And, I've brought up these issues in person -- with NO resolve to date. First -- there's never anyone at the front desk to talk with, ask a question, check me out, or schedule a new appointment, Second -- on the rare occasion that there IS someone at the front desk, she's almost always too busy to acknowledge the person standing in front or her, and Third -- MOST irritating of all is that every single time, I repeat, EVERY single time I visit this office there's some (entitled?) patient (or parent of a patient) talking away on her cell phone. Talking loudly. Having a conversation that I don't want to hear, which shouldn't be forced upon me while I wait to see my doctor. REALLY???? For the third time, can you please put up a sign that let's people know it's rude-unacceptible-thoughtless-selfish-and-inconsiderate to have a long, loud conversation on a cell phone in a public place? And if those entitled folks refuse to heed the sign, then (lady at the front desk) muster up the guts to do the right thing and ask that person to step outside OUT OF COURTESY FOR OTHERS!!!!! Last -- in a public waiting room, where people are sick, some with Lyme and already very frazzled nerves -- do you think we'd appreciate waiting in a quiet, pleasant "waiting area" before we meet with our doctor and pay a large amount of money for that service? Yes -- most of us would. It is very disconcerting that you are not paying attention to this. Your patients deserve your respect & consideration.

I went far out of my way to…read moresee a NP from this practice and was impressed that he was able to listen and look at my blood under a microscope on the screen with me but, the follow through, tracking and treatment were tremendously, lack luster, and arduous. The treatment was far too generic when I needed something specific. I know a great deal about medicine, both traditional and alternative medicine and feel that treatment experience at this clinic was a groovy sort of shock and awe of nouveau, fringe medicine presentation. I cannot recommend this practice. If it were impeccable care, I could justify the cost but, in my opinion, it's FAR FAR FAR overpriced for the quality of treatment!

It is through empathic encounters - all along the way - that strong positive relationships are built and maintained in all life circumstances, and resilience is evoked in people going through physical and other trauma. I appreciate my own Healthcare credentials that give me pleasure to recognize excellence in all care providers I encounter- even, or especially when I am experiencing the level of fatigue and discomfort I was today. I took test Friday AM and it took their lab till 2am Sunday to receive my sample, and they still have not sent results 13 hours later. I have no symptoms so I'm not isolating, nor was I told to... but this seems very irresponsible for them to not to be getting my results yet, AND they say they only keep results for two days after they get them. What if i spread or contract covid before results? What gets me is these little fly by night companies that come around doing testing OR vaccines for that matter, are making mega bucks off of our tax dollars by way of insurance companies paying these little outfits because insurance gets reimbursed by government Whom tell us it's FREE ( Not free). Such a typical capitalistic loop hole situation for some players to get real rich. I was tasked to print a photo and have it framed within a couple of days, tops. I went to The Lab and met Jennifer. What a lovely woman and helpful, accommodating, friendly, creative, and suggestive. All qualities I was in need of. She rushed my order, did an amazing job blowing up a smaller pixel photo to a large format using computer techniques. A real pro, she was able to tell me what sizes would work according to what we have and what photoshopping can do. We decided on something , I ran to get a frame, and she put the whole thing together, charging hardly anything for all the things-- rush job, putting the finished product into the matting and frame, etc. I also met her partner (I assume), another woman, and Jennifer told me, "We are a small business, it's just she and me." Cool! I will be returning to this business for future projects and I recommend you consider them for your printing needs!
