Crunchy of the outside and creamy filling, with sweet dipping sauce. Asian Bowl $16 - The rice used isn't very good, but the sauce was tasty enough to cover the cheap rice. The wife and I had quite the visit. We were there on a Saturday night. They had live music with a singer! That's cool! Fozzy's has excellent daily specials and all the tv sports you could want. My only real gripes are 1) they don't sell the classic fish & chips, which is disappointing for a sports bar. 2) They also only offer crab Rangoon and buffalo chicken eggrolls. No traditional egg rolls. Our waiter, Jessica , was very helpful for first-timers like us! The most interesting part is that Jessica got my drink order right, but the bartender got it wrong, so they let me keep the incorrect drink and comped it. I got 2 for 1 cocktails! Fozzy's is local, so I will definitely be revisiting to try some of their other daily specials. read more

Came in on a Thursday afternoon with my husband. I had some Prosecco and he had a draft Guinness. Both were very good, although the bartender used my dirty glass when I ordered a second glass. I had the taco salad with ground beef and he had the birria quesadilla. Food was fine. Bartender was fine, although I missed the rapport of a more comfortable bartender. The place is new and very clean (sterile). I'd like to go back in a few months after the place gets "broken in" to try it again. Again, the place wasn't bad. Tried out this new place for appetizers and drinks. Service was very attentive and friendly. We got steaks nachos that were very good and the fizzy platter which had sliders, buffalo chicken eggrollls and boneless chicken wings. We had the opportunity to try Fozzy's in their pre-official opening phase! I think I went to their predecessor Bulldogs like twice in my life but it's a whole new vibe. Lots of TVs, huge lit up bar, a stage for live music and plenty of seating! We started with the cheese curds which were delish! I liked the fry on them, it was super light but also satisfied my salty greasy craving. My mom and I split the smash burger and the shrimp tacos. The burger was really good but the bottom bun was compromised after a bit from the sauce. I really enjoyed the tacos! We got corn tortillas and I hate when those fall apart on you, but they were baked or fried and had some good structure to them. Our server was super sweet and obviously still in training but everything went really well! I am excited to see about the trivia and bingo that they are planning to start up next year. read more

I had ordered corn beef and cabbage on Saint Patty's day and it was delicious. Today, I ordered an Italian beef sandwich with grilled onions and green peppers and cheese and the beef was superb. It came with seasoned fries which were also delicious. My daughter ordered a buy one get one free hamburger and she said her burger was great. we also ordered their crab egg roll, which were also delicious. I highly recommend trying Fozzy's. Their menu has several unusual items which I would like to try in the future. They also have weekly fun nights. read more

Had a late lunch with my teenage boys on a Saturday afternoon and everyone was pleased with their choices. Smash burger was tasty, burria quesadillas came w the traditional dip, lots o flavor, and my shrimp tacos were great - they came w fresh, crunchy coleslaw under the shrimp and the sriracha sauce added great flavor. My favorite detail though was the ROASTED salsa w a KICK! Thank you Fozzy's for being brave enough to offer proper salsa! Most restaurants make bland salsa but yours was excellent...reminded me of Chevy's salsa (the one that was in Schaumburg). We also had the buffalo chicken egg rolls, great appetizer. We like how open and clean this place is, and a neato feature, the bar counter top glows! Service was good and the staff are nice. Not the kind of place you want to go to be able to talk to friends if you're looking for conversation because it's too loud. The food was typical bar food and not of the best quality. You could taste that some of the appetizers were frozen. For the prices they charge, it should taste fresh. The drinks I had were not good. Visiting from CA, heard of live band, the band was excellent, 4 bar staff, but not attentive, my group was left waiting on drinks, then on refills. when we called for the tabs, we found out the price of our drinks were hiked because there was a live band, no notice given. Then taxes were added to the tab at the end of the night, including a special tax for using a credit card. Never encountered this practice in other bars, go in, see the price, pay it, not going in, seeing the prices, then charged more without notice. Then taxed on the cost of the drink including a credit card usage tax. Went to another bar and had a better drink experience. Glad I only visit IL every quarter. Hope their beer charges calm down and they do better, good potential at the location. read more

My husband and I found our new date night hang out! The restaurant looks modern and inviting. The bar is big and has comfortable seats. Morgan and Max made sure we had a great night making us good drinks and bringing us delicious food. Then the band arrived and the whole place was filled and people were dancing. Amazing energy!! The ambiance is very nice and modern, chic for sure. Service was fine no complaints. The fried pickles were too salty (and i love my salt) and the broccoli was a little odd, not bright green but some yellow-ish, some black at the top and a lighter green instead, but the fozzy wrap is always delicious and it is half off first responders. read more

This seems more of a nightclub than a sports bar but there are plenty of televisions and I guess it can do both my problem with this place it has the bar itself has bright lights right where your drink will be and this is utterly insane and kills your eyes the place also was packed and might be one of the better bars in the area I suppose. We have been in several times since they have opened in CS and we stopped in again this past Friday. It was packed with a band football games on. Annalise and Christine were our servers. Walked in super excited at 11:30 with 5 friends. DJ was playing great music. We went to order drinks. No one originally checked IDs at the door but the bartender (Samantha) wanted to check all our IDs when we ordered (ok, no problem). We gave them all to her. She insisted we needed to go up to the bar individually with our IDs. the bartender was Very rude about it. When we asked why because we have been here multiple times and have never had to do this before said "I'm just doing my job" and threw our IDs back at us and walked away. We then got upset and decided to leave. I understand reasons for checking IDs, (all over 40yrs) however, I don't understand the disrespectful attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Horrible experience tonight. Family of 4 walked in at a few minutes to 7 on a Friday night and were told it would be about a 25 minute wait - which we were fine with, and we were seated at about 7:20, as expected. So far so good...but downhill from there. Took at least 10 min for a server to come to the table, at which point we ordered sodas and 2 appetizers. It took over 20 minutes for the appetizers to come! Our server checked on us once during that time and took our dinner orders, and then it was crickets. A band started warming up at 8:00 even though the performance was scheduled for a 9:00 pm start time, and as my sensory-averse child became increasingly agitated by the noise I attempted to catch our server's eye multiple times to no avail. Finally when my child was hitting meltdown mode the server rushed over and said she'd go grab our food now - by this point it was nearly 8:20. We asked for boxes and the check and got out of there ASAP. The food was fine but nothing memorable or spectacular, and we paid $115 before tip (which we still left because none of this is the server's fault exclusively.) We will absolutely not be back - it was a really disappointing experience. read more

When this place was Bulldog, the food was awesome. We saw good reviews for the new guy that moved in there so we thought we'd try it out. HUGE disappointment. Way over priced. $14.50 for 3 crab rangoon egg rolls that were filled with basically cream cheese. Where's the crab? Burgers were hard, dry and not juicy. Flavor was disappointing. Fries were floppy. Tater rounds that I thought would be like a tator tot were just sliced potatoes. $8.50 for 2 tablespoons of mac n cheese was insane. And it wasn't even good. The Avocado tacos and the Birria tacos were a 4 out of 10. All and all, we will not go there again. $120 was an expensive lesson learned. read more
