Tree was trimmed, at no cost I just found out, and is now dead or something. This business is denying looking into it because they "didn't charge me" and "aren't tree experts." DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! After spending $12,000 they do not care, will not warranty their work, give excuses, and could care less. read more

Four Seasons Lawn Care has done my lawn maintenance for 2 years. They have done an okay job for most of that time. However, the lawn service has become no more than a blow and go job for an exorbitant price. I had to sign a contract which I did not resign after my first year. BEWARE! When you sign the contract, it just keeps going with no end date. If you want to cancel, you must give 30 days notice and still pay an extra month's fee for no service even if you are dissatisfied with the service they are providing. Also, you only receive a full month of maintenance around 6 to 7 months out of the year and must pay the full monthly rate even when they don't provide a full month of service. This is a totally over-inflated price for not much service. I would never use their service for lawn maintenance. I could get the same service if not better for one-third the price! read more

Excellent work but poor scheduling. I engaged Four Seasons Lawns Care to landscape my backyard which had become choked with weeds. I was told to expect their arrival between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. By noon nobody had arrived and there was no call with an update. I had to call myself and was told to expect someone by 2:30 but the work crew did not arrive until almost 4 pm. The work crew was both efficient and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed. read more

The only reason I'm giving three stars is because their crew that installed my sod worked their butts off. They knocked out removing St Augustine, tilled and installed new sod in 13 hours on one day. They should be awarded 5 stars. Customer service on the other hand should get 1 star only and that's due to a good quote. They take forever to respond to messages via email and are quick to assume I was upset when trying to get a status of my order. They did not complete the additional sod laying in my back yard from left over sod and basically told me I didn't see almost a whole pallet of grass left over. I will not do business again with this company due to poor customer service. read more

They did an amazing job fixing my front and back yard. Past lawn care companies combined with Texas weather had left my yard looking dead. Thankfully, four seasons were able to come out and at a very reasonable price able to make my yard look like new. Would highly recommend this company. They work very hard and efficiently. read more

I engaged the Four Seasons Lawn Care service this morning. They said they would be there between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. At 9:30 A.M. I began texting, calling and emailing the company and Seth Fox for their whereabouts. The finally came at 9:30 A.M. I walked them around the property (a double lot, which was disclosed up front prior to the appointment) and told them exactly what to do and which tools to use to do exactly what I said. I wanted the shrubs to be trimmed (with hand clippers) 8 inches from the inside of the fence. I wanted the weeds dug out with a shovel or spade. After giving clear instructions and making acknowledgement that I had given clean instruction, I left to go get Round UP for alley weeds, as they had none on their truck. When I returned, two of the three men who spoke no English were cutting down my trees and 20 foot high shrubs with a machetes. The foreman was not watching them and they were both new and had NO training. The foreman was on the other end of the double lot, pulling and cutting weeds, I had suggested to use a spade or shovel to remove. I have lost two 20 foot trees and one 20 toot high shrub which has been there for over 20 years. They said they were sorry and left my property with no responsibility to take care of the loss they have created in my landscape. I have not selected a rating because they are not deserving of a rating and they deserve to not be in business for driving 30 minutes late to the job, cutting down long established trees and shrubs and not taking any responsibility for the loss and frustration they have caused.
