Not many places carry Silhouette frames (rimless) anymore, but Naperville Optical has a full selection, which is what brought me there in the first place about 8 years ago. They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Really cannot say enough good about them!

I panicked for a week, calling different places, but I heard great things about this place so I chose to come here. BEST. DECISION. EVER. The staff was SO NICE as soon as we walked through the door. They immediately put me and my son at ease. It was ridiculously clean, I saw employees using hand sanitizer multiple times. Everything was covered in plastic. The doctor was AMAZING with my son. She explained everything, kept him talking so he wasn't focused too much on what was being done. It was quick and there were no tears. She explained everything to me and him afterwards. Asked for a 2-3 minute adjustment to my frames that had been purchased there. Overheard front desk asking Lisa in Optical and she said no, I'm busy, she needs to make an appointment. She didn't walk 15 feet to come over to see what I needed or speak to me herself. I had even said I had no problem waiting if she was busy. They just told me to make an appointment and come back another day. No thanks. I'm not going to take time out of my workday and drive 20 minutes each way to come back for something that should take 2 to 3 minutes. This massive lack of customer service is not on brand for the treatment that we receive from Dr. Robert or Bauer and was highly disappointing. Midwest Eye Optical will not be seeing another dime of my hard-earned money. If we didn't love the eye doctors so much I'd be finding a new one for all 4 of my family members.
