Was not bad pizza. but the online ordering gave me drama so I just called. Must have gotten someone new? They had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for "not red sauce"(the pesto ranch or garlic white sauce are both menus items I see on their take home menu now)but they offered me pesto and I took it. They gave me one total when ordering and price at the counter was something else, didnt offer me any specials, which i then saw when i went in and wished I'd known about(breadsticks, etc) and when I first showed up for pick up they didn't recognize my name as having placed an order and had to narrow it down by what I'd ordered. The amount of chicken was sparse and the bacon was in really salty clumps not spread out well. Prolly will go back to Sahara's next time. But had to try it out. read more

Extremely unimpressed with this business. While they have the best pizza available to order for delivery, the customer service experience is pathetic. We called to order pizza tonight at 7:50pm. It's New Year's Eve and like many, our kids were staying up late and we thought ordering pizza would be a great way to party and bring in the new year. When we called, the first thing the lady mentioned was that there is an 1.5 hour delivery time due to high demand. We said "that's okay, we will be up for a while and we expected you to be busy" and the lady on the phone yelled to her co-workers "they still want to order" and reminded us of the long delivery time. Again, we were okay with it and she took our order. She then mentioned they were 5 minutes from closing and I immediately began to doubt her honesty as I feel she didn't want to take our order so they could close down early despite the supposed long delivery window. I was right! The delivery driver showed up 25 minutes later with the hottest pizzas we had ever received from them and told us we were the last order of the night. Besides hiring rude and selfish employees, I want to know why they wouldn't extend their hours on a busy pizza ordering night like New Year's Eve. Unfortunately we don't have great options for pizza delivery out in Snoqualmie and I will have to learn to like Dominos based on my experience tonight. read more

Pizza is ok and fast delivery but steep delivery fees don't leave much room for tipping the driver. Also last two occasions they forgot my additional toppings and specific requests for cheese (drivers should always have cheese and peppers at the ready). read more

Pizza tastes fine but their service is terrible. The first time, I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 30 min. I went in about 20-25 min and was told it wasn't quite ready (that's fine, I was early) so I waited... and waited... and waited. After about a half an hour in their little lobby with them consistently telling me it was a busy night and they hadn't gotten to my order yet, they finally realized they had given it away to someone else before I even arrived. They finally made a new one and then didn't even offer a coupon for next time or SOMETHING to acknowledge their mistake (free breadsticks? a couple dollars off? nope, nothing but a shoulder shrug). Decided to try them again but delivery this time (to Snoqualmie, so I expected a little longer wait than somewhere like Dominoes). Ordered at 6:13pm, told pizza would arrive around 45 min later. Called them at 7:25 and was told the driver had just left. Pizza arrived at 7:48pm. 1 and 1/2 hours for a lukewarm pizza just isn't worth it. read more

I've only had Frankie's once, while I was staying at some lodging in North Bend, but we really enjoyed it! The crust was just right, nice and soft, and the sauce was very flavorful and just a little bit sweet. Their driver and person taking the order were both very nice. If we had the chance, we would have Frankie's again the next time we're in town :) read more

I miss Frankie's Pizza. I lived in North Bend for 14 years and was my favorite pizza place. They have other locations ( North Bend, Maple Valley, Bonney Lake, Enumclaw, and Issaquah), but none close enough to me in Woodinville. I still stop by the restaurants when I'm in those towns and the pizza is still the best I've found. The crust is softer (like breadsticks), the sauce is perfect, and the other ingredients are high quality. I enjoy lots of pizza places, but this one is my favorite in all of Western Washington. Ask for their specials as they honor them over the phone, otherwise it can be a little expensive. (Avoid the Frankie's Pizza in Redmond, WA as it's not the same owners and it's not the same quality.) read more

Great pizza! I prefer a thinner crust pizza and if you do too. They only offer thinner crusts on all but their 18" size. They can over do the amount of sauce so make sure to specify heavy or light on the pizza sauce. I prefer less rather than more. Tip: Since They are the only pizza delivery in North Bend, I usually go in and order takeout rather than delivery because if they are busy and have a lot of deliveries you may get a warm soggy pizza. The pizzas are huge, the topping are generous and then some, and the quality is top tier. It is pricey but you truly get what you pay for at Frankie's so I have no complaints. I was helping a buddy move to this area last weekend.. What's better than pizza after a big move?! I headed down to pick up our pizzas around 7:45. I walked in only to be ignored by a girl who looked more occupied by her phone than assisting customers. There's a few reasons why I'm writing this review.. 1. I've never heard anything but good things about this business.. However, the service (lack of) I received by the first girl was appalling along with the conversations overheard between other staff members. You go to take-out to pick up your order and get out of there... The atmosphere was more of a Kardashian reality tv show... horrible. 2. **Positive**The pizza was easily the best I've ever had despite having to wait reason being "the kitchen staff forgot to make one of your pizzas" The Meat Si was irresistible! Delicious unique sauce. Crust is crispy and just how it should be. 3. Veronica I believe was her name is the only reason I can truly give them a full-star rating and my future business. She promptly came up to me after realizing the other employees lack of assistance and immediately apologized. She appeared embarrassed, stressed, and exhausted. But hey who wouldn't if you were running what looked like a damn daycare?!? I'm impressed by how professionally she handled the situation. She went above and beyond in giving me a refund certificate for the late pizza. read more

Their pizza is to die for! The lunchtime pizza by-the-slice is a real bargain (unless they're out, then I cry).

Use to love this place but between the price and wait time for a pizza I think this will be the last time ordering from here. I ordered a Large 3 topping (onions, peppers, tomatoes) pizza for delivery which came to $34 for one pizza, Crazy! Figured I'd give in since it was what the kids wanted for dinner. I called back after waiting 50 mins with no pizza (i live 1 mile from the place) when I was told it hasn't even been started yet and that it may be another 45 mins or so and I should probably just call back in 30-40 mins to check on the pizza. I always try to support local (or smaller franchise) businesses vs the mass chains (i.e. Dominos) but not sure $34 and a 2 hour wait is worth it. read more

this is the ONLY place my family likes to get pizza in town. it really is THE BEST pizza around. no joke. the lemon pepper chicken is almost a staple in our house. its wonderful flavor mix is light and satisfying. every pizza i've had from frankies was wonderful. to put a name on a favorite would be very difficult. classic pepperoni is hard to pass up though. this place is a great place to get your pizza for any occasion. great service, quick delivery and friendly faces. read more

I love Frankie's. They are very consistent in quality, delivery and always fresh. Boo ya!

We get Frankie's delivery often because the pizza is more like restaurant pizza than your average delivery pizza. They are liberal with the cheese, the toppings are fresh, and the crust is the perfect amount of dough with a nice crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Also, they have very good, large side salads with all the toppings like mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, etc. and they've always been fresh, not brown or wilted. BUT what really prompted me to write a review is that we are so amazed at how pleasant and polite their delivery drivers are. I'm not sure what it is, but no matter what age they are, regardless of what day or time it is, they have always been stellar and frankly, that's not often the case with delivery drivers. It may not seem like a huge thing, but I'll tell you that knowing we'll have a quality pizza, and someone delivering it who really seems to care about their job, keeps us coming back when we're hungry for pizza.
