At first, the work was decent, but it quickly went downhill once he got comfortable. He ignores calls, refuses to fix mistakes, and takes no accountability. I often had to clean after him or bring in others to finish the job. Despite doing sloppy, inconsistent work, he still demanded full payment. Do not hire Bruno. He is unreliable, careless, and a complete waste of time and money. He is not presentable at all. He doesn't take pride in his self.

The good: Bruno arrived on time & is a really nice guy. Hence the 2 stars. Bruno communicated mostly through the Yelp app which was fine. No details were requested other than address of service & confirmation of date/time. The unfortunate: I never ever want to slam someone's hard work & hustle. My hope is that communication is improved with more detail in what services can be provided and at what level. Windows: did not bring equipment could not reach the bathroom windows, kitchen windows were not cleaned, screens put back incorrectly so they fell off, dirty rags left throughout unit after exit. I do not have a picture because this was not checked until later. *Bruno also requested he charge an additional $75 after the fact because the windows were "high" & he could not reach them. 2 bathroom windows are about 10feet high - above the shower. There are 4 jealousies and a small screen. He did not state any of this beforehand or in the quote. Carpets: he showed up with a rented Rug Doctor carpet machine no vacuum, and then stated he didn't think he could get the stains out of the carpet. We opted to go with someone else who is a professional carpet cleaner and just had Bruno clean the windows. I did not go with the lowest quote - these prices are on track with what everyone else is charging. If you need regular maintenance clean - or your home straightened up and wiped down - this is probably a good way to go. If you need or require a higher level of clean - go somewhere else. Let me be VERY clear - this was not a hoarding situation or even the worst type of clean. It was an empty unit everything else was done. Simple. Bruno you're a nice guy - I wish you well.
