These are now my most favorite restaurant ribs. Friday lunch service was excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very clesn.restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is the first time we've been here. I've heard a lot of good things about it but never had a chance to give it a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is very large and there's a lot of seating there are small booths as well as large booths that fit up to six large adults or eight smaller adults. There's a bar area too. Lots of wood decor. They play music in the background. It is loud enough to not hear the conversations at the next table but also quiet enough to hear the conversations at your own table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My husband used to restroom and said they were clean and nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When you first walk in on the left side there are steaks in a display case and you can pick the one that you want. Since I haven't been here before, I wanted to look at the menu first. Our waiter was really nice and patient with us because we wanted to look over the entire menu. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there are specials even on the weekends until 1:00 p.m. and since that is when we came in, we took advantage of the $13.99 specials. When we sat at the table there's a bucket with a bag of peanuts in there and they gave us rolls with I'm guessing a cinnamon honey butter. They were served nice and hot and delicious. My husband ordered the country fried chicken with a Caesar salad and green beans. The Chicken was good but he said there was too much sauce and it was overwhelming. The green beans were seasoned and prepared perfectly. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak dinner with a Caesar salad and fresh vegetables. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The vegetables were also cooked perfectly not raw and not mushy. They served us the Caeser Salads first, they were larger then I was expecting. I think I will ask for the dressing on the side next time... I like my salads with a lot less dressing. We definitely filled up our tummies! I had to force myself to eat the last bite of steak. The table next to us was celebrating their sons birthday he turned 21 and the wait staff came around the table and sang Happy Birthday to him and we all screamed yahoo, heehaw, or something similar at the end. It was fun. We will be back again. Highly recommend dining here on the weekend before 1pm (or Monday thru Thursday until 5pm) and taking advantage of the $13.99 lunch specials ($3 savings)

If you're looking to find true hospitality then, this is your place! Everyone is always so inviting and kind. It truly feels like one big family! Walking up, you'll be warmly greeted by the hostess. Which, always puts a smile on your face. The whole restaurant is always festive, fun, and full of life! If you ever need a reason to celebrate anything come here. You won't regret it! I love how they have a $13.99 early bird price. It comes with an entree and two sides of your choice. Monday-Thursday until 5pm. I always get the 6oz top sirloin steak with a baked potato and a salad. It's a truly tasty meal! I love the hot rolls with whipped honey butter. Some of the best rolls that you'll ever have. They are light and fluffy in the middle with a glaze of honey and a touch of salt. With whipped creamy butter. Filled with butter, cinnamon, and honey. Simply delicious! 6 oz top sirloin steak-This steak is perfectly seasoned. It has a crispy outside with a soft/ chewy center. It's salty and savory all in one delicious bite. With a good bite and heat! Along, with a hint of smoke. It's lovely! Baked potato with butter-this potato is fluffy and light in the middle. And, perfectly silky. The outside is salty and incredibly delicious! I can't get enough of it. I ordered the skin without salt. Because, they put a lot on the outside. The butter is light and airy. It's creamy and thick! It had that addictive sweet/ salty flavor that keeps you coming back for more. Salad- this salad is served ice cold. It's crisp and refreshing. The topping are all fresh and delicious! The dressings are all delicious! I can't get enough of it I order the dressing on the side. Because, they put a heavy amount of dressing. So, if you're looking for a tasty dinner at a good price. Come here!

Man, my hubby loves this place. He hadn't been to one for years, and we were thinkin' about a place filled with good ol' comfort food. So guess where WE headed? Ok- y'all know the drill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even though we got there about 5.10pm on a Friday night, the place was BUSY. I mean, like "we're in California busy" (if you've ever lived in Cali, you KNOW most restaurants are busy like all the time and you gotta wait).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were told a 15 minute wait ensued- OR we could sit at the bar. We took the bar, natch! Seated quickly and ordered a tall beer just as fast. Hubby ordered soda water and I had the brewskie. They don't have like, you know, local microbrews. You're getting good ol' American national brands at this place. A Yuengling it was! Quaffable, if not memorable. Hubby ordered 12oz Ft Worth Ribeye, medium - and it came exactly as ordered. Nice. I got the pulled pork with applesauce and mashed potatoes. OH- almost forgot- but the freshly-baked dinner rolls were spot on! Both of us were pleased, and boy - we ate it ALL. Nothing went home with us - a sign we enjoyed it for sure. Of COURSE we'll be back. So, then, why the 4-stars? Man, of the 2 people workin' the bar, the young lady did the heavy lifting. The guy with her was slackin' off and man, the service suffered as the bar was FULL. So a whole demerit because he pretty clearly didn't want to be there and it showed. Oh, he was ok- when he chose to work. Most of the time he talked to fellow coworkers. One thing I can't take is service industry workers ignore their customers -and this guy did just that, sad to say. Hence the point off. All in all - a good meal, a fair price, and somewhat decent, but not stellar, service.

Quiet, relaxed, and just enough civilization outside the window to remind you that other people have places to be while you sit there eating a donut. Thoughtful, balanced, and dangerously easy to order a second. Warm atmosphere, consistently great food, and a team that delivers every time. We'll keep coming back. And back. And back.

Le P'tit was the first to pop up on my feed and immediately caught my attention due to its unique menu, historic building, and secluded outdoor oasis for the fair weather seasons. When asked where I wanted to have dinner on my birthday, the answer was easy, L'ptit! We were greeted by the Chef Chopra outside, who welcomed us and asked us to choose the seat that suited us best in or outdoors. We chose a seat outside as it seemed most guests were enjoying the nice weather in the garden. Chef Chopra introduced himself and explained the complimentary montadito, and presented the current specials. We loved that he took time to ask what brought us in, and when we said that we were building a new home in Bartlett only minutes away, he shared that although he has been all over the world he always misses good old Bartlett, IL. This is the kind of connection and service you won't find at franchise restaurants! We enjoyed cocktails, myself a dirty tini with bleu cheese stuffed olives, and my husband the traditional old fashioned and the P'tit old fashioned - both of which he enjoyed. We ordered the hummus for an appetizer - my husband never orders humus. Not a drop was left. It was so flavorful, and since I am intolerant to gluten we loved that it was served with cucumber "chips". We will definitely order this again! Our entrees were both specials - mine the steak and shrimp tower and my husband's the Birria. We could t decide whose was better. The shrimp and steak were so flavorful and beautifully cooked, and the beef and consommé of my husband's was out of this world. My takeaways from Le P'tit: We will be there - regularly, before we move into our home, and after! Have a cocktail, they are fabulous. Talk to Chef Chopra any chance you get. He has seen the world and loves to see his guests enjoying his menu and the atmosphere of his establishment. This is what supporting local is about! Enjoy your time at Le P'tit. Savor. Take a moment to slow down, disconnect from the outside and connect with the ones around you and enjoy the wonderfully and thoughtfully prepared dishes on the menu. We can't wait to be back!
