I bought the perfect elegant jumpsuit here, and I couldn't have made the purchase/ decision (to buy the matching shoes as well!) without the help of wonderful staff. Sam (I think) was lovely, never pushy with her sales but observant- she noticed I was looking under the racks where shoes are stored (a bit hidden) and offered to help me find shoes. She found the perfect pair of heels in seconds, not to mention they were comfortable for a 10 hour day! She even helped me zip the jumpsuit all the way up and helped me feel confident enough to wear such a daring piece. When I drove past this store in Southlands on my way to a movie I was so excited that I dragged my (not too willing) husband for a shopping experience. I have to say the clothes and accessories are delightful and the prices are reasonable!! If not for the following experience I would absolutely come back. However, the customer service is the WORST that I have ever experienced! I am not a shopper that needs a lot of attention nor do I have high expectations. I do however expect to be greeted while I am inside the store or at the very least acknowledged and asked whether I need assistance, sadly neither occurred. In fact the manager spent the 20 minutes, while I was browsing, disciplining her employee rather loudly, and speaking negatively about several others. I found her behavior so rude and disrespectful towards her staff that I left and will never come back. I would absolutely recommend this store concept but NOT this location. read more

This is my go to place for any gift! Graduation, teachers gifts, funny quotes on pillows for friends, anything I think my friends or the women in my life would love, I get it here. My daughters go in here with me and we play, "What goes with this outfit?" it distracts them a ton and allows me time to look at everything, try on the perfume and enjoy the store. My favorite cashier is ALWAYS in there. She is a lovely girl who used to play soccer, her sister went into the military this past year and she still hangs out with her mother. I really wish I knew her name to give her kudos. She is always smiling, always welcoming and dresses soo classy! If you are looking for a one of a kind gift, this is the place to find it. read more

Really cute clothes. Really poor quality. Terrible return policy. Be sure you like the item before you buy it because you only have 14 days to take it back, even if you get it home and discover later that it's damaged. Definitely a buyer beware situation around there. If it's on sale, you can't return it at all. What an outdated approach to customer service. read more

I've always enjoyed shopping at this store and especially at this location as I live close by. Today I received exceptional customer service. I came in looking for a particular vest and sweater and the store did not have either in the size I needed. I was assisted by the nicest associate who gave a lot of extra time to look up their online and stores inventories for these two items and ended up placing an in-store pick up for me. She was super patient and kind throughout the process. I left happier than when I came in! read more

Absolutely love shopping at Francesca's but never seemed to have made my way to the Southlands Mall location until today. It was a non busy Tuesday morning and I had gone in hoping to find a dress for a photo shoot coming up. I almost always find something but today I was just so unhappy with the customer service. I walked in with my younger sister and the one sales associate did not bother saying hi, greeting us, or even just acknowledging us in any way. She was breaking down boxes so fine whatever maybe she was busy but we walked around the store for a good 10 minutes looking (and this is a small location might I add) and not ONCE did she acknowledge us. We looked through racks right next to her and she didn't even bother to at least smile or say a small hello. She looked at me in the eye and I smiled hoping to make some interaction and she still didn't acknowledge me. She went right back to breaking down boxes. She obviously didn't want my business. Not sure if it's because I look much younger than I am or if she thought we were just "window shopping" but even so, those are the people you want to convert to "real shoppers" right away to help promote your business and your sales. I just felt so unwelcome and decided to take my money elsewhere. If I ever need to shop again at Francesca's it definitely will not be at this one. read more

This review is about the new Cherry Creek location on 2nd Ave, not the Southland. The clothes and accessories are wonderful. Not something you'll find in every store. However... the service is the worst. I walked in the store (during this week's sidewalk sale)when the two salespeople were looking at the computer. No one acknowledged me until I had an armful clothes and asked if I could get a dressing room. One said "sure" and looked back down at the computer. Since it was my first time I didn't know where they were so I asked. They pointed to 2 rooms with closed curtains. I wasn't sure if anyone was in them so I asked the salespeople. The response was "I don't know". I then heard some voices from under the curtains from customers who were indeed in there and didn't want me to burst in on them. The store was almost empty so I don't know how the salespeople didn't know this. Basically I tried on my clothes and left- and no one noticed, or offered assistance of any kind. They weren't helping anyone else either. I literally felt like I was an interruption in their day. I work across the street so I frequent all the stores in the area, but am not sure I'll be going back to this one. read more

I have gone to Francesca's over the past years several times. Have found them to have gifts and clothing items for fun rather than adding to a wardrobe. In fashion but not good quality. Recently I was looking for a necklace for a specific outfit and occasion and thought of them. I purchased 2 necklaces with the buy one get one 50% off, not a great deal but I did it, $50 for two costume necklaces. Neither worked and I returned them. That is where I have an issue, I returned both necklaces, the next day, to the same store. I had the receipt and the credit card used to pay the day before. I had to give them my drivers license to make the return. I asked why was told it was policy, a policy they do not have a copy of, I asked, the receipt says ... "we will be happy to issue a refund" ... I said I did not want to give them that information. I was told they could not process a refund without it. I was then told if there was something wrong with the card they would have my license to fall back on. Who has a credit card linked to a driver's license and they are issuing a refund. Why do they need any additional personal information in their system, with all the company information being hacked why do they need to store more on me? If I did not have the receipt or the credit card used for the purchase I could understand the extra step. I had everything and according to the receipt they are happy to issue a refund. I was refunded, they have my license on file for no good reason. I will never shop at any Francesca's again, they have lost a customer and did not care or have any explanation of their policy. PLEASE note the policy if you might have a return. I do not appreciate my personal information being "required" when it serves no purpose. read more

I went to the Southlands Mall location in Aurora, Colorado today. We have had many experiences in this store. Never a negative one in fact. I was appalled today when I went in there. My daughter asked if they had a shirt in a small. There were 3 sales associates there. I asked if one could be ordered if they didn't have the size. One said, "yes, go online." I asked if the information could be written down. She said no it's right on there so you can just look it up. I'm like are you kidding me?! She's said there's nothing to write down! I said I've ordered information off the website where an associate had written it down for me. Yeah, she never did write it down. I couldn't find it on the website, so I called the Park Meadows store in Lonetree. The associate there said, oh yes! I know the one, and put it on hold for us. She apologized for the other 3 associates not helping us. There were also gross drink cups in back of the register they were just drinking out of. It was so unprofessional. I will never step foot in that store again. I'm also selling my gift card I received on ebay. It's very sad that the quality of that store and poor customer service has truly left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
