Owner Francisco put my mind at ease with his clear communication, consistent follow-up, and delivering as promised. His attention to detail is outstanding. Two examples stand out: he bought touch-up paint to cover small scratches from installation, and he carefully relocated my internet cable (which was attached to the roof) without causing any interruption to my service. We did have a mishap where one of his guys stepped on a termite deteriorated plank that broked and his foot went through my ceiling drywall in my office. Fortunately, he was not hurt.
