This place has always been a mystery to me...I feel like you hear people talk about the fowling warehouse but I was always mystified as to what they were actually doing in there. Crossed it off my 2026 Bingo card right away! A great indoor winter activity, too! While I am not great at throwing a football, and was initially scared by all the flying pins/balls/etc, it is a fun activity for a group (as long as everyone has a good attitude)! I can see people getting crabby if this is not their thing. We really dug the $4 mystery beer option (you get what you get). They also had two bars with lots of options. We were here for a birthday party, so we had reserved lanes/tables, but it seems like there is plenty of room to go around for drop-in people. I'm not sure what the standby process is, but there were a ton of "lanes"! Just a note, if you are hard of hearing, it is quite hard to hear anyone talking to you if the place is busy.

We held our annual Christmas party here and it was pretty nice! The staff were helpful and everyone enjoyed fowling! They allow you to bring your own food, so we catered our food.

My review is a little overdue, but we had such a great time celebrating our friends birthdays in April! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect for our group!

Took my husband on a surprise date night here and we had a blast! The staff was really helpful and we were able to meet and play with other couples. They do have a bar, so we were able to get both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage. Ladies, they do have smaller footballs for us to throw! Beware of being sore the next day if you aren't use to throwing a football around .

Fowling is a blast!! I have never thrown in a football in my life but still had a ton of fun. We were there for two hours and that was perfect. Any longer and we would've been bored. The staff was super welcoming and helpful when we didn't know how to play. They also have a full bar which was great. Only thing is it is HARD. I never hit a single pin. If you aren't able-bodied, this is not going to be fun for you.

First timers, had so much fun will definitely be back! Love that they had a variety of games not just the fowling!

LOTS OF FUN! We had never been Fowling befoe. We did open lanes at 6:00pm on a Saturday and they were pretty open, I think that we waited about 10 minutes: which was perfect for grabbing a beer. The facility is pretty low key, there is a bar and some resturants around the property but you can go to The Garage before hand if you want more options. There is no Food (that we could find) in the facility. They have a LARGE varity of beers and some other drinks available for those who do not drink beer. Our group drank beers so we didn't go into details on other drinks. There are a few local taps on draft. Fowling in general is fun. If you are looking for regular bowling or duck pin, this is not the place. Throwing a Football is fun and you make a fool of yourself sometimes but it is so much fun. This is a 10/10

This was a lot more fun than expected. I went for a birthday party with a lane reservation. The reservation comes with 10 wristbands and 2 hours of play time. I have no throwing ability and am recovering from a shoulder injury but the rules are lax in fowling. If your friends aren't super competitive (mine weren't) It's easy to move yourself up closer to your pins to avoid total demoralization. The pins are heavy and it does get loud. For the first game, we were frequently in our neighbor's space, due to poor throws and odd bounce patterns. Rogue footballs aren't uncommon and most seemed really understanding. The set up is like cornhole. Teams face each other and throw towards pins at opposite ends of their lane. Perfect for some friendly taunting. The site advertised food but there wasn't any outside the $10 hot pocket and cup o'soup. Outside food is allowed in and several groups had catered set ups outside the playing cage. There are 2 bars set up at both ends. Kids are not allowed at all times-I think weekends past 5 PM are 21+ only. While we found fowling fun (despite our limited athleticism), this would probably be less interesting to kids under 13-ish. Like I said, those pins are heavy. Fowling was a great group activity and I saw a lot of double dates. There's a big, free parking lot and the cost to play ($12 unlimited time) makes this one of the best deals in the city. I do recommend a lane reservation for your big group on the weekend. It was busy.

Our family had a great time "fowling" for my daughter's birthday. We had a party of 5 and were able to make reservations online, which is nice and convenient. Upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately checked in. We were assigned a lane and spent the next two hours competing and laughing and throwing the football in different and fun ways. I highly recommend this place for your next adventure. The only thing I would be aware of is that the footballs are pretty big and might be harder for smaller kiddos. You will need to adjust heavily if you choose to bring them. There's also not much food. They do allow you to bring food in or have it delivered but be mindful of that. Not many options are available.

Good times!! Huge everywhere space with several planes to play. There is a full bar and you can bring your own food from outside. There are table you can sit at outside the play area. Open till midnight and their last call is at 11. They are all about fun here. Went on a fri night and it was pretty empty. It sits just east of bottleworks at the end of the strip. Plenty of free parking available. We had fun just throwing around the football after our game. It was unlimited play for $14/ person.

So ... it's a thang here in Indy ... go figure?! Football Bowling with a few unique rules ... ... no BONKs for any of us ... ‍ Huge warehouse footprint. Big screen TV's showing football games on Sunday afternoon! Reserved a lane for 2 hrs - up to 10 ppl for $120 ... good price. Smaller hands - smaller football is available to use! Rules are explained by friendly staff! Two HUGE bars - with mystery beer machine, ciders, alcohol & soft drinks. Bathrooms clean

    Good place for group events

I have been to Fowling Warehouse a handful of times and finally participated in a game. It was more fun than I expected, especially for a group event. You can have a little friendly competition or simply cheer each other on during the game. I don't know how it would work if you are playing pickup games with strangers, but it definitely worked out pretty well when playing in a group setting. I didn't think I can throw a football very well, but did alright and hit a few pins. A single game can last a little while, especially when you are trying to knock down the last few pins. There aren't any strict rules other than knock down the pins first and you win. If you are not used to throwing anything, your arms and shoulders might be a little sore the next day. Besides the game itself, Fowling Warehouse has a nice bar with a very good beer selection. There are other types of adult beverages as well. The place is quite big and I estimate there are 30+ lanes where you can play fowling. Fowling Warehouse is a good alternative for doing something different and fun. Even if you are not very good at it, you can hang and drink and still be a part of the action.

Turns out the entire heated patio is first come, first served, and we were seated almost immediately. It was one of those windy Indiana afternoons where the cold finds every gap in your jacket. I fully expected to spend lunch shivering. Somehow, the heated patio felt warmer than the restaurant itself. Between the TVs, football on every screen, and the patio heaters, we had zero complaints. Now let's talk about the famous pepperoni-stuffed breadsticks. They're a must. And order your own nacho cheese. Seriously. Don't expect anyone to share. I could eat a shoe dipped in their cheese and probably enjoy every bite. The breadsticks always arrive piping hot, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, and if we're judging on a cheese-pull scale...I'm giving them a solid 7/10 on the stretch meter. As for our server, Zach...what a true gem. He's one of those people I'd honestly be surprised to hear anyone say they didn't like. Funny, quick with the jokes, and somehow kept up with the chaos without missing a beat. He also made sure my lemon drop martinis never had a chance to get lonely. Since I wasn't driving, he happily assisted me in...staying hydrated. The place was busy enough that we couldn't stand around chatting long, but he's the kind of person you'd genuinely enjoy running into again. We've been here twice now, and both visits have been consistently great. Whether you're stopping in to catch the game, escape the cold on the heated patio, or simply satisfy a craving for those ridiculously good breadsticks, Ale Emporium continues to be one of our favorite spots. Just don't skip the breadsticks...and trust me, order your own cheese. You'll understand after the first bite.

I took a chance... let me say, I'm so happy I did. I have heard many great things about this sports lounge & the food that they offer. They are perfectly nestled into a highly trafficked strip off of Georgetown rd & it's welcoming for "regular lunchtime attire" even though as soon as I stepped in, I felt underdressed (in a good way) the place is VERY clean & fully equipped for both day and night time crowds. Parking is all shared with the neighboring stores/businesses but it is very large so no qualms about finding a good spot. I was surprised to have placed a food order for myself and my daughter around 12:45pm and my food was bagged and ready to go by 1:15pm - while I waited, I did partake in an alcohol slushy which was so delicious & well deserved haha. The kitchen staff that I came in contact with and the bartender (Jasmine, Ms. Gigi & Shamon (sp)) were all very sweet women and took their time answering all of my curious questions about the space as well as menu/drinks. Another fun fact I learned about this place is that it is BLACK OWNED!! The food quality was on point (no cheap ingredients) and it was still hot when I got home. Fried mushrooms are always a sports bar go to of mine & these lived up to my expectations, the catfish was juicy on the inside and perfectly fried on the outside- not one piece of the two large fillets were the seasonings compromised. My daughter LOVED her wings & we know how teenagers love chicken wings. She was also happy the red beans & rice weren't spicy like she's had in the past from other places. One last thing I'd like to mention is that I usually am annoyed that my to-go order didn't include proper utensils or sauces requested.... They did not shy away from giving me ample sauces & napkins (they were thick too)! All in all, AllStars gets 5 stars from me! I can't wait to go back but the next review for them will be of the nightlife, which I've seen people rave about on IG and I fear I have been missing out.

We complimented it, asked where they found it, and before we knew it, we were chatting with a wonderful couple who had traveled all the way from overseas just to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever play that night. Moments like that are one of the reasons I love Indianapolis on game days. The patio was the perfect place to soak it all in. Fever fans filled the sidewalks, kids proudly carried homemade signs, and there was an excitement in the air that only comes from a city rallying behind its team. We could have people-watched for hours. Our waitress was exactly what every server should strive to be. Friendly, relaxed, and genuinely fun to talk to, she somehow mastered the art of appearing right before we found ourselves looking around for her. We never felt rushed, but we also never waited for anything. The food held up its end of the bargain too. The fried mozzarella disappeared embarrassingly fast and earned a solid 9.3 on my unofficial stretch meter. Crispy on the outside, perfectly gooey inside, with a marinara sauce that was every bit as good as the cheese itself. The chef salad was fresh, generously loaded with toppings, and easily big enough for a meal. I honestly couldn't tell you what beer I ordered... Because what I remember most is the experience. Sharing appetizers on a sunny patio, meeting fellow basketball fans from halfway around the world, and watching Indianapolis come alive before tipoff. As for the drinks: beer prices were nice and cheap, but the margarita was on the expensive side and not really worth it.
