Once they brought in the puppy the person was very rude and had an attitude as if I was interrupting her day. Once they puppy was heading out the lady literally yanked the dogs leach causing the dog to cough very hard. The establishment smelled horrible. I will be reporting this facility to OSHA.

We never feel rushed through this process. She let's us take all the time we need. I almost forgot to mention one of the other benefits of in home euthanasia: We have other dogs in our family. After Dr Jessica puts my girl to rest, we have our other dogs come in to say goodbye. My other guys know exactly where their pack mate went. They're not confused & they don't wander around the house looking for their family member. The comfort this brings them is priceless. Found Tiny and Tall and it was a great experience from the beginning to end! My phone interview was very pleasant and she was very friendly and informative. The foster mom reached out to me immediately as well. She was very friendly and answered ALL my questions. She then offered to meet 1/2 way between her and I. She was FANTASTIC! While in her foster care "Clark" was well loved you could tell. He was very social after being just rescued less than a week ago. She didn't tell us things we wanted to hear. She was honest with his training and where he was in process. He's fitting in nicely! I will definitely say that I would 100% recommend this rescue based on our experience!

I recently visited the shelter to meet a dog that I was interested in adopting. Her fur was full of…read moremattes and she had been there for at least a week. Not only that, but I was told she will need major dental work as her canines are very worn down. For a dog to be neglected like that is unacceptable. I was going to adopt her and rescue her from the poor living conditions and neglect by this "rescue" but was told no since I had to make the difficult decision to relinquish my cat whom I had for over 3 years because she developed serious behavioral issues and was attacking my family and my dog unprovoked on a regular basis despite doing everything that was advised by my vet and a trainer. Additionally my dog whom I adopted from PAWS three years ago has never had an accident since day one of living with my husband and I. I thought it was odd of them to claim that she wasn't potty trained but now it all makes sense given what I saw when I showed up there the other day. And if that doesn't convince you, the staff there are incredibly rude to visitors. There was an older heavy set woman who handles adoptions who was there that night and yelled at my husband and belittled him for being "too close" to the dog. It was incredibly unnecessary to speak to him in that way. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

I regret every stepping foot into this place and putting my trust in them- I recently found out my dog has chronic pancreatitis after going to Bowes Animal Hospital because Randall Road was either closed since it was a Monday when I needed to bring my pet in or they were booked when I needed them most. I've had bloodwork done on Jake routinely when he became a senior- everytime Randall Road Animal Hospital would call me with the results, they would say his liapse is high, quit feeding him table scraps, tho we don't feed him table scraps.. and failed to do further testing to find out what was REALLY going on-I took him to Bowes Animal Hospital, repeated blood work as his liver enzymes were elevated- Bowes recommended further testing as his liapse was high and so was his liver enzymes, which indicates inflammation somewhere.. well, after five years of elevated blood work at Randall road, he was diagnosed tonight with chronic pancreatitis- Not only did we find out he has pancreatitis- he also has cancer. I was told by Randall Road a lump on his ankle was probably a fatty cyst- further testing was done once again at Bowes after Dr said that's not a fatty cyst- came back as soft tissue sarcoma- removal for this can't be done until pancreatitis is treated if it's able to be treated. Lastly, my dog also suffers from laryngeal paralysis- I took it upon myself to research meds to give him to calm him down as excitement causes laryngeal paralysis to get worse... medication Randall Road recommended for arthritis- liberala, found out after doing my OWN research doesn't interact well with dogs that have laryngeal paralysis, so I recommended he be switched. I am so disappointed and most of all let my pup down... please think twice before choosing this place to be your place to take your babies too- I put my trust into this place and was let down not once but three times and have a pup who suffered from it

This will be the only vet office i every use for my furry family members. Second email said wait 5-7 days and respond with dogs you're interested in, which I did. Never heard back. Ended up going to a local rescue and adopted a senior companion with special needs to add to the family. Our last rescue we had for over 11 years and we kept in touch with not only his rescue (yearly with donations and events), but with the actual person who rescued him. We are sorry ARF turned out to be such a disappointment with no communication after application approval. But nonetheless, it worked out for us and the rescue we rescued from. I was warned in the therapy dog community not to attempt to adopt from them and they were correct. Hate to leave a bad review since it's all volunteers, but simple communication goes a long way when there are a lot of pups waiting for forever homes out there.

I feel that doctor is thorough, she explains/educates us, and like any practice she offers an estimate of what she thinks is needed and other recommendations, but I have never felt pressured to purchase things I don't need/want.
