They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. Moving is a nightmare, but they made it way smoother than expected. If you get Tim and Akuul, you're in good hands.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! All Service Movers assisted me with a small move (one room to a storage unit and back) when I…read moreneeded construction work done on my home. The first half of the move went smoothly, but the return trip was the worst experience I've ever had with a mover. The two movers were late and didn't cooperate to move my belongings. Instead, they preferred each using their own moving dolly, and several items fell from it, causing damage to my property. They dragged the dolly across my hardwood floors, leaving permanent gouges and scratches that they refused to fix, even though they were responsible for the damage. The return movers seemed offended when I asked them to move a couch and place an area rug underneath it. I had already explained that the rug was the only thing I needed them to place in a specific spot. The first movers had no problem moving the same couch to pack the rug for the move. After I signed the paperwork at the end of the move, the mover asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I declined, but he insisted that he moved my couch and rug and that it would be rude for me to not leave a tip. He abruptly walked away, and I had to follow him to get a receipt. I immediately reported the incident to customer service, and the mover called later to apologize. Regarding my damaged items, they only agreed to pay pennies on the pound for them which added insult to injury. They refused to take any responsibility for the damaged floor or the poor customer service experience. To make matters worse, their remedy agreement requires you to remain silent and not share or write any negative comments about them. As a result of this terrible experience, I cannot in good faith recommend All Service Movers or Angi (who provided the referral).

I've never had movers before and reading through everyone's review from yelp and other moving companies I didn't have high standards. But they far succeeded what I expected. I had a lot of help for my family members and they had no issues with them helping and they honestly integrated within my own family really well. Logistic wise, I'm a very type a personality and timed everything. They called me when they said they were leaving the warehouse and said it was about 30 minutes away. They did arrive right at 30 minutes. It took 1 hour and 38 minutes to load all of my furniture and boxes that I wanted moving. It was a 11 minute trip to my new home. And about an hour to unload and for them to get back. Overall it was right under a 4 hour move. They did take the saran wrap off everything before they left and assembled what little that was disassembled. You make a $100 down payment and the total cost was roughly less than $700 with a tip. If it wasn't for the excellent customer service - I would think this was a little pricey compared to what I was quoted from other services. The reason I went with them was - they were the only ones available for the time and day I needed. I had called 6 places before I landed here. Overall- Again I'm very happy with everything and would suggest anyone to use them in the future.

Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.
