I had them replace my vinyl liner in the pool 2 years ago. There were wrinkles in the liner after…read moreinstallation. The liner slipped out during the winter when the cover was on. Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

Our neighbor has used this company for years to open, do maintenance, clean, and close the pool…read more Consistently, we have had issues with this company as a neighbor, ranging using our property to transit to and from the neighbor's pool to actually blocking our driveway with their vans. We have spoken with their technicians who are responsible for this behavior. We have spoken with their management in the office - yet the behavior persists - with today, we having to again ask them to move their van from being parked in front of our driveway, so we could use it. The responsible individual grudgingly moved the vehicle a few feet, expecting us to still drive on our grass, before realizing that it wasn't going to happen and eventually relocated the van. I rarely give such poor reviews, and certainly don't and now, never will actually use their service. But their service of our neighbor's pool negatively impacts us and I can only imagine what kind of service my neighbor must receive if such blatant lack of care, or at best, inattention is exhibited by their staff.

I was shocked becuase they never brushed anything and there was clearly lots of debris left. I came to the store and when I asked how it should look, I got the expected answer. then I showed the person pictures. he then went to get a manager. this entire time I am as calm as a cucumber. she comes out and says well my picture shows murky water. I show her the pics and she says 'I don't know what that is'. CLEARLYthe pool was not cleaned properly..actually barely cleaned. I showed her a clear pic and asked 'you don't see that'? She got that cold dead look of 'I'm standing my ground and disregarding you' and walked off. I paid almost $800 and left the store.That attitude and the bully technique does not work with me. I have had countless issues over the last couple years with St. Charles Pool and Spa opening/closing my pool as well as no weekly maintenance. Very half ass job with the closing causing numerous issues opening in the spring. Pushed the opening back several times this past spring, and left with it pond green colored and told me to shock it. Pics are from day they opened to 4 days after and they refused to come back to get it right. Every time I call to get them to come back to fix their errors, Andy tells me 10 different excuses and ends up saying it is my fault. The only thing they're good at is racking up the chemical charges every week and billing the customer. Do yourself a favor, never use these clowns. It will end up costing you so much more in the end as they have no clue what they're doing and send incompetent people out to do the job causing $1000s in damage that they won't fix.

Now that the cover is failing, I reached out for warranty support, only to be told it wouldn't be covered because the hot tub was not under an additional cover or structure. That requirement was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and frankly, it seems unreasonable. A hot tub cover should be designed to withstand being outdoors without needing to be protected by yet another cover. It feels like a loophole to avoid honoring the warranty rather than standing behind the product. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service experience. I would not recommend based on how this situation was handled.
