So I stopped in unexpectedly to get my romper hemmed because the pants were too long. The ladies there were so kind. They didn't know me as I had called a few minutes before and asked them if they could fix a sports top of mine that my dog had ripped the strap off of and then also fix my pants that were too long. They happily obliged. I was able to quickly go I into the makeshift dressing room they had, came out, and then one of the women got to work and started using pins to allocate the area that has to be trimmed. She was very patient and asked me if the length was ok several times. Whilst doing this and changing back into my other clothes, the other lady had already stitched the strap on my sports top. I was beyond happy. For my romper that they also offered to dry clean, they told me to return after a week and gave me a yellow ticket to note the date/time. I indeed returned about a week and half later to pick up my romper. It was neatly pressed and hemmed just right. They reminded me of a seamstress I went to back home in Miami. I feel lucky I found this store (thanks to Yelp of course). They had great reviews. How could I not? Should I need them again, I would definitely be back. read more

1. Brought in $2.5k of undamaged clothes and half came back faded /silks snagged/ ruined- one white shirt came back off white and they tried to claim it was cream to begin with until I showed them my receipt for the item purchase. I was careful to check and take photos of my items to benchmark any pre existing damage (only 1 had a stain) and the clothes came back there was a ton of new damage- 7 pieces. Still charged me for half and refused to apologize until I said I would have to warn others. Other items came back still stained (and they acknowledged they had incorrectly forgotten about certain spots). 2. When I brought them in there was a line of people and the store was supposed to close at 5. I wanted to walk through each item but the worker rushed me out and refused to do that because she wanted to get off the clock on time while keeping her revenue/volume as high as possible - and attend to the other customers. I'm just really bummed that my expensive items were destroyed. read more

I am a highly irresponsible human with way too fancy of clothes that I can never take care of despite my imploring mother. Anyway, I finally broke down and took a HEAP of dry clean only clothes that have probably been cleaned hmm never, and took them in for desperately needed help. Also, a couple things that needed alterations/sewing. They were all cleaned beautifully with limited judgement by how poorly I treat nice things, which was much appreciated. I had a comforter dry cleaned here recently for $42. I believe thats a high price for a comforter, but then again I only do this once a year so to be honest I cannot remember what I paid last year at a different spot. I did like that they provided me with a new comforter bag to take mine home in (my cheap plastic one ripped!). However the comforter has a weird musty smell to it. I wish I had left the windows open to have it aired out a couple of days before sleeping in it. Then again, you shouldn't have to do this after getting your comforter dry cleaned. This place is amazing for alterations. I actually live down by graduate hospital, but I bring all my alterations to Mi. I've found that at other places, oftentimes someone else will pin you and leave notes for the tailor (who isn't necessarily in the store each day). This inevitably leads to miscommunication. Not here. Mi is almost always there and she's so easy to work with: nice, efficient, excellent seamstress. She altered my wedding dress for me (hemmed, put in a bustle, tightened the top) for an extremely reasonable price and she did it in less than 2 weeks. She also altered a banquet dress that was too big. She did a great job on everything, at a very reasonable price, with excellent customer service. I recommend her to everyone! read more

Four Seasons is definitely my new go to Dry Cleaner. I went about two weeks ago with 10 items that that needed to be cleaned and one peacoat that needed a button to be sewn on. The woman at the front desk (I am assuming that she is the owner) was kind enough to sew the button back on free of charge and it was ready within the hour. The owner was flexible with a pick up date and I had it scheduled for the following Monday. The pick up transaction was quick and my clothes looked brand new. The total cost for all 10 pieces (2 dresses,4 sweaters, and 4 skirts) was $75, which was far less than what I've spent at other dry cleaners in the Rittenhouse area. Four Seasons also lists their prices on their website just in case you want to review them before dropping off their belongings. read more

Although it is very small, I have been having my clothes tailored here for years. I am very picky and haven't had any problems but dry cleaning an issue. My black silk blouse came back "off black." No refund was offered, I simply never went back for cleaning but still use her as a tailor. read more

I came here a few days ago and brought my wool coat that had a dark chocolate sauce stain on it, I panicked that my coat was ruined, but this cleaner saved the day! I brought a pair of pants that belonged to an Indian outfit of mine which is a difficult material to work with, to the city where I work, thinking I may be able to get it tapered for an event that I needed for that evening. I called several places with a chuckle many said "no" finally calling four seasons a pleasant "yes" was heard I ran over and was greeted by a pleasant Mai lin. I brought my pants in by noon and I was able to pick it up by 530pm. She did such a great job and I was so grateful that she was able to get my pants back to me on such late drop off. I've been coming to Mi for a few years now for both dry cleaning and alterations. She's altered all sorts of stuff for me - replaced buttons, hemmed pants, altered shirts, bridesmaid dresses, even a bathing suit top. She does a great job, is very quick, and is much more reasonably priced than some other shops in the area. Will NEVER return here. I brought a faux leather jacket in with zippers on the sleeves to have the sleeves shortened. I asked if they could remove the sleeves and hem from the top (which I've had done many times from other places). They said yes. $30 later, they just unzipped the sleeve and folded over to hem. It looks INCREDIBLY sloppy. Doesn't feel right at the sleeve, and essentially ruined the jacket because I can't take their stitching out at the bottom to get it done correctly elsewhere. read more

This review is about the customer service. The young woman with the long hair who works at the front desk is incredibly rude, so much so that I do not plan to return. When I dropped off my item of clothing, she could barely be bothered and could not even answer a question I had. It's when I came to pick-up my clothing that I experienced major, unwarranted attitude. When I paid, there was no thank you. I thought I might have accidentally given a Euro and alerted her to it. She opened her palm for half a second and then resumed to putting in the register. Ok, nevermind then - good luck with that Euro. Then! She handed me my clothing with her back turned and probably would have let it drop to the floor had I not grabbed it. What the hell. An older lady who seems to be the owner was standing right there, and I have no idea why this behavior is allowed. It's like fine, you're not happy to be there and you might not like my face, but damn dude, don't be a jerk and learn some customer service 101. read more
