It's been our weekly routine for at least 2 years now to have Frankie's deliver a couple of pizza's to us every Friday night I have some allergies so mine has a gluten free crust and no tomato (I do a custom pizza) and they have never let me down. I really wanted to support Frankie's. I believe in supporting home town businesses as much as possible. However, the pizza is at best mediocre. The sauce is oddly sweet and the thin crust soggy. Not to mention the less than enthusiastic staff interactions and yelling by what appeared to be the shift manager, with no regard for customers at the counter. read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight at 6:15. Told it would be about 30-35 minutes. Great. At 7:25 I called to see where it was thinking they couldn't find my house. The girl on the phone then tells me, "oh well, we had a big order come in after yours so your pizza should be coming out of the oven soon." So my one pizza for me and my 3 kids got pushed aside for the big order. When I asked how long it would be before we got our pizza, the girl says "uhhh I don't really know. It should be out of the oven soon I think." THEN to top it off, when I finally got my pizza, I got a medium instead of a large! The most frustrating part of this was when I called, there was never an offer to throw in a soda or a few bucks off my next order. If anything, a phone call to let me know what's going on! I prefer to do business with local businesses because they typically have great service. So in short, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, got the wrong size delivered, and still had to make some diner for my kids. There are other local pizza restaurants in Snoqualmie/North Bend. read more

THE BEST PIZZA IN EAST KING COUNTY (TO GO). Frankie's Pizza is fantastic pizza, whether you choose traditional or gourmet. Unfortunately, it's pick up or delivery only, there's no dine-in. Don't fret. North Bend is all about the outdoors. If you are a visitor to North Bend, please feel welcomed and take your pizza to one of several great outdoor locations nearby: 1) The closest is Gardner Week's Memorial park. Stay on Main, go south one block and tail gate it right across from the Ace Hardware or spread out a picnic blanket under one of the huge trees. I don't remember seeing a picnic table there. 2) If you have kids - definitely Si View park. They've got a covered pavilion and a huge kids playing area with a fort and a climbing rock, a soccer field, basket ball hoops, etc. From Frankie's go east on Park St. and follow the brown signs (turn right on Healey, after the apartments, follow the curve to the left on Orchard), Si View is on your left. There's plenty of parking and restrooms. Afterwards, take a walk around the trail that goes all the way around the park. 3) If you have a dog along that needs to stretch his legs - Definitely go to Three Forks Off-Leash Dog Park - 39912 SE Park Street 98065 There's 8 acres of fenced-in area for your dog to play in, play chuck-it, toss frisbee, etc. There are several picnic tables for you to sit, eat your pizza and watch your dog. Free doggie bags, but no restrooms. 4) If you are after the best view of the whole valley - Take your pizza pie to Snoqualmie Point Park - 37580 SE Winery Road 98065. From Seattle, take exit 27 and take a right turn onto Winery Road and follow the road to the end. From Frankie's, there is no east-bound exit 27. Take North Bend way from North Bend, past the casino and under I-90. There's a covered pavilion and several good picnic benches. There are restrooms (and great hiking trails). Why not order ahead, relax and have the pizza delivered to the park? read more

I live in Seattle and I will literally drive the 40minute/30mile drive to North Bend for GOOD pizza. Work brought me out to North Bend and a coworker and I would get cravings for good pizza. We were told that Frankie's Pizza was the place to go.... 3+ years later, I'm still going back :) The food is consistent a soggy crust and the toppings and cheese are always loaded. Plus the service is great. Remember it's pick up or delivery--no sitting area unless it's in your car at a park nearby. read more

Awesome online ordering - very simple and clear with nice options for adding and subtracting ingredients. We ordered a gluten-free crust for our pizza and it was one of the better GF crusts I've ever eaten: thin and crispy, slightly chewy, but not dense and cardboardy like a lot of other GF crusts. My only complaint is it's a bit pricey but it's a tasty pizza for sure, fast delivery, and I REALLY appreciate the gluten-free options! read more

Really delicious pizza! I agree with others; this is the best pizza option in Snoqualmie Valley. A little pricey, but worth it. Order for delivery if you want your pizza in a timely fashion. I ordered online and showed up 20 minutes later for pick up. I was then told it wasnt ready yet. So I waited another 20 minutes while the staff seemingly were having a good time yelling and cussing at each other. Finally another young girl asked me what my name was and then proceeded to apologize and said it's been ready for awhile and says "it's still warm so that's good". We took a gamble when we needed some grub while moving into our house on the ridge in December and haven't even tried another pizza place since, and we order A LOT of pizza! 2. They're always within the exact time frame they say they will deliver. 3. The delivery drivers are always awesome, always! I was once waiting at a cross walk with my daughter/stroller in old Snoqualmie and after several cars kept driving, the Frankies car was the one to stop and let us cross the street! 4. Ordered our pizza online, paid for it online and requested 5:30 pick up. We arrived at 5:15 and not surprised it wasn't ready but gave them our name and date down to wait. They never even started our pizza until 5:30, now here it is 5:45 and still no pizza. No excuses, no apologies, and still didn't give the discount for the free breadsticks we were supposed to get by ordering online. We have been a Frankie's customer for years. I compare any other pizza against theirs, and few measure up. Pizzas are loaded with fresh and flavorful ingredients, but the sauce is what really sets the flavor. We just don't bother to get pizza anywhere else. The pizza is great IMO. People can say what they want but it's a consistent taste and decent prices. When it's delivered it does get expensive due to a delivery fee and tip. So I try to go pick it up. They are pretty fast. They have nice employees. read more

The pizza at Frankie's is just OK. I've had better and definitely had worse. The delivery time can be insane. I've Frankie's 3 times. Each time I was told that the pizza would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. Each time the pizza arrived 1.25 hours later. North Bend has some remote areas so I figure delivery time can be hard to estimate. The most recent order came almost two hours after ordering. After waiting one hour, I called and was told the pizza would be leaving in 10 minutes. Another 40 minutes later I called back and they told me the pizza had just left. 10 minutes later the delivery driver arrived. The first thing out of his mouth was "Doesn't anybody ever complain about the dogs barking constantly?" in a very rude manner. I noticed a neighbor's dog barking in the distance but wouldn't have noticed if he didn't mention it. He didn't say anything else during the transaction except "I guess the dogs don't have anything better to do all day". Obviously the guy was having a rough night, but he wasn't the one who just waited two hours to get a pizza delivered. Due to the long delay and the rude delivery driver, I won't order from Frankie's again. read more

Have ordered there many times and it's always good. Salads are pretty decent to. The Gluten free option is really nice and that is what we always order. The only other place that compares is the Snoqualmie Brewery and they don't do delivery. Have tried other places and I always prefer Frankie's for takeout or delivery. read more

The best pizza in the valley. It's obvious from the first bite that they use higher quality ingredients and the fact that I see the Charlie's produce truck delivering frequently. They've been awarded the best pizza in the valley pretty much every year for a reason. Another reason I love this place is because they donate pizzas to the local high school so the fans can get better concessions and make pure profits for the school. read more

For the most part, Frankie's is all the things you can expect from your standard dial-a-pizza fare. The menu is good and relatively cheap. The people answering the phones are professional and chipper. The best thing I can say is the current special the "recession buster" is a real bargain. 2 12" pizzas, 2-litre of soda and bread sticks for $22. Not bad. The pizza is better than domino's but not quite Garlic Jim's (but much cheaper). For North Bend, this is definitely the best pizza in town. read more

The pizza is excellent (5 stars) but the multiple negatives drop this place to a one star. The Issaquah Frankies location is 5 stars! I would rather drive farther and get what I ordered without the excuses or attitude. Cons: 1. Rude workers. I have called and the individual answered as if it was their personal phone. 2. Rude and unprofessional managment. If there is any issue, excuses are made without any apology. Ex: short staffed, busiest day ever (heard that more than once), the person is new and frazzled etc... 3. Very rare the food I ordered is the food I receive. If there is a mix up, they say that is what you ordered. Hmm.. pretty sure I know what I ordered. I hope someone at the North Bend location figures out how to fix their reputation. I know people who live in North Bend and they refuse to go there since they have had similar expefiences. read more
