which she enjoyed I think it was a Reuben made out of turkey and I ordered a signature Smash burger. We both ordered french fries that looked like they had been sitting in the basket most of the day because they were cold, and we're starting to shrink from sitting out. By the time we were done, my bill was $90 after tipping the waitress paying their 3% rip off fee. We both were expressing discontent as we left through the parking lot. It has been a while since I had breakfast there, which I never read them for and would've given them a five for that but this menu was not that menu.

From the moment…read moreyou walk in, it's clear this isn't just another café--it's a place that genuinely cares about quality, freshness, and community. The portions are incredibly generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the ingredients truly stands out. I love that much of their produce comes directly from Eastern Market, so you know everything is fresh. They also proudly display their breads, which come from Crust in Fenton. You can even purchase a loaf to take home, which I thought was such a wonderful touch. It's refreshing to see a locally owned, women-owned business supporting other local businesses. The homemade soups are outstanding. The chicken noodle soup was so delicious that I actually ordered a second serving--which is something I never do. The Italian sandwich is, without question, the best I've ever had. I especially appreciate that you can order it either grilled or cold, depending on your preference. The service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They happily work with reasonable dietary requests, which I always appreciate. The restaurant itself is spotless. I've dined in countless restaurants over the years, and I always notice cleanliness. I honestly couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. One of the things that impressed me most was seeing the owners actively working alongside their staff. They're present, engaged, and willing to jump in wherever needed. My favorite saying is, "Teamwork makes the dream work," and Sisters Cafe is a perfect example of that philosophy in action. If you have room after your meal, don't skip the bakery case. The display of fresh baked goods is enough to make your mouth water. Next time, I'm definitely planning to save room because that Birthday Cake Muffin has my name written all over it. Everyone at Sisters Cafe seems genuinely happy to be there--whether they're working or enjoying a meal. The restaurant stays busy, and after eating there twice, it's easy to understand why. They've clearly discovered the secret ingredient to success: exceptional food, outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a true commitment to supporting their local community. I can't wait to go back!
