Based on the reviews I was really excited to bring my daughter here for her first pedicure, as a little treat for her 7th birthday. I made an appointment for three pedicures and two manicures. For my daughter, they would only paint her nails, no massage or foot soak (which was the entire point), I had the foxy deluxe which was incredibly unmemorable as I think the entire massage lasted a total of 90 seconds including the hot stones, and my son received the signature pedicure (his first pedicure as well) and said it was not "fun or relaxing", again I think the entire massage lasted a minute or two....I am not a pedicure connoisseur by any means, I indulge for special occasions, and I think I would have gotten a better pedicure if I soaked my feet in the tub and rubbed my own legs. Both my children complained of the techs being very rough when filing, trimming and cleaning up the cuticles. For our manicures, they notified me they would charge an additional $30 on top of the $15 gel fee for my daughter to have a different color on all 5 nails. When I asked, two of the manicurists had to have a 5 minute discussion and were clearly annoyed - this wasn't isolated as another child (unrelated to our party) getting a manicure asked for a design on her nails later during my service and the request was very obviously inconvenient as three techs had to step aside and discuss. For my manicure, I asked for a soft/muted/natural style French nail and was given a standard white tip and somehow cut (I have natural nails, there was nothing to file off so aggressively). By the end of the service, I just wanted to leave. It wasn't the "pampering" I was excited we would receive. I didn't complain once, I didn't notify the techs I was unhappy, I am not one to throw a temper tantrum in a salon. $200+ tip and I just wanted to leave apologize to my daughter for hyping up the expected mani pedi girly experience that I've always had at any salon. read more

I really like this place but not comfortable any more. They all talk to each other in their language to me that's rude speak English. It makes people feel like you're talking bad about them. Plus they barely talk to you at all! I saw Jason he does a decent job with painting them. I kept telling him I wanted nail art what I got was pink and orange and 1 black nail on each hand. I messaged him asked if we could do nail art and he said just bring in a picture! He did my nails really nice in the pictures but that wasn't close to what I showed him. Honestly really disappointed with this place. I paid $70 for a set that I think is pretty basic and they look HORRIBLE. ALL nails are shaped differently and not the shape I asked for, he cut 2 of my fingered pretty badly. The color doesn't really match what I showed but I understood that the person in the picture used colored acrylic not polish so I already knew that wasn't going to be 100% spot on. Right before polish I actually asked if we could add my bfs initial to the design and he didn't do that as you can clearly see. I was really excited seeing all the cool nail art and really nice sets that they do but it's sadly only a couple of the nail artists that are there out of like the 6-8 that are available. It's a very pretty salon with an amazing atmosphere but seems to be VERY hit or miss with the quality of service you get. And for $70 I honestly really expected a better outcome other than what I got. read more

I keep going back because most of the team members are really kind specifically the owner and potentially owners partner. They seem to always be in good spirits and eager to help. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's a high turnover or if I just haven't had luck with certain people who've been training but the quality of the nails is hidden one time the owner actually noticed that the gel pedicure I was getting looked pretty awful and he kindly offered to redo it while I do appreciate it. It made me about an hour late to my appointment later in the afternoon, which was frustrating, but I did appreciate that he noticed the quality and fixed it himself. My niece and I walked in for a pedicure. The place was pretty busy but they got us right in, within about 5 minutes. Pricing is average. We each had a male tech and they did a decent job. Everything seemed clean, the only thing is, I do like when I go to places that get the tools out of packaging that have been sterilized more I think. Their tools came out of their little caddy's, always makes me wonder if they are sterilized after every customer??. They could have been a bit more firm but as men I know they usually are more gentle and worried to overdo on the massaging and stuff. They were both friendly. read more

I scheduled two pedicures - one for me and one for my dad. I wanted to treat my dad to a pedicure as he is in assisted living and thought this would be a relaxing experience for him as we spent time together. My dad is legally blind with limited mobility and takes a moment to answer people if they direct a question at him. Given his circumstances, I fully understand that it is my responsibility to make sure he was safely seated in the pedicure chair, which I did. Where things went south was the employee who was assigned to perform his basic pedicure. She was incredibly rude and provided a humiliating experience for him. Initially, she struggled to get his leg out of the water, loudly bemoaning to me, "He is so heavy." It's unclear why she was trying to lift it straight out of the water versus slight angled, since the foot pad is slightly angled up for the employees to do the toes. It was as though she has never understood spatial geometry. She then proceeded to yell out into the establishment, "Can I get some help! He is so heavy," in an attempt to rally colleagues. Oddly, no one came. There are two issues here - there is no empathy for his circumstances in this approach. You are yelling about your perception of a person who is clearly disabled. Your tone is neither kind, patience, or understanding. He was a burden to you and you let that be know. Two, why no one on staff assisted her is also baffling. I took my feet out of my tub, and within 10 seconds, placed his foot on the pad with ease. I proceeded to let her know, "It is clear you don't work with people with disabilities." She responded, "Yes, this is my first time." To which I replied, "Well, this is how aging works. You'll see it with your own parents." The woman next to me leaned over to let me know that what I was doing for my dad was great, that a pedicure is a good activity for him. I wanted to tell her, I hope he will still want to do this again, given this experience. The employee proceeded to rush through my dad's pedicure as fast as possible, shouting at him as though he was deaf when engaging him to lift the other foot (which he did without issue because had the initial foot on the pad to assist him). He's not deaf, just blind. When my pedicure was finished and I moved both of us to sit under the blacklight dryer (I was the only one with polish that needed the dryer but I wanted him with me), I started to pull down his pant legs and the employee noticed that maybe she should have assisted with that and attempted to help at the last minute. But I was already done. Thanks for trying on empathy too late. My own pedicure was mediocre. They treat everyone like an object on a conveyor belt, trying to move through each person as fast as possible, which means minimal attention and care. My person was still better than my dad's. I wish my dad had had my employee. Overall, if you need something quick and without a pampering experience, this could be your place. But do not bring someone disabled into the location. They will be humiliated and disrespected by at least one staff member. My dad is not a burden; he is a human being. And I hope that employee realizes that one day she will be old and wish that people treat her with empathy. read more
