Living out South, I used to go to a salon downtown that charges a bit more than Foxy Nails but I wanted somewhere closer to home. I give establishments the benefit of the doubt and grace, prior to taking them off my list completely and this is that time. I have gone to 4 different people, 3 of the 4 have made me bleed, they rush you in and out not giving you time to enjoy anything, the place is constantly dirty and unkept, forget making an appointment because all appointments I have made literally are never honored. The station was extremely messy there were hair strands on the cloth, I had asked for a soak if they repeated soak off multiple time and still did not do it. She took off my acrylic nails with Other Acrylic tips. She was rude and awnserd her phone in the middle I was sitting there for about 10 minutes waiting for her when she got done with the first hand she took OFF half of my accrual nail and told me to finish taking it off. I came here because the first time I came there was a girl Kiara (not sure if spelled right) she did my nails and they were extremely beautiful. I was so happy with them and they never came off even after 3 weeks, she only charged me $35 for reflective and mood changing full set, so of course I was happy with the price as well. I went back about 4 days ago and asked for a cute set that consisted of pink powder hoping Kiara would do them. I went around 2-3pm that day & it was not busy only Kiara and another woman with glasses working who asked me what I needed, I showed her a picture & she pointed at a basket &said pick a color but I'm not good with color matching so I was confused on what color was the one from the picture I wanted so I ended just choosing something similar, it took about a little over an hour to assist me and Kiara was doing pedicures and she had another 2 ladies to do & needed to get to work in an hour so I let the other woman do my nails & she asked me to take a seat, I told her the color I wanted she said she didn't have dip powder for that and I said it's fine and she kept making me switch the colors. I had patience because I just wanted my nails done already and needed to get to work ASAP! I finally agreed on a color but in the end it was no where neAr the color I asked for. She did not prep my nails whatsoever. Literally my acrylic is down by my cuticles & it's disgusting because underneath and I'm the side they are uneven. Literally the worst I've ever gotten. She rushed so bad and I wasn't even rushing her she was just dipping my finger in powder. In my opinion she choose this method to finish quicker and save her some energy I guess but it made me mad because I was expecting a better finish since I waited so long and even gave her tome to do it right and even be late to work. She still charged me 35$ and tried to apologize while I paid just so I could probably tip her & I always tip when I get my mails done but not this time. I just really couldn't. Mot To mention my thumb nail popped off and cracked my real nail the next day. I was pissed, to this day still pissed. Honestly was not worth it for these nasty nails. Not coming back until I see better results from this place and better reviews. Thank you for what it was and for teaching this lesson. read more

This was one of the worst nail jobs I've ever gotten. It's hard to find a good nail salon, yes, but this was far worse than I could've expected.
