The gentleman who drove the courtesy car to pick me up at the repair shop was kind and talkative, and Jonathan handled getting me into a rental very courteously and professionally. I had maybe a 10 minute wait at pickup and he was very unnecessarily apologetic about it. I'm extremely happy with my rental vehicle and have had nothing short of a positive experience.

I had 0 problems…read morewith the business, how it was run and the customer service but one employee stood out above the rest. I recently got hit and my insurance sent me here to get a rental. They took a while to do so so as soon as i received notification i went. Come to find out i was a little too early and needed to wait till the next day. Alisha was able to get me into another vehicle and then told me i could reach out to her personally to get it switched out the next morning. I watched as Alisha managed multiple customers simultaneously and gave them all over and above customer service. She took treated each customer as if they were the only one in the room and she was assigned to ensure a great experience. I was honestly shocked cause I've never seen anyone treat that many customers that well at the same time. Then come to find out, when i reached out the next morning she told me to head up to the dealership and what time and who to ask for to get my replacement car. I did so and then realized she wasn't even there! She was helping a me, a customer, and wasn't even at work. I'm amazed at her level of customer service and appreciate the patience and dedication it took to treat us all like we were the only ones that mattered. Also, thought I was gonna have to extend the rental. I could do that online, which is so convenient. I was a little late getting there but they called to check right as I was pulling up. Check in was easy, papers signed and my car was ready. I waited about 30 mins but they were working hard and it was another two sets of customers in the line. I rented a Toyota Camry and it was sufficient for getting around while my car was in the shop. They washed and cleaned the car while I waited and encouraged me to check it out to make sure no scratches. We returned the car after a week and this was a great experience.

I must be honest and admit I've never just walked up and rented a car, but have always reserved one online and had the car waiting for me promptly at the location. Every personal of Budget has very kindly gone over the terms and conditions each time. Once they confirm everything in their system, and before handing you the keys, they give you a walk through of the vehicle before getting in it. I have yet to come across with any problems with any of the rentals. They have several options from extra cover on the vehicle to GPS to a fueling service- all very convenient.
