Gus post surgery
Abby S.

This review is overdue, but we had a very positive experience with Four Seasons in October after our pup ingested a full peach pit the boarders. We were transfered to Four Seasons from VCA since they had a surgical team on call that Sunday. Throughout the entire process, we were extremely impressed with the level of communication and care we received. By the time we got there, our Gus was in extreme pain, and they immediately began pain medication so he did not need to suffer a minute longer. He had surgery and follow-up, and now many months later, Gus is doing very well. Thanks to the whole team for helping our little boy!

Our pup had an emergency visit that unfortunately didn't end well :( they handled our situation with such care and love! They spoke so gently and gave us all the options and how they could support us. During the final moments they gave us so much space and time to say goodbye. They turned a horrible situation into a manageable one. We are so grateful for all they've done! Thank you!

Tara B.....this is my reply to your comment on Yelp. You said there is more to the story. Well the Texas Veterinary Board concluded Caroline Aldridge cause my Daisy's death. I have all her medical records and proof that was submitted to the Texas Veterinary Board. So it is very reckless of you to say there is more to the story. You can support Caroline Aldridge all you want but the fact remains she is an incompetent vet. I will file a complaint with the Colorado Board too and let's see what they conclude. I will keep on posting about how Caroline Aldridge killed my girl everywhere. You can praise her all you want. Caroline Aldridge cannot even place a feeding tube properly and Tara you are saying she is a wealth of knowledge.....lol. As Caroline Aldridge herself if there is more to the story or did she cause my girl's death. Caroline Aldridge ran away from Texas after my Daisy's case. An innocent vet won't run. At least for the sake of the voiceless animals, I hope your other vets are not as incompetent as Caroline Aldridge. I will posting this comment on Yelp too.

We had to find an emergency vet clinic late at night in a Sunday. The team at four seasons did an amazing job with our kitty. While it is never good when you have to make a late night visit they explained everything in detail and were extremely patient and understanding. I am lucky we found them and appreciate everything that they did for us. Kitty is hanging in there for now thanks to their swift action.

I brought my 8 month old dog in yesterday concerned that she may have eaten a toxic plant and I wanted to be safe rather than sorry. I called my regular vet and they suggested four seasons. I called them and brought her over. Instead of listening to me when I said she hadn't really been coughing much and she was panting and I was worried she had swallowed a plant, they jumped to the conclusion of kennel cough. I told them she had gone to daycare 10 days prior. The incubation period for kennel cough is 5-7 days and she hadn't been showing any symptoms of kennel cough at all. I am very disappointed that they wrote off my concerns and jumped to kennel cough just because she goes to daycare. I called today to see about fixing the situation since I payed $180 for medication I don't need and they proceeded to write off the fact that she had thrown up the plant last night and that was the issue. They told me to keep giving her the medication they gave me for kennel cough and didn't even brush over the fact they had missed her eating a toxic plant. I will not be going back here and I will not be giving them any recommendations. Very disappointed and something way worse could have happened.

However, when your clients are bringing in a puppy at 7 pm on a weeknight, normally that would denote an emergency. We called way before, brought in a 12 wk puppy who for all we know was dying, with symptoms of parvo or ingestion toxicity. Would you expect to wait over two hours and never see a vet when you think your dog is dying? You also only see one vet tech whose behavior was indicative of being under the influence of something. We were so scared for our puppy and this kid (he looks 16 I'm sorry- he's maybe 23ish) is bordering on giddy. Just bizarre behavior. We were clearly terrified and he didn't seem to be in any rush. I think the standards for vet techs need to be higher to say the least. I couldn't believe how bad this guy was. Thankfully we (and another client who had been waiting for 2 hours for an infected surgical wound on her pit bull) left and went to Four Seasons Animal Hospital and I'm so thankful we did. I understand things happen but if a vet is not able or willing to at least check in with you for two hours when you have a very clearly sick 12 wk old corgi puppy, get the heck out of that place. It was literally shocking and enraging. It was like they didn't give a shit. I know there are good vets there but I think they're picking vet techs off of East Colfax. (Denver people will understand;) I will never bring another animal there again. Just absolutely inexcusable

Our nurse was Courtney and she was AMAZING!! Tynkerbell licked her and let her pet her, which she never does. Courtney's kind demeanor and very obvious compassion allowed my anxious, traumatized dog to trust her which means so much to me. Courtney also explained the whole process to me; she understood our situation and took the time and patience with Tynkerbell that she needs. Her friendliness and calmness made me feel assured that my dog was in great hands under their care- which is not something I feel often!! We were treated by Dr. Brandon Reynolds who was also very friendly and informative! He explained everything in great detail, and I felt confident that he would be able to find the right course of treatment for Tynkerbell. I would highly recommend him. Overall, I would recommend this clinic to anybody looking for quality emergency care. The staff was beyond helpful, caring and just wonderful. The clinic was very clean and tidy. There was no wait time, we were put in a room immediately! They made my dog feel comfortable, which is something she rarely feels around strangers and new places. Huge shout-out to Courtney! :) A big thank you also to Dr. Reynolds and the rest of the support staff for being mindful of my dog's special needs and putting me at ease!

Veterinary care is expensive, and I fully expect to pay for quality medicine. What I do not expect…read moreis to spend thousands of dollars while the underlying issue goes unidentified. I hope our experience encourages other pet owners to seek care elsewhere, ask questions, seek second opinions, and make sure previous imaging is carefully reviewed before agreeing to extensive treatment. In 2024, our dog developed aspiration pneumonia when she was just one year old. She recovered and went on to live a normal, healthy life for nearly two years. In February 2026, she developed the exact same symptoms. We brought her to Animal Urgent Care Northeast and specifically asked the doctors to obtain and compare her previous medical records because we believed this was the same issue she had experienced before. We were told the records had been reviewed. Over the course of her care at AUC North East, she underwent multiple diagnostic tests, received IV fluids, oxygen therapy, medications, and treatments. Yet, they never identified the foreign body. Despite more than $6,000 in charges, we were repeatedly told they could not determine why she was not responding to treatment. Afterward, we paid another veterinarian to independently review the medical records. Within that review, they identified a foreign body that had been visible on every image since 2024, which means that the foreign body had remained present on every set of radiographs taken since then. Image included in review, foreign body by curser. When I contacted Animal Urgent Care Northeast to discuss these findings, I was told that treating pneumonia was appropriate and that they could not prove the foreign body was responsible for her failure to improve. That is true--they cannot definitively prove that connection without removing the foreign body. What is also true is that we had already spent so much on hospitalization and treatment that never identified the underlying issue, we could no longer afford the procedure that may have given her a chance. The clinic ultimately refunded less than 10% of our bill. Tragically, that refund will be used to euthanize our three-year-old dog because surgery was no longer financially possible. I understand that veterinary medicine is complex and that no doctor has every answer. My disappointment is not that they couldn't guarantee a diagnosis. It is that despite our repeated concerns, our dog's previous history, and thousands of dollars in diagnostics and treatment, the underlying issue was never identified when it was clearly on the x-ray and explained all her symptoms. When another veterinarian found it by reviewing her records, there was very little accountability. I cannot recommend this clinic. If your pet has a complicated or recurring medical condition, I strongly encourage you to seek a different provider.

Doctor Park and Doctor Nikki H were the two with us most of the time and they would make sure we had a nice comfortable room, snacks, coffee and even coloring books and pencils for my toddler. They certainly could've done their job and we'd have been satisfied, however their passion for care of (any) animal clearly showed in how much effort they put in to our visit. You'd have thought we were their only patient in the office! And when you have to take your pet to an ER you're already on edge and stressed and they did everything in their power to help ease ours. The employees and kind and comforting, as they should be. I appreciated that. The drawback is that before they even begin - the doctor gives you a bill to pay. When any additional procedure is needed - the doctor hands you another bill to pay. This occurred a minimum of 4 times while I was there. The pressure of the bill and having to make life and death choices makes for a not clear-headed decision. I understand that they want their money. I'm sure that can be an issue - however - putting a clip board with a paper to sign and a card charger in front of your face throughout the time there became a bit much. I was getting angry by the end instead of giving my baby the support that I should have been. I don't know the solution from the doctors viewpoint - but this was not the way to handle it from mine.
