Friendly, helpful, and skilled. We had a large print framed in another city and it didn't come out the way we expected. Fortunately or unfortunately, the glass shattered during our cross-country move, so we took it in for reframing. We spent about five minutes explaining what we wanted, including answering intelligent questions when necessary, and ended up with a perfect piece at a much lower price than we'd paid in the other city. The store also sells prints and has a large selection of self-framing supplies. We plan to visit Frame Central on Macadam for any and all our framing needs from now on. read more

If I could give 6 stars I would. This place is fantastic. Ken and Zack were so helpful and patient while helping my friend and me complete an auction project for our local school. Ken helped us figure out how to make the project look great while staying within our budget. The average person would get very cranky with my usual long, drawn out indecision, but not Super Ken- he stayed patient, with his humor intact through out the whole process. We ended up with a fantastic project . I will be returning to Frame Central for all my framing needs and recommend them to anyone who will listen. read more

I stopped by Frame Central today and they were wonderful! My granddaughter had recently painted me a fabulous painting and I wanted the perfect frame to show it off in my living room. Lauren helped me find a beautiful frame and then helped me frame it myself. It was fun and the end result is gorgeous. These folks are fantastic! I have been going to them for at least 20 years. They help you frame your prints excellently and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. They are color experts and frame experts and I trust them completely to make the right choices for me. They were also very helpful when I was trying to Assemble my frame. The guys at Frame Central did a great job for me at a very reasonable price. I had several etchings that I wanted framed in a style to coordinate with some other pictures I had framed years ago at a shop that is now closed. I tried Aaron framing, but they didn't have the thin, intricate frame style I was looking for. Frame Central had not one but three great choices that all looked great with my older frames. They helped me pick out mats, and select the right frame for each picture, at a price that was as good or better than other places. Since moving into the neighborhood five years ago, this location of Frame Central has been my go-to place for my custom framing needs... or if I just need to purchase a frame! Their customer service is superb and they are always ready to help or give their recommendations. I've interfaced with several people on staff, including the manager, and they've all been warm, welcoming, and helpful. I've come for big projects, like getting our wedding photo custom framed, and for small ones, like getting nursery prints custom framed and they've all turned out beautifully. And I think their prices are totally reasonable, if not less expensive than their competitors. They are not here to up sell or up charge; they are here to get your project done efficiently and with quality within your budget.
