Wow! Jennifer is magical. I feel like I should go back and tip her more. My back feels amazing and my skin is very radiant and glowy. You enter the hotel lobby and it's straight down the hall on the right hand side. The spas lobby chairs could use a carpet shampoo or remodel, as they are fairly stained and it almost de-values the place. My services, however were comparable to the Fairmont hotels and better than the Ritz Carlton! Attached you will find pictures. Including WiFi password. My only other complaint is the covers on the massage table for you head need to be changed.... Or they need to have a better disposable cover for anti bacterial purposes.

Eva the manager is unprofessional and does not return phone calls or texts. I purchased their couples massage through their app because of lack of response and made an appointment only to be told they were booked that day. I tried to reschedule and there were no dates that she could offer that would fit my schedule. I am trying to get my money back from them but they stopped replying

I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule an appointment. They texted me back instead of returning the call. I texted back immediately with no response and had to send a follow up text the next day. They were unprofessional and barely wanted to accommodate my inquiry. After having to push them to actually look for an appointment I realized I didn't want to patronize a business like this. I cancelled my Groupon because I shouldn't have to beg for an appointment.

I highly recommend Frais Spa! I think it's the best massage spa in downtown Los Angeles! It was quiet simple for booking, I got a text message after I left a voicemail and it was simple and quick. Jennifer is the best massage therapist I ever met. I will definitely be regular. You can park at Ralph's(90 mins free parking with receipt) and get a drink after massage :)

Such a shame. I loved my first experience at Frais Spa, but every time I returned after that, it just got worse and worse. The last time I came, they were THIRTY MINUTES LATE. I sat in the lobby for half an hour with no one at the front desk. Finally the receptionist came in with a man, her hair disheveled. Weird. She also didn't realize I had an appointment that day. I shrugged it off as a bad day.. but when I came today for my 12pm appointment, there was a huge lock on the door. Not a soul inside. It's like they didn't even try. My question is... why even have a business if you obviously don't want to treat your customers?

On my birthday I decided to have a massage and wanted to find the perfect place. Looked on Yelp and found this place. Let me tell u, they live up to there 5 star reviews. Complimentary champagne while I wait for my massage, Friendly, clean, and most of all great massage therapist JENNIFER! Definitely will be back!

My fiancé treated me to a wonderful couple's massage for my birthday. It was truly heaven sent. The deep tissue reflexology massage was amazing!! I definitely will be visiting again soon.

I received a text message from Eva at Frais Spa at 1:08am the day of my massage saying they had to cancel. My fiance and I purchased a couples massage and they said they had no body to do it. They said I would be refunded and its been over a month and that has yet to happen. Even the hotel in which its located said bad things about them. Super unprofessional

Awesome spa, friendly staff and therapists and great skin products. I really like the rose body oil I bought here.

Once I said I bought from Groupon they stopped replying right away. It would take them about 3 hours to respond to me.

First, we got a couple of soju slushies and ordered the fried dumplings. I have never liked dumplings, but these were THE BOMB! They came with a sweet chili sauce that really made it taste great. Then, we enjoyed the Himalayan salt room. Some people were talking too much which was annoying, but I understand it's a spa and people come with their friends and family to unwind. We enjoyed a few more sauna rooms before heading downstairs. Downstairs, there were two pools and 3-4 hot tubs. We ordered delicious mojitos at the pool bar and enjoyed the rest of our time. I cannot wait to come back. A day pass was only $40 to enjoy all the amenities. Although the drinks and food were extra, I was so glad to be able to order food and drinks at a spa.

I've been coming to Spa Palace regularly with my sister and a friend because we enjoy relaxing in…read morethe "Females Only" jacuzzi. Unfortunately, our visit today was so disappointing that we decided to leave almost immediately. After showering, we went to the women's jacuzzi and realized it wasn't working. We let a staff member know, and all she said was that the button was broken, it was no longer in service, and that we should go to the front desk. There was no apology or effort to offer a solution. When we spoke with Levante at the front desk, he was understanding and professional, just as he always is. He greeted us kindly, listened to our concern, and let us know that since we had just arrived, we could receive a refund. We appreciated his customer service. While we went back to get changed so that we could leave, our experience took a turn for the worse. When we got back to the front, Jason, the janitor, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or speak respectfully, he said, "You've only been here 9 times, and there's nothing we can do for you." His comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy, not spoken to in that manner. The issue wasn't just that the jacuzzi was out of service-things break. The bigger problem was the lack of communication and the way we were treated afterward. If a major amenity is unavailable, customers should be informed before paying. And no employee, regardless of their position, should speak to guests disrespectfully. Thank you to Levante for being professional and helpful, but because of the poor handling of the situation and Jason's rude behavior, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses both the communication around out-of-service amenities and the way customers are treated. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE : First, of all 10 to 15 minutes after arriving, we approached the front desk to report the issue. A staff member named Levante explicitly informed us that we could receive a refund. Based entirely on that assurance, we immediately went to shower so we could leave. Our primary reason for visiting your facility is to use the women's jacuzzi; had we been told a refund was not possible, we would not have rushed to shower and exit. When we returned to the front desk, we waited several minutes for Jason. Rather than listening to our explanation, Jason approached us with a very poor, rude attitude. We spent another 20 minutes trying to resolve the matter with him.To be clear, I never initially demanded a full refund. I only expected one because your own staff member offered it to us. Given the misinformation and the poor service we experienced, I am simply asking for a $10 discount credit toward a future visit. I strongly encourage management to properly train staff on company policies and take accountability for the conflicting information provided by your team. It's frustrating to see so many companies automatically defend their employees instead of taking the time to genuinely investigate customer complaints. Too often, it feels like the focus is on avoiding negative reviews rather than determining what actually happened. The reality is that businesses and employees make mistakes. When multiple customers share similar negative experiences, it's difficult to believe that every one of them is inaccurate. Instead of dismissing complaints or becoming defensive, companies should take them seriously, investigate them fairly, and hold employees accountable when necessary. Owning mistakes and addressing them is what builds trust and credibility. Customers are much more likely to respect a business that acknowledges when something went wrong and takes meaningful steps to improve, rather than one that automatically shifts blame or dismisses legitimate concerns.

I work in LA but live in the IE and my hours are weird so sometimes if i'm too tired to drive home i'll stop by to rest for a few hours. always loved the convenience, however my last visit will be the final one. i've brought so many friends here, i've definitely spent thousands of dollars here throughout the years. I wanted to bring my 2 coworkers here to celebrate one of the girl's birthday. the others never been here before & we never actually made it inside. The security and the management were extremely rude and there was a major altercation which resulted in us going to Spa Palace (that place is actually so much better!) My friends have never been here as i mentioned so when we entered into the parking lot she made a wrong turn and went the other way so that we didnt check in with security. we are thinking no big deal we are literally about to go in and speak to them. the parking is free anyway so i didnt think it would ever be an issue. we were sitting in the car for a few minutes before we headed in. as we're getting ready to go, the rude security guard is walking towards us looking angry and bothered. i asked him multiple times what the problem was & he muttered something under his breath instead of communicating like a normal human being when somebody asks you a question. im thinking maybe he only speaks spanish so my friend who speaks spanish got out of the car to ask him what the issue is. this is when he says he's getting the manager and kicking us out for no given reason. then he starts arguing with my friend! a grown man at his big job is arguing with a lady, a potentially paying customer. the manager comes out & is telling us theyre refusing service because we turned the wrong way coming into the parking lot and said we were smoking which is not allowed. i told the manager ive been here many times, ive told the front desk before "im gonna go out to my car for a smoke and will be back" with no issues. i also said that had we known its not allowed to smoke in our car/on the property, we would have no issue respecting the rules but your security never actually spoke to us at this point my friends are extremely irritated. i tell the manager im taking my friends out for my girl's birthday and we dont understand what the issue is outside of you having a disrespectful and rude security guard. he tells us to stop yelling but nobody had raised their voice but this is when it escalated the manager straight up REFUSED to provide either his name nor the security. he did give an email which was " info@wispausa.com " to file a complaint. i asked how are we supposed to write a complaint without their names? he said to just include date and time of the incident. we went ahead and recorded them because clearly they are both trying to get out of consequences. this happened on 8/26/2026 at around 4:30 AM. really just disappointed after years of patronage to be getting treated unfairly for whatever reason and then when we were finally walking away the manager called us "p**sies" and yelling across the parking lot. Funny, when we were all standing right in front of him he had nothing to say. As soon as we walk away he wants to throw insults. I said "this is how you act as a manager?" he said basically that we started it. except we didn't, the security did, and one major difference is we are not on the clock sir. if my friends are irritated and they start talking back to you, thats your bad! you mishandled the situation. you chose a customer service job which means holding your composure when you have complaints and disgruntled guests. i also manage a business and have over 10 years of customer service experience. the way this man handled the situation was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. after all this, i was trying to keep the vibes happy with my friends. we found Spa Palace not too far away, and let me tell you!not only was it a much better experience because they actually let us in lol. but actually the facilities there are so much nicer, you have more privacy since its more lowkey (we ended up being the only ones there for a few hours which was awesome, total privacy!), everything was just way better. the shower areas are cleaner and more luxurious, the soaking tubs are bigger and the overall interior just looks really cool. from the security guard Big O to Alice at the front desk at Spa Palace they killed it. I definitely found my new place to spend my money at to the rude security guard and manager, i hope you get fired because you are bringing down the reputation of this place and its standards! what type of manager, a grown man, argues with 3 ladies across a parking lot calling us vulgar names? are you not embarrassed??

It was a little too warm and unfortunately my masseuse was late (still setting up the room). Once in the room, the masseuse didn't communicate, not even asking if there was anywhere I wanted to focus on or if I was comfortable. This led to the massage being not great. I had to keep asking for more pressure and the most pressure provided was actually on my feet rather than anywhere else. I also hated that she went from my feet then straight to massaging my face and head! It was more of an uncomfortable experience rather than enjoyable. Absolute game changer for post-op recovery!…read more I visited Lymphatic Flow just 5 days post-op, and I cannot recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of working with both Rejane and Letty, and they are hands-down the best. Having experienced several different LDM therapists after them, I can confidently say that these two are my absolute favorites. From the start, the experience was seamless. They both greeted me warmly outside the salon and led me to their room (suite #7) which is incredibly whimsical, clean and relaxing; exactly the kind of environment you want to be in when you're healing. Their professionalism, knowledge, experience and certifications really shine through. Easy to talk to and personable too. I loved how collaborative they were; Rejane took notes in my chart so that when I saw Letty my next appt, she knew my exact surgical history and what areas needed focus. I was feeling anxious about my post-op swelling and lumps, but they completely reassured me, while also validating that my doctor had done a great job. They were so incredibly gentle and careful with me, even offering to help me take off and put back on my faja, which was not easy for me. I've had 5 total LDM therapists, and they were the only ones to offer the help so far. The results speak for themselves: I walked in wearing my faja on the loosest hook and left with it on the tightest hook. My swelling went down significantly, and this visit felt like the ultimate turning point in my recovery. My mobility improved immediately afterward. Since they work with a lot of post op clients, they even recommended me to size down on my faja, which I also appreciated. On top of the top-tier care, the logistics were flawless. Communication was great, and I appreciated the reminder texts the day before and the day of my appointment. The location is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and you can grab your parking validation stickers right from the vending machine inside the salon. I'm not local, but I bought the package, and was able to transfer it to my MIL for LDM to help with her lipedema. If you are looking for legitimate, skilled, and deeply caring post-op lymphatic specialists, Rejane and Letty at Lymphatic Flow is strongly recommended.

I didn't have time to hop in an Uber and go anywhere so we opted for a place inside our hotel. The massage itself was phenomenal - very relaxing, just the right amount of pressure and reasonably priced for being DTLA. We were also able to book appointments same day. When we initially walked in, the woman at the front desk was watching a soap opera, set to a very loud volume, on her phone. This did not set the right mood from the start. From there we were brought into a changing area with a sauna, lockers, shower, bathroom etc. We were able to change behind a curtain, but...the floor was dirty...my friend stepped on an old sucker stick. After our massages were complete we enjoyed some quiet time in a room with wonderful tea, an assortment of Asian snacks and chocolates - the woman who explained all the options to us was so kind and thoughtful and we appreciated her guidance. If you are staying at the Westin, and looking for some relaxation, this is certainly an option, but the experience overall was a bit of a roller coaster.
