Sunset Ford pulled a switch and said Honda didnt know how to change a master cylinder, but the reality is they do. They are better and more honest than ANY Ford dealer I have ever been to. I just dont like Honda cars or bikes.

Months later, I found out they never submitted the cancellation at all. My lender never received any refund, and the warranty provider confirmed the dealership never filed it. This is extremely frustrating because I did everything I was supposed to do, and they failed to follow through. Now I've potentially been paying interest on something that should have been canceled months ago. They have not returned my calls or emails. Make sure you follow up on everything yourself if you do business here. Don't assume they will handle it properly.

Ford App says "The powertrain control system is unable to detect the actual position for one of the exhaust flow control valves and requires service." Plus it is time for an oil change. Schedule for a Saturday, because I have to work. Service calls and cancels because they don't do diagnostic on Saturdays. Reschedule for a Friday. Drop off at 8AM on Friday and get a rental car because... I have to work. No updates on the truck all day. Text service at 5 pm inquiring if the truck is ready. Was told no they hope to have it ready on Saturday. Ok so now two days rental car expense. On Saturday service text me to update me that the technician was working on the diagnostic ( I thought they didn't do diagnostic on Saturday). I said thanks and went on about my day. A couple of hours later I was told the problem (which is what the Ford app told me originally) and that the part would be there Tuesday. Enterprise has already charged me over $160 for two days rental now they need the truck for 3 more days? I inquired about the rental fees and was told I could pick up my truck and bring it back Tuesday. No offer to cover the expense! Do they think people have time to just go back and forth and wait? I picked up my truck and will not go back!! A "free oil change" essentially cost me $160 in rental car fees. The check engine light was not fixed. So essentially there two days for an oil change! Actually took the vehicle back two weeks later on Wednesday. Didn't hear anything from this service department. Contacted them on Thursday and was told the part was not ordered and they were putting a rush on it to have it completed on Thursday.

Although I would have liked something newish (2020 and newer) They had another forester that was a year newer than mine and in great condition. Although the milage was high, I know that they went over the car with a fine-tooth comb, AND it IS a Subaru, IYKYK. I found their prices to be reasonable, and I like that there is no haggling! A few days after I got the car home my headlights went out. I was ready to go buy new lights, but first called Anne and she was kind enough to order them for me. As the weekend got closer and then lights hadnt come in yet, she and her husband Craig offered to come to my house in Tacoma to change them for me over the weekend. After installing the bulbs it became clear that it was the switch and not the bulbs. Craig came to my house a couple of days later, picked up my car, fixed the switch AND filled my tank! I am so happy I decided to buy from Roosales, their customer service was above and beyond. VERY satisfied customer!
