I'm between printers and needed to print out a couple documents including a resume for an interview I had in the morning. Unfortunately I forgot to run to FedEx Print and Ship before they closed, so ended up calling other printing shops on Yelp at 9:30pm. I asked how much the cost would be for about 5 pages and the person on the phone said they could just print them for free. They ended up saving my butt before my interview. The office is located in a building servicing attorneys and bankers and I guess they usually do large jobs like printing trial binders and such. I didn't actually see the office itself but the building lobby is massive and beautiful. Security had me wait down there and someone named Carlo, I believe, came down and handed me the requested documents in a manila envelope. It was a genuine act of kindness. Thanks! read more

Had a last minute "order" for 2 sheets of 8.5" 11" paper, double sided, for very small font. They did the job free of charge and helped me out over the phone from 3-5am!! It wasn't perfect (but the font I chose was extremely small, not really their fault) but they even gave two large pieces of paper with the pages printed on it for me just in case I wanted to be able to read the smaller font. I had a very important meeting with a planning department in Northern California. Working well into the night, my normal printer, Universal Reprographics, was closed. I gave Summitt a try. Customer service was good; the gentleman over the phone was cordial and hand delivered the drawings to my car. However, the prints were sub-par, and not acceptable at the planning counter, seemingly a case of uncalibrated printer heads, and cheap toner. Coincidentally, when there was an issue with my card, the owner Craig accused me of trying to "stiff him" "How sad that you are unable to pay 38.00 and go around stiffing companies Quite pathetic" he said in an email. This is not the place to go for large format, architectural and engineering prints first off. Secondly, what an immature and unprofessional response to a customer who simply hadn't transferred money into a debit account that day. //UPDATE// NEW EMAIL FROM OWNER: The fact is you provided us a bad card and your pathetic loser there was nothing with our machine and we printed numerous prints the next day so why don't you send me the receipt from the other place that you supposedly took the prints too. You would not have known that the prints were bad when you gave us a credit card so you are a total loser that can't even afford $38. Have a good day Are you kidding me? read more

Customer service that rivals--dare I say--Disney! If you ever need any last minute prints for your business or even for personal matters, I would definitely recommend coming here! Both Craig and Michelle were super helpful in helping me get a quote (they gave us a special pricing that saved us nearly $100 compared to FedEx!!) and scheduling a super late and last minute print for my company (they offer same day rush and to top it off, finished the job in about an hour!!). They were also very accommodating as they offered to bring our prints down to our car! I cannot say this enough but thank you for all your help despite us calling and emailing you nonstop to finalize details! Thank you for making my job a little easier! Amazing product, amazing service, quick turnaround! These guys have gotten my a$$ out of a jam more times than I can count -- I wanted to pay them back for their above-and-beyond service by writing this review. The 24 hour operation they have there was even faster than anticipated as they were 2 hours ahead of schedule.
