I am not at all the stereotypical "energy healing" type, until I had Reiki done about 10 years ago when I lived in Memphis. It was an incredibly relaxing, comfortable and healing experience. Having tried other Reiki treatments, I remained disappointed until I stumbled upon Kate Thomas, new to Harmony Life. Kate has a gift. She's very calming, gentle, kind and understands the various ebbs and flows of energy throughout the body that effect the mind. During stressful times, Reiki (and massage) are my go-to treatments. I was not a believer, and now I am. To have Kate accessable in the Triangle is, in itself, a gift. Her understanding of aromatherapy coupled with Reiki makes the tension melt away, and her calm voice and very comfortable room at Harmony Life just makes all the difference in the world. She was always a deeply spiritual and caring person and it's of no surprise that she has found her calling as an intuitive. I had my first reading with Nancy after she moved to South Carolina. I'm in San Francisco and even though it was a zoom meeting, it was completely engaging and calming. I watched Nancy pull from different channels with fluidity and her voice is always so soothing. I believe spiritual services should empower people, not scare them into paying for expensive add-ons. This experience did not feel ethical or supportive, and I would not recommend to anyone. On a side note I had to go else where to be cleansed because ever since I was in contact with her my life has been in shambles.

It's taken me far too long to leave a review and sing their praises. At first I came to the studio just to get out of the house - yet kept coming back because of how I felt afterwards! It's not just about flexibility - it's also about the stress relief and calmness the studio space, outside grounds, fellow classmates and the instructors (Kim and Brenda are gems!) help create. It's an awesome way to recharge before, during or after work! I've come in with pounding headaches and walked out feeling refreshed! The studio offers a variety of classes which accommodates all levels. My personal favorites are Slow Flow, Warriors & Weights, and Vinyasa Flow - all leave me feeling that in addition to doing yoga - I also got in a workout.
