Nickel and dime service!!!!!!!!! Horrible!! Took my 25 telluride in to get a key fob repaired. The technician found the fob faulty and suggested replacing. The service writer informed me that it would be $300 to replace and not under warranty. I called the dealer I bought the car from and they told me it was completely covered. I then realized that the second fob was kicked out of the system. Took it to this Kia and they are now charging to reprogram the second fob. Again under warranty!!!! read more

Avoid any FOWLER dealership at all cost. They will rip you off. Make you sign a digital form and change payment without noticing until 1st payment due from kia. Fowler paid off trade in about 5 weeks after trade in. So I had to pay another payment on a trade even when I did not own a trade anymore. grade :F read more

This dealership has single handedly made me hate almost everything about KIA. Getting scheduled with them is always nightmare, and once you're scheduled you can plan on leaving your car there all day regardless of the service. I went in for yet another recall on my Telluride and was told the recall was fixed, only to find out a year later they did not fix it. I've had continues issues with my window trim fading (And discovered they had a class action lawsuit open regarding the matter) The trim faded immediately after having it replaced - I was told for 6 months that the product was on 6-8 month back order and that they would call me when it came in. Only to find out months later that it wasn't on back order and I wasn't on the list to get the part replaced at all. It is clear there is a manufacturer defect with the Night shade window trim as there are hundreds of other customers with the same issue. The managers and staff at KIA Fowler could care less about getting to the bottom on this issue. They have told me that they will not replace it and they refuse to file a claim on the dealerships behalf, despite it all. Don't get a KIA. The loop holes with their so called "warranty" is bogus and the company has rights to change their policy's right under your nose. This dealership would rather not deal with anything difficult and just ignore you. read more

My wife and I reached out to Fowler Kia to look at a few options. Their salesperson, Javin, responded diligently and put together a few options for us before we went in. He went to great depth to find the most appropriate fits for us. He showed us our options, walked through every one of them patiently, in spite of us having to listen and test drive around having an infant with us. Javin was kind enough to let us do a test drive without himself (I hope other dealerships are seeing this, because this meant a lot to us). We loved the car, but we were still wanting to consider options to make sure it was a solid decision. Their business manager, Jessica, sat down with us, walked us through our options financially. Javin and Jessica didn't rush us by any means. Gave us all the room and time to make an informed decision. My wife happily bought the car and traded in her old car in what was one of the smartest and smoothest buying experiences we've had. The car was detailed and ready for us to pick up. Javin made sure to patiently walk through the features with us. He also made sure to follow up after a couple of days to make sure the car was good, and if we were doing ok. Its because of people like Javin, that folks are still buying cars at dealerships rather than buying online. Fowler Kia is a terrific dealership and is the best Kia dealership in Northern Colorado (trust us, we've been to the other ones). The car is exceptional. Good lord, where do I even start. I bought a brand new 2023 Kia Soul from here in April. It had a recall come out in May and I went to my appointment to fix it today. All was going well, they told me at 9 AM when my appointment started that the repair wouldn't take more than 1.5 hours to fix. I told them I just needed the car by 3 PM but they assured me there was no way it would take that long. They called me to tell me I had two tire issues but assured me that would only add 30 minutes worth of time to the repair. Come 2:30 PM I just picked my car up. I'm not upset the car took longer to fix as technology is unpredictable. However - I am upset absolutely nobody called me to update me on when the car would approximately be ready. I had to reach out 5 different times to ask what was going on and why it wasn't ready at the estimated time. I got "they're workin on it." As a response every time. I was never offered a loaner car or anything which would have been preferable as opposed to being stranded at home where I can't accomplish any errands or live normally. Love that they fixed the car for free. Will NEVER get a service done here unless it's free because who knows, might take an hour might take six ‍ read more

This dealership went down hill as soon as Fowler bought it out. When my vehicle was returned to me the last time I got a repair, I was handed the keys and the rep was starting to turn away, and I asked him if he could tell me what they did exactly for the fix. He said he didn't know. read more

You take your car in for service and no one communicates and when you do get a hold of someone they give you the ring around and you never get an answer. Took to another shop and had an answer in 2 hours but had to bring it this place because it was still under factory warranty. 3 days and no answer (when I told them what the shop said) but that wasn't good enough read more

Shocked! I posted my one star review of Fowler Kia 7/2, almost two weeks ago. Nobody from Fowler has attempted to contact me. Seems they have no interest in addressing my concerns or doing the right thing. Consumers beware. In my opinion, when a company does not care enough to even respond to negative ratings, it's a sign they simply don't care, period. If you are disappointed at Fowler, seems you are on your own..too bad, so sad! I had a great experience at Fort Collins KIa! Greed.... Lies lies and more lies. Service will tell you that your car needs this service "as per the KIA service schedule" just to make you think you "have" to so "warranty" stays in place. They are full of it . Read your owner's manual before you agree to any service. They attempted to sell a transmission service and brake fluid service as per Kia service schedule.... Well.... Can you people read? Even under severe service it is not due till 80k not 37k.... Spoke to the service manager. "We go off the BG service schedule" well BG is not Kia. And not the KIA service spec. Spoke to the GM. It "appears" this is "training issue." No this is a greed issue... read more

We stopped by to "look" this past Saturday and they were so wonderful, we went ahead and purchased. We did have a trade in and needed financing. They got us in and out in three hours which is a small miracle in today's car buying industry. The negotiation was so easy, they started with really good prices so there wasn't much haggling. Javin was our salesman, and Tom was the manager - kudos to them for knowing their stuff! It felt like the whole team was helping us. We are more than satisfied and will go back for our next vehicle. Purchased my car at North Peak Kia had always had amazing service. TELL FOWLER took ownership. Was having some mechanical concerns and addressed that it could possibly be the safety recall. But if I wanted to confirm that I had to pay for a diagnosis which I was charged for! After talking to Kia consumers, it was confirmed that it was a safety recall. However, the dealership did not reimburse me and they gave me an incorrect diagnosis. Super disappointed and would not recommend the dealership to anyone, specially for service! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars--1 is a stretch. My car sat on their lot for three days before they realized it was there (towed in by my insurance). It took a phone call from me, knowing that it was there, for the business to acknowledge that indeed my Kia was there. Communication has been little to none. My car was delivered there on December 26 and today, January 27, I have had very little contact, unless initiated by me, To be clear, my Kia was stolen, and was under a recall that I didn't know about. While taking responsibility for the recall issues, this dealership has refused to work with my insurance company in a reasonable manner to make sure my Kia is restored to the condition it was in prior to the theft. Instead, they are distracted by routine maintenance issues and money that would have to be paid by me, over and above my $500 deductible. I would NEVER recommend this dealership for purchase or repair. read more
