We've been to Francis before for body work on our CR-V but this time we were here for catalytic converter theft on our 2002 Honda Accord! Like every time before, excellent service from start to finish. They sent a tow truck (I think it arrived 20 minutes after I spoke to them on phone) for our car. This was a Tuesday, we had our car back on Friday and this was a holiday week! (Thanksgiving) I know people who had similar thefts that went elsewhere that are STILL awaiting repairs. Unfortunately, my 2021 F-150 was involved in a minor accident that resulted in my front bumper being smashed in as well as my fog light internal components to be damaged. Francis Collision did an AWESOME job! I was really nervous because of my truck being new and the place was recommended by my insurance (GEICO), along with another company that had horrible reviews. Francis Collision kept me informed the whole way thru the process from day one and even got my truck back to me 2 days earlier than expected (not to mention the turnaround time was less than two weeks as opposed to other collision centers that may keep your vehicle for a month or longer!) But don't question their quality because of the quick turnaround! My truck came back looking like I had just got it from the factory! I also love that they ordered OEM parts for my 2021 F-150! I had my new car bumper damaged from a hit and run. It made me very sad and I had to have it fixed. My brother had used Francis before so I thought I would give them a try. They charge $30 for an estimate, unless you were referred by someone. And they want to know how long ago the person came to them. You can walk in and get an estimate at any time. So I took my car mid-morning. It was fast and easy. I also got a second estimate and the prices were within dollars of each other. Francis was much more convenient for me so I chose to go with them. I did have some trouble getting through to the Claims Adjuster but he felt bad and lowered the labor prices a few dollars. I had them order the bumper the day before so it would be there when I dropped off my car. They provide rides to or from work, I wish I knew that before hand. But that's a great service to have. I dropped off my car and they had it done the next day. Overall so far happy with the quality of work. I examined my car when picking it up and they fixed any small minor paint issues I found. It seemed to be a big deal that I wanted to see the car before I paid for it, but they went along with it anyway. I would use their services again. And I would recommend them for auto body work. They also give you a shirt or hat when you leave. read more

I don't usually do these, I'm all about the good vibes but I honestly will never work with them ever again. The amount of patience it takes to not go off on them. It's like the office people don't communicate with each other or something. The body shop did a good job on fixing my car after a whole month and a half! When it was estimated for 10 days. They couldn't even put the Hyundai sign back where it was, they completely missed it and it's completely obvious . Not only hat but once I got my car , it had paint splattered on the black parts of the car. They weren't detailed with that little stuff. They had more than enough time . I took my truck in and I was satisfied with the service I received. I didn't have to wait too long and my truck looks good.

My gf car been here a few time through insurance and every time it comes back from there something is always wrong. A bunch of broken tabs, missing bolts and screw, forgetting to plug in some plugs and now they did something to the alarm. Some plug for the alarm was hanging and now the car won't start. So they contact my gf for me to take down this review. Lol. It will be taken down when the issue gets fix. They say they don't have records of my gf car getting fix now lol. read more

My car was stolen, ended up getting pretty dented and beat up. Thankfully with insurance was able to take it into Francis Collision centre, ended up being really affordable! My car now looks absolutely brand new, pretty amazing how they were able to completely restore it to how it was before! All the way down to the new paint job that was done. I have used Francis Collision Centre for years now, for all of my repair needs and they used to be a very good shop. However, something has definitely changed over there now. I don't think it's a very good customer service if you want to stay in business today, for any shop to tell a returning customer that they will get a call back that same day, and then drop the ball several times... They also wanted to repair the bedside on my dually truck, which is shattered... I don't care if it is a hard to find parts, it actually needed to be replaced not patched up!!! I'm very disappointed with this shop and I will not be using them or referring them to anyone ever again. read more

My sister in law backed into my car. We went through her insurance and the insurance agent recommended that we take my car to an affiliated repair shop. I was hesitant at first because I'm OCD and only want the best shop to fix my baby. Eventually, I reluctantly agreed... Only because I was at work and wouldn't have had time to do my homework on which repair shop is the best in Fresno/Clovis. I took a big risk, but fortunately it worked out great. I took my vehicle in on 12/15/16 @ 1:30pm. The shop is located near Fresno and McKinley. It's not in the best area, but don't judge a book by its cover. Once I walked in, I was greeted right away by the front desk. I met the rental car agent and he got me a rental car set up right away. I met the insurance agent and he explained everything thoroughly. I was out the door with a rental by 1:50pm. Car was finished on 12/21/2016, but it was after 5pm, so I had to pick it up the next day. My wife and I both worked that day, but my wife was able to pick up the vehicle on her lunch break. Results. I am extremely happy with the results. I think they even washed my car. My biggest fear was that the paint wouldn't match the original paint, but it matched flawlessly. read more
