If you buy the warranty that they so forcefully propose, the "savings" would vaporize, and you would be better off buying a used car without the history of a crash. The paint in the front began to peel after 14 months, getting progressively worse. I called and they told me that because of how many miles we have driven the car it was out of warranty. We had purchased previously 6 cars in 25 years used, from other dealerships, within 3 years of factory release. NEVER experienced anything similar. I bought my car from AutoSavvy, and unfortunately, I've had a really disappointing experience. When I first noticed an issue with the airbag, I personally took the car to Subaru for inspection. Subaru identified the issue, and I then brought the car to AutoSavvy (where I purchased it) to handle the actual repairs. Not long after, the same issue came back. This time, AutoSavvy took over the process -- they moved the car back and forth between themselves and Subaru. The repair took nearly a month, and I had to constantly follow up for updates because no one was reaching out to me. But the biggest issue? When I got my car back, my dash cam was gone. I immediately reported it. AutoSavvy told me they would review their security footage. The next day, they confirmed: the camera was still in the car when it was with them -- and told me to go talk to Subaru. So I did. Subaru said clearly they never touched or removed the camera. I then asked AutoSavvy to take responsibility and help coordinate, since the car was under their care during the entire process. But they did nothing further -- no solution, no apology, no accountability. Just blaming someone else. They denied the work that should be covered under warranty for the truck I purchased. The fuel sensor stopped working and so left it with Chevy (as we were instructed to do) for over a week. Very leery of buying a Branded title vehicle. This Ram 1500 with V6 with the accessories this one has was just what I was looking for. Dealt with a really super young person named Berenyse (Bernice), relatively new to car sales but friendly, helpful, very professional, and didn't hesitate the least to check with management on any curve balls I pitched at her. The entire staff at the Windsor dealership was friendly and helpful in every way. The pickup is performing flawlessly, and I got a very good deal on it. Couldn't find any cosmetic or body panel flaws whatsoever. In brand new condition bumper to bumper as far I have seen so far. Pulled out a odometer discrepancy and found out the vehicle was owned by 4 different people but according them the mileage is correct at 13,000 miles despite the odmeter discrepancy paper work saying 125,000. Some story on how they think the dmv added a 1 in front of 25,000. Math very wrong. Second excuse was it was in kilometers. Math still very wrong. Beware!! I had to fuel a vehicle during a test drive because they gave me the vehicle low on gas. I called before fueling, and they said "save the receipt and we'll reimburse you" when I showed back up to the dealership, the manager said "we don't reimburse for gas" and one of the associates was literally laughing me, further escalating the situation. The manager eventually said he would have corporate send me a check. 4 months later, they have not paid me and have ignored me. A manager finally called me yesterday and said they would "reissue" the check that they allegedly sent. During the conversation, the manager laughed at me... Don't buy car from AutoSavvy. Management would want to help. No wonder their employees turnover so fast you wouldn't believe. AVOID at all cause. Many parts were missing from the underbody of my car after it was picked up. Over $1300 worth of parts were missing from under and inside of my car. Salesman intentionally steer you away the problem and missing parts. Customer service dept wouldn't honor claims requested by customer and delay after over a month to respond. also we had a rain storm in California, the car leaks water in the hatch area. tail lights were glue back together to my car instead of replace the broken parts from its previous accident. Parking sensors / Park assist system wasn't working and salesman knew about the problem and denied responsibility. Title of my car took over 6 months to arrive after repeat emails and phone calls. Also, the lot and website photos mileage isn't correct. Someone in their dealer added on over 300 miles after my transporter picked up my car. AVOID this dealership at all cause. I bought a truck from this business and the environment is really nice but there are some things that really made the day sour as we bought a car from them. 1. We worked with a salesman named Donald and he OVERSOLD HIS NUMBERS. I was doing a trade in and when we discussed it on the phone he said that we would get a tax credit that could amount to "thousands of dollars" it ended up being $500. Another time I asked about the rates and he said that there dealership had good relationships with banks and could get "3%" because "We have great rapport with our banks and can sweet talk them." We walked into finance and we were already half way through signing the paperwork before we found out it was actually 6%. He also didn't know that the price had dropped $500 online before I saw it on the paperwork. He did change it but he didn't know that beforehand. They also said that they could maybe drop it $200 and they didn't once we started signing all the paperwork. 2. THEY WILL TRY AND SELL YOU ON EVERYTHING. They have a 4 year coverage plan after you buy the car and Donald told us about it and we declined. About 30 minutes later Nicole came out and try to sell it to us again and really try to sell us. I had to say no 5 times before she understood and walked away. 3. THEY CUT CHEAP CORNERS. I would think that if they wanted you to by a truck they would get you everything if you are about to give them $30,000. They had a little paper report of what happened to the truck but made me buy the CarFax. Also, if you buy a new car they can only fill it up to half tank. If I give you $30,000 how is $30 such a big deal. My truck that I traded in had more gas in it. 4. NO INFORMATION. When we walked away they didn't tell us who we would be financing with or how to make payments until we asked. I also had to run in and ask and Donald gave me a "Rocky mountain credit" but Progressive couldn't find any bank called that so I went to the manager and it was out of Commerce bank. It is a big deal how to make payments and that was not discussed. These are the 4 things that really made the day sour. I always felt like I had to be on my toes and I steel feel like I was shorted. Updating our original 5 star review to a 1 star and would give 0 if possible. PLEASE read honest Yelp reviews before you read and believe these high pressured (Google) reviews that they extort from you before you leave the dealership. Yelp has actual customers experiences and you will get a much better picture of the absolute corruption that this dealership has. Long story short (& believe me, its a LONG STORY!) - our car was never fixed properly from the original accident. The dealership wouldn't allow our mechanic to fix it as they said it was their "auto savvy" fault it wasn't repaired correctly, Instead they had it towed to Windsor, and the 'work' done has made our car even worse then they tried to use our extended warranty that we purchased. Nothing was fixed properly (BMW dealership said new headlight needed, Autosavvy slopped some epoxy on it *it still leaks) and won't fix it. They removed the aftermarket chip and reset the computer incorrectly (car randomly beeps, doesn't drive properly etc) and won't repair. The most frustrating part BY FAR is the lack of communication and utter lack of caring or standing behind their vehicles and workmanship. These cars are TRASH and that is the reason the price is so cheap. You will not be able to even use the extended warranty they sell you (about $4000) when they break down. DO NOT BELIEVE the smooth talking salespeople. They are crooks and know that the vehicles are lemons, but truly do not care. We are getting no satisfaction or help from them - we've called corporate multiple times, the dealership countless times and have been ignored or flat out told "we are not fixing the light we didn't fix right the first time, and you can try to sue us- they have a pool of lawyers" (shouldn't that be a clue to how terrible they are?!) . I can understand why this dealer has a 1.5 star rating. Here's my story: I located a vehicle at this dealership that I wanted to purchase on the CarGurus.com website. The Sales Rep that contacted me led me to believe the vehicle was available and asked when I planned to stop by. I replied that I would drive down there from Cheyenne, an hour's drive, between 10 and 11 AM the next day. She confirmed that the vehicle was available the next morning before I left Cheyenne. Ten minutes before I told her I would be arriving, she sends me a text saying she sold this vehicle but that I could come down and look over the rest of their inventory of pre-owned vehicles. Even if I assume that this vehicle really existed-- I don't think it did-- I think most people would agree that selling this vehicle out from under me when she knew I was heading down tot he dealership was not only unethical but extremely rude. Either that, or the vehicle never existed or had already been sold, and she never planned to tell me until she thought it would be too late for me to prevent me from making an unnecessary trip in order to lure me to the dealership so they could hard-sell me something else I didn't really want. Instead, I texted her back, "Okay, thank you," because I'm not rude like these people are. Did the sales rep really think I wanted to do business with people that behave this way, showing this little concern for their customers? However this was blatant disregard for the things that I asked, and I was lied to my face. First I came from over an hour away with the two children alone. I felt this could have been done virtually and then I could come in to sign but whatever. I got there and THEN I'm notified that the vehicle is a salvaged title, but they called it "branded" not to sound so bad. I decided it wasn't a deal breaker since I was buying a car id run to the ground before buying again. Then, I asked my credit to only be run once. I was notified through my credit monitoring system (which I pay for for this reason) it was run 4 times through banks, leaving inquiries. These newbs then come back with an offer on my car almost 4K lower than what I'd been offered elsewhere, and an interest rate that made a 19000 deal COME TO 40K AFTER 70 MONTHS. My interest now doesn't even come close. It's a normal rate. These people must think I'm stupid. & they think you are too. The people next to me warned me ahead of time to go to carmax and check out other offers so I didn't have my hopes up on it going through. Even with NO CREDIT I've NEVER had someone try to get me on some crack pot interest like that at a dealership. It doesn't matter how much you like the car. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! This particular dealer in Windsor has zero business ethics. I would give this dealership a 0 star rating if I could. My wife and I live about 2 1/2 hours away and were extremely excited to pick up the vehicle that we saw online and were obviously motivated enough to travel the distance. Over the course of a couple days time I had spoken with Jesus and Luis in the sales department to express my interest in the vehicle that I wanted buy. They cold heartedly sold the vehicle right from under us the day we were driving down to buy it. Not only did they sell the vehicle within the hour of my wife and I were to show up to the the dealership, they failed to even give a courtesy call to let us know that they had sold the vehicle. My wife and I are extremely disappointed and angry in how they would do such a thing knowing that we were traveling a long distance to buy a vehicle that we were so excited about. Not only did my wife and I waste time, money, and a day of work that I missed, we also had to find daycare for our 3 children during that day that we thought we were traveling to buy a vehicle. Luckily, Jerry from Auto Savvy in Colorado Springs pulled through for us by holding onto the vehicle while in route for another 2 hour plus drive. By the end of the day, my wife and I ended up buying a vehicle. All I can say is that Windsor should fire these sales reps immediately before tarnishing the brand any further. Don't believe the "rebuilt story" as the insurance companies don't differentiate between the two and you could be on the hook for the remaining balance of the loan if it were involved in an accident. Fun fact - although you might feel like you're saving a lot of money buying from here as opposed to a used car dealer, you are not really. You buy a car here and you walk out and it breaks down, they're not responsible for it unless you purchase one of their extensive service plans. Their financing is always in house, and does not support internationals like me who are on a visa. Which means it's either a cash deal, even if the car you want is $30K apparently. No, thank you! As far as the place goes, it's a good innovative approach with a lot of risks involved. Their salesperson, who I had the experience of dealing with, wasn't super knowledgeable of cars. He tried his best, but couldn't keep up. Some of the cars I did my research on after looking at their online inventory weren't available for a test drive or even for me to check out in person. I would not recommend this place. I bought a car here and brought it back to participate in the buyback program in order to upsize my vehicle. Initially they told me I had to come back before 5pm to do this. I drove an hour there the next day to do this and they told me that it was only on Fridays. I did come I bought the vehicle with a dent in the hood and due to their lack of documentation, they could not confirm this. When asked about the documentation, the manager expressed that the person who sold me the car was no longer with them due to "underperformance" When I brought it back in that same condition, they deducted the prices for those issues from the quote. In turn, the offer was $7000 lower than what I bought it for 3 months prior. Then complained that he wouldn't give me a Carfax due to the fact that it was $50 a car. Which is a lie because dealerships pay monthly for Carfax accounts and are not charged per vehicle. Even if you were to pay per vehicle its not that much. After all this when i tried asking about a different vehicle he hung up on me because i refused to drive an hour and a half to look at a junk flood car. All i had to do was google the VIN, and i found EXACT pictures of that vehicle in the insurance lot in Texas. With flood branded on it. Never buy a car from Autosavvy. This company has by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a car from them and less than a year later my car needed repairs that I was quoted 5k+ for. I had purchased the extended warranty they offered, because I was told it would cover all but normal wear and tear. So I was surprised when I brought my car in and was told that repairing an exhaust leak wasn't covered by the warranty. I called Autosavvy to express that I felt that the warranty had been misrepresented and was told to send the diagnostic report and they might be able to help me. I emailed the diagnostic report as requested and after days of calling and leaving multiple voicemails I FINALLY got through to Samantha at the Windsor location. She said she had received the email outlining the problem and what work needed to be done and that they should be able to help me with the cost of the repair in house, but that they needed to run diagnostics themselves first. It took them 3 weeks to fit me in and 2 days to run the diagnostics once they got my car. Then they told me exactly what the dealership had said and that if I didn't want to do the repairs with them I could pay for diagnostics and pick up the car. I had already paid for diagnostics at the dealership and sent Autosavvy the results. The ONLY reason I had brought it back for diagnostics was because they had said they should be able to help me cover the cost of repairs. I tried to get in touch with Samantha again to discuss this but, instead of returning my call herself, she had the service department call me back. Eventually, I gave up on getting a call back from her and went to go pick up my car. The service department wasn't in to get me my car (because it was Saturday) so they got the GM who tried to give me the keys to the wrong car and then spent a long time searching for the correct keys because he couldn't find them. I told him about my experience and he waived the diagnostic cost and told me he would talk to his team about what had happened and call me back on Monday. It didn't come as much of a surprise but I NEVER received a call from him. At this point I gave up on expecting anything from Autosavvy and took my car elsewhere. Best bang for your buck? Uhmmm yes if you are the dealership. First off, ppl think they are getting a deal 30% off a car with a branded title is not a deal. Branded titles are worth half of their market value. I saw a car that had a market value of $32k and they were asking $27k for it. The cars value is half of $32k which is $16k so it should be sold closer to $20k they are ripping ppl off. If you got in an accident and the insurance company had to total it guess what ....they are giving you only around 50% of the market value. I know from experience. Had a drunk driver hit my car that had a branded title they were only going to give me $5,500 for it and it was worth at least $9,800 if it was a clean title. I negotiated more because I had lost work and expenses with a rental. So let's hope none of you get in an accident or you are going to end up with a loan to pay off and no car.... read more

I drove up from Denver. I test drove (and loved) a vehicle. They test drove mine, and asked me why the "check engine" was flashing. I said "it wasn't flashing on the way up, but I'm not surprised." It's an old vehicle that could break down any day. I felt as if I had to buy a vehicle then and there. I was then offered an 18% financing rate. I wasn't interested in it, so I left. I have grandparents in Fort Collins, so I was hoping my car would make it up there. It did. And back to Denver. Without the check engine light turning on or flashing once. Weird. read more

Do NOT buy from autosaavy! I have never been more insulted and dissatisfied by a company than I have with autosaavy. I could write a novel with how many errors they made or how they mistreated us but I will summarize for you all: 1. The salesman did not know anything about the truck. I am not even sure why he was there. We asked so many questions and he did not know the answers or he chose not to disclose information. It was frustrating to have no real service history, information about the truck's features, damage, issues, etc. They provided us with an old report on the truck and when we continued to ask questions about the report and information on the truck since the report was pulled, they fought with us and said that is all we need to know. They said that only information legally required to be reported would be on there and nothing else mattered. Clearly this was wrong. We also only got one key and had to pay hundreds for a backup key and programming. 2. The salesman promised that the truck would be detailed when we picked it up. This was either not done or done in 5 minutes. We detailed the truck when we got home and had to spend hours just to get it to basic standards of auto detailing. It was gross what we found. 3. Also when we went to pick up the truck it was on empty. I had to fight with them to provide us with enough diesel to even get to the highway. After 35 minutes they releunctantly agreed to $20 gas fill up. Wow. 4. We continually found issues with the truck that were definitely known to autosaavy. If their dealership did even a basic inspection of the truck they would have seen this issues. Obviously they wanted to hide them and sell the truck as is. 5. The worst issue we faced was in regards to the title. We were told so many conflicting stories as to how and when this would be handled. We called over 15 different times over 2 months. We were told we would get called and updated but we had to call and ask for information because it took longer than they said and should have taken to receive our title. We found out that after over 45 days that one of the employees messed up the paperwork to the DMV. She marked the vehicle as gas not diesel, and she did not get the Release of Lien paperwork notarized so it was rejected and resubmitted. We only found this out after calling and waiting when they should have called us in the first place. This then delayed the process and our temp registration expired. The only reason we bought from them (which looking back we should not have), was because they had the exact truck we had been looking for and given the inventory market we were worried we would not find it elsewhere. I couldn't believe what a great deal that was until I got home and looked up Edmunds/Kelly blue book price and it was $16,900 for a private sale so I actually paid more than it was worth and I called immediately to ask if I could return it and they said all sales final. NADA values are 30% higher than Kelly Blue Book so they are inflated to show the car is worth more than it is so be sure to look up the KBB prices of their cars. Also, I asked for some of the paperwork that should have been given to me and it took 10 phone calls to various people in the company and then the district manager to finally get it. I felt like I didn't matter. All their cars are "branded" which means rebuilt from salvage auctions). You'll have to pay extra for a warranty. They have fixed pricing here so no negotiating pricing. They charge a $350 dealer/window etching fee you can ask for a $200 military discount to offset (they don't require proof). They offered me a Trade-in for my car for $1000 and it was worth $3800 so I didn't do it. We went back for our 2nd car. Bought a 23,000 mile Acura MDX for $23,000 which would have been $40,000 at a dealership. We have been very happy with both our cars. read more

Do NOT buy a vehicle here. I made the mistake because of the vehicle prices. They sell salvaged title vehicles. Means they were an insurance total loss at one point. The auto shop puts them back together as quick and cheap as possible. They will claim that all vehicles go through an inspection. That's just a basic vehicle inspection. Once you buy, you are stuck. They won't take it back unless a body shop considers it unrepairable. Plus, the resale value is crappy. No dealerships will buy or let you trade it in. If i could give this dealer 0 stars I would. Bought a brand new 2017 car with the best warranty autosource could offer and less than 1 year later the car is bricked due to transmission issues and the warranty apparently doesnt cover the repairs due to a loophole I was not aware of. Beware this scam dealership and always be aware that any vehicle you purchase from them could be a disaster waiting to happen and their warranty will likely not cover you. read more

Then I paid to bring my own mechanic to go with me to look at car and give me his assessment. Auto Source lets you know what issues the car has had. So your mechanic can look at it closely.
