I was the wedding planner for the couple and worked directly with Ross. There are 4 package options to choose from and we chose the Tea and Cake package. From the get go, Ross was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a number of questions before we signed with him and he patiently answered them. All of our meetings were done via zoom, email or telephone calls. As the wedding date drew closer, Ross' response time was even faster! His team mate, Johanna, who also did the wedding day videos, was such a delight to work with. She is so pleasant and friendly. Johanna did the groom's getting ready time at our house while Ross did the bride's getting ready session. At the wedding venue, both Ross and Johanna were "invisible" during the whole event. I did not see them at all but they were everywhere and captured the essence of the wedding. They were excellent in making sure our guests (family and friends) were well represented in the wedding video. They also worked seamlessly with our photographer and did not get in her way. They met our photographer for the first time at the wedding venue and this was the first time they worked with her. No issues The turnaround time from the first teaser film to the final finished full length 60- minute video was spot on. We got the teaser within a week of the wedding; the 10 minute highlight video within 10 weeks (delay was due to our late feedback time to Ross) and the final full length video not long after. The quality of the video was excellent and we really didn't have too many edits/changes we wanted or needed to make. Two4Tea captured every precious moment of the wedding event - I missed the cake cutting ceremony but was able to enjoy it from the video. We have watched the video many times and it always brings happy tears as we re-live that special day for so many. One last shout out: The couple live in Chicago and I live in California. When the full video was completed, Ross sent one copy to me and the other 2 copies to the couple in Chicago. He didn't want me to wait to see the video. The team, Eric and Connie, is great - they're super sweet and passionate people. They offer a broad selection of services for you to mix and match depending on your needs, so if you are an overwhelmed couple like we were, then this is perfect for you :) We used them for videography, flowers and props, lighting, and photobooth. Videography: Eric handles all the videography and photography, and he's very knowledgeable about his craft. We were a little on the fence when we first started looking for a videographer (we didn't know if we could justify spending thousands of dollars for a short video), but Eric was very no pressure and just happily showed us samples of his work. He patiently made sure he understood what we were looking for, we ended up going with the "cinematic" style 4K highlight video (~3 minutes long). On the wedding day he showed up with 3 assistants and a drone to capture all the footage. It took roughly 3 months to get the video link and he mails a USB with the remaining raw footage. He went the extra mile and helped us edit the raw footage as well so that it was watchable and not a jumble of clips. Flowers: Connie did an amazing job with the flowers. I just sent her pictures of what I wanted, we discussed which flowers were important to have, and she delivered beautiful bouquets, aisle pedestals, guest table decor, and the dining centerpieces. I actually wanted taller centerpiece vases than what she had in inventory and she went out and got some! Flowers looked fresh and great through the night. We also had her help us with draping background for our garden setting. She went out to the site to make sure the draping would work and checked in with me before making adjustments day of. She kindly stayed through the ceremony to help move the flowers to the reception area afterwards. She has a ton of props in the studio, so don't forget to ask her what you want to rent! Lighting: We rented uplights to put up around the room. They also have pin lights and other fancy lights. The uplights were technically fine but I think we had missed communication on the color, so check beforehand :( Photobooth: Unfortunately can't recommend this service. Supposed to be backdrop with props manned by an attendant that prints out the photos. Camera ended up being unattended, photos mostly blurry/out of focus. Thank you, team! After the phone consultation we decided to go forward with hiring LeoThai for ceremony-only video. We got the video back a little after the projected deadline and the nice thing is that we can ask for edits up to 14 days after receiving the video. A city-wide video shoot with them will make you feel like you're filming a professional commercial or movie. Kenny, Ammy, and the rest of the crew are all perfectionists. They will do everything in their power to make every picture and every scene perfect, whether it be taking extra shots just in case the next one comes out even better, working extremely long days, or even extra days to get everything right. My wife is incredibly picky about photos and video, and they almost always managed to please her. If she wasn't 100% satisfied, they would do whatever it took to get her there. Of course that means that we also spent a LOT of time in front of the camera, but it was well worth it. Ammy does a wonderful job with makeup and hair. My wife can be extremely picky about this, but she always comes back from the mirror glowing after being prepped by Ammy. Kenny is a wonderful photographer who cares less about poses and more about what his clients are doing, what's happening around them, and how they interact with their surroundings. He's really great at using the settings of his shots to their full potential. Like Kenny, video director Shun is very flexible. While they always come up with a general script for shots, he's always looking to see how he can use what he has to make it the best it can be. The same can be said for the rest of the crew as well. We were really lucky to be able to book the studio and everything since the contract was signed was butter smooth, professional, 'dreamy' as my wife would call it - It was our BEST call during the wedding process and how fortunate we were to have them capture the most precious moments in our lives in a such pleasant, delicate way. During the preparation of our pre-wedding shooting, we were offered plenty options to shoot across the bay area. There was no rush in decision making and Ammy was so careful to discuss with us the theme of our pre-wed to match our ceremony as well as the stories of us getting together. We were discussing these details on daily basis ahead of the shooting and when we decided the two day itinerary, she went further to help us pick the outfit - I still remember the day when were ready for shooting, my hair was not really properly done and her team helped me redo my hair which is obviously not their duty. Ken drove us that day to highway 1 on day one and it was a whole day full of professional shooting and recording of great time - I almost felt like we are on a road trip full of romance and Ken was there to capture who we really are, with sincere emotions in the pictures so story-telling and loving. And there was also the short movie shooting that they centered around our stories and the film was so precisely executed with all the emotions and presentations we intended. Everyone on the wedding day was touched by the film and I couldn't thank them enough. After the pre-wed shooting, we were very close to the studio team and grew even more confident of the wedding day. My wife was getting more nervous of all the wedding planing and if there was one thing reassuring to her, it was the studio would make the wedding look absolutely fabulous - And she was RIGHT. On the wedding day, there were a crew of more than five people from the studio, it was more than two hour drive from their office to the venue and they were there by 9am. The sun came out and our big day shooting went on like a dream, we went to the beach to capture so many great pictures as the time allows. The film team was also there and even brought a drone to get some cinematic touch to the professionalism we enjoyed from the start. Right before the ceremony started, I didn't even notice but they were at all angles capturing everything. I was amazed how many awesome shots we got from the ceremony and every picture was so natural and full of the late August sunshine. In the catering session, our guests admired greatly on the pre-wed photos we presented in the hall and of course the pre-wed film that were magical. After our wedding, the studio worked with us on picking the photos from the wedding for re-touching - The techniques of the crew were top notch and fast in response to our needs. We received all the digital copy of the pictures on time and we shared them with all of our family and friends with waves of complements and blessings flowing in. Till this day after a year and half, we still get friends asking where we get our shoots done - This is why I had to write this review here and let them know where to look for them. We had our Viet/Chinese traditional wedding where we had to wake up bright and early (5AM). 102 team (We had Hy, Jason and Huu) arrived on time or even earlier and started taking pictures as I was getting ready... The day was long - approx 16 hours and they were there throughout it all... I didn't have to worry about them, they followed us around like we were Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt making us feel like celebrities...The end result -- the photos came out beautiful and my parents were very please.... I WANTED to celebrate our anniversary with professional pictures, and my husband looked at me with withering eyes and said, "Yes, dear." My mom and dad NEVER took pictures when we were growing up, and I want my husband and I to make sure we document our lives with photos. I found Majesta's work while browsing a wedding blog in late December 2012, and immediately emailed her! Keep in mind that I had only been married for three months by then, and I wanted to secure her for a September photoshoot in 2013. She was very nice; I'm sure she laughed at me in her head, but her email assured me that she'd love to take our pictures and to contact her once the date grew closer. Closer (in my eyes) was April 2013, so we emailed, secured a date, and that was that. I hadn't even met Majesta yet, but when a lady came to my house to buy my leftover wedding decor, I recommended she check out Majesta for her own wedding...and she did (and booked her)! Let's move on to September 2013... The day that we chose for our shoot ended up being rained out. I was soooo disappointed! Majesta handled it like a pro.
