Despite our concerns, Dr. Sergienko repeatedly assured us that he was fine, gave him vaccines and eye drops, and sent him home. We kept pushing for answers, knowing something was seriously wrong. Eventually, I took him to an emergency vet, where they immediately told me he was dying and diagnosed him with FIP. Had Dr. Sergienko taken our concerns seriously and identified this earlier, Kylo could have been treated with life-saving medication and might still be with us today. I share this with you all not out of anger alone, but because we are heartbroken and devastated by the loss of our beautiful boy.

This is irresponsible bullshit. What about the first few weeks after our appointment? NOTHING? NO ATTEMPT TO REACH OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMER? Obviously our needs are not a priority for this place.

Recently, I was highly recommended Pinole Vet Hospital, and I'm so glad I decided to check them out. My dog had been itching excessively, so I booked an appointment online -- which was super quick and easy. Check-in was smooth, and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the vet tech and the doctor, everyone was wonderful. They genuinely seem to care about their patients, and that means everything. The establishment was clean and welcoming. The receptionist was professional. The exam was quick. They make you leave the room to pay the invoice while they prep the pet. They dont have laminated paper to show you the urns available....they make you go behind the desk and look at their screen and chose while there are people with their pets waiting.... awkward. Then, instead of taking you to a different area away from people and thier pets... they make you sit with them. My emotions seeing pets and owners leave together made me so sad and holding on to tears was so hard. They let you have as much alone time with your pet before they put them down. The process was fast but the vet was kind and nice with his words. They offered for me to stay for a while after. I had to leave the room, a crying mess... crossing all the people in the receptionist area to leave. My dog came back a week later. I guess you get what you pay for?

I couldn't not bring myself to have taken him to the vet office to put him down after his last visit, he was scared and knew in my heart if I had to put him down it would be at home where he grew up and spent his life. Dr Smith came a bit earlier but was very empathetic and comforting. He explained the process and made sure I knew I could take the time I needed. As we went through the process he explained to me and reassured he was fine. He was gentle and gave me alone time for me and my other pet to say goodbye. My Snoopy came home exactly a week after he was put down so I was very happy that the turn around time was fast. I also want to say thanks to the front office and the vet techs. The place seemed very busy and it seemed they were all working everywhere all at once and even then they were prompt and polite. I figured out how to use their hard to read fluids because I needed to save the money. But now ....true to form...they are rude upon rude. Truly obnoxious management. So sorry I have spent hundreds in this store. Avoid it. And go to a real vet for your shots and medical advice. Not this store.
