And why did I feel rushed when I ordered and no one else was in line? The mariposa latte - I saw when he added the butterfly liquid but was surprised to see that he never added matcha itself. It was pretty to look at but the taste was way too subtle, I mostly tasted oat milk and the vanilla syrup so it felt like the butterfly pea is really for the look of it since no matcha was added. The speed of the service was quick and the food was absolutely delicious. They don't seem to have a lot of seasonal drinks but we got the lavender latte with oat milk and the cinnamon churro latte (which was delicious). The avocado toast was good but their everything breakfast bagel is 10/10 and definitely a must try. The shop is small however, which makes it a little awkward as you are crammed next to people by you.
