Then we heard through the grapevine that our friend Gary started working at Shorie. We'd instantly trust any shop he worked at. Coincidentally, our vehicle began making loud noises and needed attention just about then. Perfect timing. Evidently, when cooling fans vibrate enough, they break off and cause severe damage to your radiator. So, we had our vehicle towed into the shop and had a rental for over a week because we had to help some friends in Yuma. Schorie was fantastic. They did all the work on our vehicle while we were out of town. It needed a few more things, so we authorized the additional work. The estimate was less than other shops had quoted us (for the front rotors and breaks). We came home, drove over, picked up our vehicle, and were super happy with the work that was done and the warranty terms. Aric was terrific to deal with the entire time on the phone and then in the office as well. The shop is run well, prices are decent, and they have a super warranty to back up their service on your vehicle. Highly recommend.

As soon as I was assigned to Allen's, I was in the right hands. I called to assure there were no concerns that I had a flat tire. The gentleman was kind and confirmed no worries on the request. Not more than 5 minutes later my driver was on the way. I was picked up and dropped off sooner than the original estimate I was provided through the 1st company. The driver was friendly and fast. He was able to easily assist me, load my car into the flatbed and get me to the tire center. They take pictures before they touch your car as well as when they drop it off. I pay for the roadside assistance through my phone carrier so no exchange of payment was needed.

His service is excellent, reliable, and fair. He doesn't try to up sell on things that aren't essential like other car repair (or even other Brakes Plus locations) do. When we have had issues with our family vehicles over the past 3-4 years, Joey always treated us like family and took care of us. We have brought our vehicles here for multiple oil changes, tune ups, and emergency repairs at this location. When Joey had stepped away from this location for a few months in 2025, the service and care was not the same. So many up sales on things that weren't needed. Luckily he came back and the service is better. And all at a reasonable price.

I originally brought my vehicle in because the A/C was intermittently blowing hot air. They diagnosed it as a leaking hose and charged me $612.66 for the replacement, assuring me this would resolve the issue. It didn't. Over the last month, I have had to return to this shop three separate times for the exact same problem. After all that time and money wasted, they are now telling me it will cost an additional $1,200 to actually fix the issue. It is clear that the initial $600 repair was a misdiagnosis on their part. Instead of standing by their work or offering a fair resolution for the failed repair, they are simply asking for more money. I trusted this shop to fix the problem the first time; instead, I'm out $600 with a vehicle that still has no A/C. Avoid this location if you expect honest diagnostics and reliable repairs.

Their claim that my truck was brought back to them a second time with new issues is ridiculous and laughable. My truck didn't go back a second time, it never actually left, because it didn't make it 20 yards or 2 minutes from the shop before it was clear they hadn't repaired anything the first time as they claimed. The only new issues were the ones caused by their own incompetence, like the new issue of the nitrogen compressor failing because they didn't know what they were doing. Or the new issue of the entire air ride suspension system being completely collapsed when I got there. These were the new issues and they happened while my truck was in their care. David has already admitted their failure to correctly diagnose or repair a single issue with the air ride suspension system. David has already stated that I was owed a refund and that they would cover the full cost to replace the nitrogen compressor but he reneged on that. He is mad because I refused to allow them to continue any further repairs and he is desperate to deflect blame, even resorting to outright lying, because he simply cannot be truthful. This is not only the worst shop I have ever been to but the worst people as well. How low is someone who will resort to blatant lying to avoid responsibility for their own failures. "christians" indeed
