The restaurant itself wasn't super clean and I never saw an employee cleaning. They have also gotten rid of the public side soda machines, so refills have to be done at the counter. When there is a line, you have to wait for refills. They also aren't allowed to take your used cup back, so you get a new one each time. Went across the road to Safeway, special order tag on sandwich, bag, and receipt and yet no pickles. Sure, you could say it's no big deal, and in the grand scheme of things it isn't, it's just sub-par, and for an outfit not built on being the greatest hamburger or anything, it's these types of hmmm non-important details McD's customers at the very least expect to be met. This is not a McDonald's, or at least it's a shameful representation of McDonalds U and the McDonalds way. Once maybe. Consistently bad reviews and experiences make for obvious ineptitude. Get your act together. If you don't know how to consistently deliver, go back to corporate and learn how to better represent the brand.
