Gorgeous breakfast enjoyed at the four seasons NYC. The garden is stunning . Our server Saleh and manager Taylor went above and beyond . Outstanding food overall and ambiance .

As a nurse that is fighting in front line due to COVID (stayed here from April-June), best way to get appreciated is by having to stay in one of the best luxurious hotel in NYC for free. The hotel is just amazing and I couldn't thank Four Seasons enough for giving me the opportunity to let me stay at their hotel. Location: the hotel is located in 5th avenue. Few blocks from Central Park and all the tourist spots. The interior is so classy and for the first time in a hotel, I felt really comfortable and rich. Checkin Process: checkin process is so easy because due to covid they are very safe on checking in medical professionals here. Cleanliness: the rooms are very clean! I stayed here for 2 months. They collect your garbage and give you clean linens every other day. Beds: I had a King size bed, it was soft and slept really good throughout the night. Fresh linens all the time, smells good too. Room: omg it was huge. I think I had the basic room but it was so big, I even did my yoga and zumba online classes here. Very spacious, there is a huge tv and sofa. And the windows are huge and remote controlled! Very comfortable. Bathroom: super clean, The tub is big, I tried it multiple times and it is so relaxing. The free toiletries are all Bulgari! Can you imagine? So fancy! They also stock them everytime they collect your garbage. Service: the service here is top notch! The front desk was outstanding, they are very hospitable and we are all taken care of. They called me heroes but for real they were my true heroes. Restaurants: so they put a big refrigerator in the front so we can grab free food and drinks here. Very kind for who donated. We are full everyday. Restaurants near is by Lexington, a lot to choose from. It was undeniably a comfortable and unforgettable experience. I feel safe, I feel that I am well taken care of and I feel I am part of their family. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Four Seasons, the management, the nurses, the housekeeping, the security and the amazing front desk personnels for all the hard work that you did for me and for all of the health care workers. You guys called me a hero but you are my true heroes. Again, thank you.

My review is only for the bar area. I came here with a bunch of people to have some drinks and appetizers. The hotel itself is very pretty and love their Xmas tree. We were seated by the fireplace which was a nice touch. Drinks here are cheap since they are $24 each but they are well made. As far as food I got to try the sliders, truffle fries and flatbread. The food was all great especially the truffle fries. I really liked the ambiance here and how beautiful they had it decorate for the holidays I just wished the service was a little faster since it took forever to get the server around for another drink.

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Manhattan. First class in every aspect. My favorite? Beyond the most amazing bacon and egg ramen breakfast? Or the oversized windows in the bright room overlooking Manhattan's skyscrapers? It's definitely their staff. The Four Seasons hospitality and experience created by their team is unmatched. From the second you arrive on property, you are greeted warmly by one of my favorites, Raul. If you are curious about the endless dining options or simply have a question, the one and only Rodman at concierge, handles it all. If you want to enjoy a cocktail by the fire in the TY Bar and lounge, you just may see one of the best dressed in Manhattan, Craig. The Four Seasons Manhattan is the ONLY place to stay.

My husband and I have stayed at the best hotels in NYC. Please move the Four Seasons to the top of the list. The location is top notch, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are fabulous. The staff are on top of their game, especially the concierges. The rooms are sound proofed, and the bath tubs fill up very rapidly. The upper rooms have very excellent views, and the bar is very hip. Not much more to add, expensive... but worth it.

My cousin is in the business so she gets a deal at Four Seasons! What a beautiful place this is for a visit to NYC. I got to look inside and we did take our picture in the lobby. The staff were so sweet to accommodate us by snapping photos! If you can afford to stay here, or have a family member that can get you a deal, go for it!! the location for visitors is very convenient to Central Park, shopping, food of all kinds and lots of night life and entertainment! I was just thrilled I went inside to visit my relations when they visited!!

My firm had our annual meeting upstairs in the FIFTY7 room and it was a success. The space is perfect for our event because people were ale to go from the main room FIFTY7 where breakfast was held as well as the coffee break to FIFTY7 East for the meeting portion, and FIFTY7 West for the sit down lunch portion. The service was amazing from setting up the breakfast spread to cleaning everything up and setting up for our photo line with Tony Blair. The breakfast spread include bagels with spreads, muffins and pastries, as well as fruit salad. Note: the mini bagels were so delicious! For the lunch portion, we started with a garden salad with a balsamic dressing. Which to be honest was nothing to write home about. I took two bites and I was done. For the main entree, there were no options which simplified things but they did offer a vegetarian option and a salmon option. I had the vegetarian option which was delicious. It was roasted vegetables over quinoa and puréed carrot. The chicken was over the same thing and everyone seemed to enjoy it as well. A coworker of mine is kosher so he ordered he salmon and he said it was good as well. For dessert, we had a chocolate mouse with fresh raspberries on top which was very decadent and delicious. That might have been my favorite part of the meal! Overall, this years meeting went much smoother than any other and I do not know if it is because we have been doing it to a few years or if it is because we switched venues to the Four Seasons but I am hoping we will be back next year to host our annual meeting.

I specifically came here to meet and catch up with my sisterinlaw and friends and have drinks at the Ty Bar. The minute you arrive at the Four Seasons Hotel you are immediately greeted by a doorman with a hello and a smile and "welcome home" Upon entering you realize this is no ordinary hotel in NYC, this is luxury all the way even more so then some of the other Four Seasons Hotels in the Caribbean. The lobby has lots of marble and tall columns with beautiful woods and gorgeous center pieces all around. I came at night so everything around me had a soft amber color and dim lit sconces on the walls.. Right off the main lobby is the gift shop and there are TY beanie babies all around. The TY Warner Penthouse is named after the inventor of the beanie babies. There are different levels to this hotel. Elevators are a must unless you want to walk up a lot of stairs. If your disabled or handicapped they have all the accommodations to meet your needs. The TY Bar is like no other. Everything is red, red, red. From the lighting behind the bar, to the red candles on the tables and red velvet seating and pillows in the lounge area to the high black onyx looking high tops. It really has a cool oriental style vibe. I remember it differently and asked one of our three server about it. 30 languages are spoken by the staff, and they have people staying here from all over the world. .This TY Bar is newly renovated. The service here is like no other and top notch.. After placing a drink order my server brought over cheddar crisps and flavored almonds for snacking. Bar food is only served until 11p. They are known for their Korean BBQ , Pub Burgers, Spicy Ahi Tuna Rolls Truffle Oil Fries, and Martinis of all different varieties. You can also order a speciality drink that dates back to the 20's and 30's. This particular Four Seasons Hotel has its own private custom-barrel bourbon made exclusively by Hudson Bourbon for the Ty Bar, at this location only. Off of the Ty Bar is the beautiful Garden Restaurant with its lush trees all around. Beware! Closing time vary, and can change anytime based on management. If you don't have a room, security will politely ask you to leave and get you a ride, or you can purchase a room. All of us had a ride so this wasn't a problem. This is definitely a place to people watch and take in all the beautiful scenery.

I love the I.M. Pei designed lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel. Others may find the dcor lacking in warmth, but I challenge you to tell me when your Prada-clad feet have sounded better walking across a room. Carpet just doesn't have the same effect. (& it traps dust, dirt & dander.) Service has always been courteous & efficient. I had lunch at the hotel this week, & I was especially impressed by Carlos' performance. He exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I received a timely followup email from the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, Michael J.K. Bonsor after I inquired about the crackers at the bar. You must try them - SO DELICIOUS! In fact, Nicoles' Crackers have already been voted the BEST in Chicago by Chicago Magazine -- http://www.nicolescrackers.com/nicoles_crackers_chicago_magazine_article_coverage.htm (Do I have good taste or what?) If you can't get to a Four Seasons bar, order them online & let me know what you think -- http://www.nicolescrackers.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SFNT&Store_Code=NicolesCrackers - - - Given my recent experiences at the Ritz Carlton & the Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons is my current favorite. (The Mark is another favorite, but it is currently closed for renovations until Summer 2008.)

Four Seasons New York is in Midtown on 57th Street and is New York's tallest Hotel. The hotel is 52 stories, but the rooms were out dated more than any other Four Seasons I've stayed at. I stayed in the Upper Tower and the best thing about the room were the two large windowsills to sprawl out on and the views below of Central Park. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/four-seasons-hotel-new-york-new-york-2?select=5TNqtsy3XLBbzb94Y3gq-Q#5TNqtsy3XLBbzb94Y3gq-Q The room was spacious for New York Hotels with high ceilings, walk in closet and bathroom is large with comfy tub and shower. Room service was fast and friendly and food was good, I only ordered snacks one evening and breakfast one morning. Fitness and Spa facilities were on the lower floors, I'm talking in the basement and was tiny but still had all the amenities. Spa had Sauna, steam room, showers and relaxation room (with cranberry juice, tea and water) for hotel guests a few treatment rooms and spa boutique. Fitness Center was huge and machines state of the art and open for membership for residents of New York; hotel guest have a separate entrance and full (free) access during stay. For restaurants they have the casual Ty Lounge- great for breakfast and The Garden-perfect for a nice dinner. During most of my stay I walked midtown on foot but there is a RR-house car for hotel guests.

I wanted to stay somewhere in ny where I can walk and shop everywhere that's not to far from the other bureaus. Coming to ny is always a treat. I love coming here to visit, and staying at my favorite hotel. The service at the 4 season is like no other. I rather pay 700 a night in this hotel than stay at subpar hotel and not being centrally located and not feeling safe anywhere else.

This hotel epitomizes class and luxury. I've stayed at the St Regis, mandarin oriental, trump, Plaza etc in NY and would rather stay at the four season. I'll tell you why... service is off the charts. The room is beautiful, i had a park view and just stared out the window for a while. The location is amazing, close to central park, shopping, theater, you name it. L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is in the hotel, a great dining spot if you don't want to venture outside. It is a one star michelin, small dining area so make a reservation but food is what can be expected from a renowned chef. The room itself has a big walk in closet, large bath tub, good bath products and plush towels and robes. They also give the slippers, the good quality ones, not the thin ones that basically swipe the dirt of the floor like a swiffer (not that they have any). Room service is also good, i can't remember what i got some beet salad, fish and dessert, the combination of which made me fall asleep 15 minutes later. They are very accommodating if you need anything and respond immediately if you call for towels or whatever. There was some confusion with my bill and they ended up giving me a 15% discount for it being a problem at all. Also, celebrities and socialites are regulars here so don't be surprised to spot someone. I've also had work events here and their conference rooms are good compared to NY palace or other midtown establishments. The pricing isn't but food and service are great. I can't stress how amazing i think this hotel is. i've had plenty of bad hotel experiences, thankfully the four seasons has never been one of them.

Based on the bartender Olga I loved this bar. She puts up with so many weird crazy people and she's so gracious to each guest. I had her serve me patron and drinks and she was so intelligent and made you feel good. I like how she invited me back Specifics days and times Great specialty drinks and bar food for locals

Traveling during the holidays can be hectic, but the staff at the Park Hyatt made everything feel effortless. It was clear they weren't just doing their jobs; they truly cared about making our holiday special. The hotel itself is stunningly elegant yet incredibly comfortable. After long walks through Central Park, returning to our room felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat. The spaciousness, thoughtful details, and quiet luxury made it easy for our family to relax, laugh, and simply be together -- which is what the holidays are really about. We had our first breakfast in New York at the hotel's "the living room" which is located in the lobby. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with modern decor and stunning 30 foot ceilings. We arrived at 7am as the restaurant just opened and Kamil greeted us with a warm genuine smile. We've stayed at 5 different Park Hyatts in the past 5 years (Kyoto being the most recent) and no one has made us feel as special as Kamil. He has the unique gift of hospitality. He went out of his way to treat us like family and made us feel very special. I stayed at this hotel over the New Years holiday and was thrilled to be so close to Madison Square Garden and Times Square. As was expected, check in was a bit chaotic given the time of year. The ground floor entrance was PACKED with luggage on first arrival. After weaving our way through, we located the check-in desk on the 5th or 6th floor. Tons of people but adequate seating to wait for our room to be ready. An upper floor meant having to figure out their dreaded elevator system. It left something to be desired, to say the least. With only 3 elevators that service the whole of the hotel, and a 4th that goes who knows where, it was almost always a lengthy struggle to catch one. No buttons on the interior of the carriage, all elevators were called with a touchscreen device that seemingly tried to pack as many people as possible into one small space, leaving many behind that couldn't fit, before directing the passengers to another elevator to repeat the whole process over again. One day was so bad, it was actually preferable to walk up the stairs to the 14th floor. Woof. The room itself was wonderful. Spacious, with 2 beds. Very clean. Beautiful view of the city and the arena next door. Great way to catch the sun set. Walk in shower with both an overhead and handheld shower attachment. Great lighting. Shower had heavily frosted glass that faced the bedroom area so be prepared for your silhouette to be on full display for anyone you may be rooming with. Nice sized closet, safe, and mini fridge. Big flat screen television. Window shade worked very well to block out the light if you're hoping to sleep in late. Walls can be a bit thin, especially if you have a rowdy bunch of kids right next door as we did. Aside from the elevators, the perks far outweighed the usual peskier elements (e.g., noise, etc.) one encounters when staying away from home. Would stay here again, perhaps during a less busy time of year, if that's even possible.

Housekeeping was so gracious and helpful throughout my stay, the bartender at Bookmarks very kindly helped my friend carry our drinks down to the room, and checkout took less than 30 seconds. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The themed rooms are such a fun touch (I loved seeing how each one was inspired by a different subject), but I also have to give a shout-out to the practical things. I took a few work video calls from my room on the 12th floor, and the Wi-Fi was ridiculously good - honestly stronger than the Wi-Fi in my own house when I'm sitting five feet from the modem. Not a second of lag. The TV also had a ton of premium channels, which was such a fun surprise after long days exploring the city. And finally, a standing ovation for the real MVP: the air conditioning. New York was basically a sauna while I was there, and every time I walked back into my room I was greeted by the most glorious arctic blast. It was so good that my friends ended up wanting to hang out in my room and order dinner instead of going back out into the heat. Perfect stay from beginning to end. I can't wait to come back.

I was excited to stay here anyway, because of course it was on my bucket list, but the stay was so…read morequiet and lovely that I am blown away. I got a petite room since I was traveling alone which I would not recommend for a couple, but for me it was perfect. The bathroom area was the best part and not at all an afterthought. They knew women would be coming and they nailed it, down to the magnifying mirror. Whenever you get to spend time with other book lovers, it's a plus, so I also very much loved being able to talk to people in the common room on the 2nd floor. Often times NYC misses this in their hotels. The books here aren't anything you really want to read so bring your own books but all in all 5+ stars for me!

This is a bustling hotel with a large lobby. I visited for a conference. The hotel has a couple of…read moreexits, but the main entrance is on 6th avenue. All the meeting rooms were clean and organized. We had over 1,000 conference attendees and needed ample space and everything went pretty smoothly. Temperature control was generally good, but got a tiny bit chilly at certain points of the day. The staff were extremely prompt with setting up and removing catering food, but were not the friendliest. They have a free standing pumping station for those that need it. It was easy to access and decently clean, but could've used a wipe down by the second day. They provided a mini fridge in one of the meeting rooms for storage.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! DO NOT BOOK HERE!…read more I came here around April for a work trip and no where on the reservation page did it say that the hotel was under construction. They also offered the price including breakfast. Arrived at the hotel and saw that they only had one working elevator for a hotel that was over 20 floors high. There was a line for the elevator that you had to wait for at least 20 minutes to take. I asked the about the breakfast and they said the restaurant was closed so no hot breakfast. Why is this hotel offering a room rate price with breakfast when there is no restaurant for breakfast?! They told me they had bagged breakfast, which was always gone and coffee was all gone too. Took over 10 minutes to wait for new coffee to arrive. Renovation work bright and early at 8am. I was offered loyalty points for compensation by the manager, Delanie, and these points never showed up. I was also mistakenly charged for drinking their water bottles when I didn't even touch those bottles. They never even told me that I was going to be charged after checking out. I just saw a random extra charge on my credit card. The manager, Delanie, had said this would be refunded, but never saw this refund come through just like the loyalty points.
