My friend stayed at this hotel why visiting from NY for Art Basel. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I went to go visit her. They even offered us the opportunity to go to the lounge/bar on the 24th floor. The lounge is so nice and spacious. The bar has nice selection of drinks and appetizers that you can charge to your room or pay separately. They also offer free unlimited tea/coffee/water(still or sparkling) at the bar. I really enjoyed visiting the hotel and think it's a good place to stay while visiting Miami

I had been looking at this property before finally booking it and it was a good choice! It has been opened for a year and a half and that makes a difference to me when booking since I do not enjoy old properties. I checked in late but the staff was nice and attentive. The first time I got my room key but it did not work, I had to go back down and got upgraded to a suite, since they were out of the room I reserved, so that was a nice change. The room has a living room, a king size bed, automatic blinds, safe, mini fridge and an open closet. It has a nice decor and the theme is a modern blue. I liked it and it all blended well. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. I was told that the metro station is a block away and there are restaurants and a grocery store close by. I did not venture out since I stayed at work late, but something to keep in mind if you need food or groceries. The lobby is nice and there is a bar and restaurant on site. Parking is valet only and it is $30 a night. Pretty quick and safe. If I come back, I will definitely keep the property in mind.

Dirty cups and clothing from 9 am till 1 pm

We haven't even checked in yet and it's been an incredibly subpar experience. After waiting from 9 am to 12:45 pm, we called to ask when our room would be ready, knowing full well rooms are guaranteed at 4 pm, and they said in 5 minutes, so we hustled back and they said no rooms were available. There have been dirty cups and clothing on the floor of the lobby since this morning. There are clients listening to their phones on full blast out in the lobby. On the way out this morning, other customers literally stopped us to warn us the rooms were incredibly small and telling us not to stay here, which I've never experienced in my life. This is not a 4 or even 3 star experience. It's practically a motel at this point. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Nice hotel overlooking downtown Miami. Great staff and I love the outdoors dining area near the pool area. So romantic and enchanting. The food from the restaurant there was amazing.

VERY! Nice hotel in the heart of Brickell. Walking distance to a lot of cool bars, restaurants and shops. Also close to downtown and the cruise port. My room was EXTREMELY NICE! Great view of the city. Hate that I didn't get much time here, but I'll definitely be back. ( Was here not even 24hrs) everyone at check was really nice and friendly very accommodating. Next time I'm in Miami and I want to give staying on the beach a break I'll be staying here.

Located in downtown Miami this hotel is steps away from public transit station, next to a grocery store and bunch of restaurants. Rooms are super clean, including bathrooms. Additionally, the beds are extremely comfortable. The valet parking is available for a daily fee. There is a restaurant in the lobby with a bar that stays open till 11pm I believe

Had a really nice stay here. Staff was very friendly letting us check in early and holding our bags. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue we had was room service didn't come by one day but the staff was easily able to give us more towels. Hotel is in a perfect location location in brickell. Feels like you are in a neighborhood. Several bars and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk as well as a Publix grocery. The metro rail is right next door too. Pool was really nice and heated as well

Nice trendy hotel. Food however at hotel was not very good. Very noisy next to a construction site.

Clean and modern hotel in brickell. Parking is valet or street only. The bar is a fun place to gather and the rooms were clean and the water pressure was strong. Overall a good experience.

It has excellent elevated views of the Miami skyline to the east and the Miami River, boats, and the W Flagler St Drawbridge (historical landmark, built in 1938) to the west. I believe the penthouse is located on the 10th floor of a relatively new building. 2. The venue is modern and versatile. The inside spaces (including restrooms) had a clean, updated look. For this event, there were multiple bars and food stations set up both indoors and outdoors. The dance floor was outside. The combination of string lights, rooftop patio decor, and the city skyline was beautiful. There was only one elevator to get everyone up and down, so there was a bottleneck there. They brought in a fire dancer to perform outside on the rooftop, which was really cool.

There's limited street parking, but there's an adjacent parking lot. I'd recommend using a valet service if you are hosting an event here. I absolutely loved the views here, which is why this place gets 5 stars!

From my seat on the patio, there was a view of the skyline- I just missed sunset, but it was still beautiful. The cocktails, the wine, and the food were good but the standout besides the view was the service. Gaga was awesome. Kept checking on me but wasn't intrusive. Rushed to get me whatever I needed. Took the time to take photos of me from every different angle lol I would definitely come back on my next trip to Miami and request to sit in Gaga's section. Cheers!

However, there were some hiccups with the food and portions. The service was good. They always stayed on top of refills and ensured we had everything we needed. I ordered the charcoal grilled octopus appetizer and the grilled lamb chops with two sides. The food was delicious. However, It's a little embarrassing to charge 28 dollars for 3 small tentacles of an octopus one being so tiny, that it was burnt to crisp. Second, grilled lamp chops for $47 with no sides? Ordering the sides separately, the exotic wild mushrooms for $16 were salty. Creamy mashed potatoes $14 were delicious. So, essentially a complete dish was $77. My business partner's short rib was short on the rib but still tasted good. You're not even a one Michelin-star restaurant to command these prices for the portion. I do not mind paying more but not for these portion sizes, $105 without the cocktail, no thank you. The fine dining experience is overrated in today's market. Your staff, ambiance, and flavor of the food, saved this review. One and done.
