We had some private tastings arranged for 8 of us on a Sunday from 930a and ended up returning at 830p. Frank was very understanding with us going 4 hours over on the time. He was so patient with my rambunctious family and he helped us carry the several cases of wine we purchased. Thanks to Frank with Franklin shuttle we had an amazing day of touring Sonoma wine country. Frank is very friendly and provides great service a great price. (his quoted price included tip and toll fees - there were no surprises). I was looking for a van or limo and driver to drive us to wine country and back from SF. I called many tour and limo companies until I came across Franklin Shuttle. His costs were by far more affordable and reasonable compared to other companies. The van itself is a very beautiful and spacious Mercedes Van (one does not see to many of these on the west coast). It has lots of leg room, and head room (enough for people to easily stand in). Frank also provides a cooler if needed. He arrived on time and his driving was very safe. He was able to easily accommodate changes we made to the plan, and had prepared by having the addresses and directions to the wineries we were going to to ready. Franklin Shuttle was fantastic! We used their two party buses to shuttle people for our wedding, and Frank and his team did an incredible job. They were punctual and professional! His price was also extremely reasonable. We had a very large group to shuttle, so we ended up having to hire three different shuttle companies to accommodate the group. One of the other shuttle companies took our guests to the wrong wedding and the other was much more expensive. Frank and his drivers took our group of Girl Scouts and parents to and from the airport and an event this past weekend and did it all on time, with patience, and were extremely helpful and courteous. Our plane was delayed by almost 3 hours, and he was still able to accommodate us and rush our large group over to Pier 33 so we didn't miss our ferry to Alcatraz! I would definitely call Frank again. The only transport you can trust to go up the winding road to Panoramic Hill. Franklin and his team provided professional service to our guests albeit a minor disconnect on the 1st shuttle pick up from the venue to the hotel (for guests with young children departing early). We had reserved a shuttle 3 months in advance of our trip to Napa and the morning of when we called the company we were met with a disconnected line and a permanently closed company that had given us no warning that they would not pick us up. We called Franklin Shuttle and he was able to come get us within an hour, took us to Napa and drove us around to all of the pre-booked activities we had planned. I checked the website for a quote from Dublin to SFO. It listed the price as $75 plus some $5 for extra passengers and $5 for each extra luggage piece beyond 2 per person. These JERKS are guilty of FALSE advertising! When I went to their site, the listed price for the trip I wanted to take was $69. When I actually called them, I was told straight out "Oh, the website is wrong, let me check the real price," and the guy quoted me $125, practically DOUBLE what they are advertising. I don't care what their service is like, I will never patronize an outfit that practices such deceptive, rip-off advertising tactics! read more

It was just o.k. They told us they'd be picking us up in a Mercedes Van. There were nine of us traveling together, two families, to Kauai. No such luck. I had read the good reviews and had hired Frank to shuttle about 20 guests from my wedding reception at the Presidio to a hotel downtown. This turned out to not be the greatest decision. The reception was going to end when the music had to be shut off at 11:30 and the plan that I had communicated with Frank was that the shuttle would arrive then and depart around 11:45 once guest had had the opportunity to say good byes and all that. At about 11:20 Frank (whom I'd never met) storms into the reception, introduces himself to nobody, and starts repeatedly yelling "shuttle's here, everybody in the shuttle, the shuttle is leaving right now." I think he started near the back of the reception and eventually came to the dance floor where we were about to start the last two songs we were planning on closing down the night with. Not wanting to be drunk and stranded in the middle of the Presidio at night, guest were literally scrambling to grab coats and wallets and keys while Frank is continuing to yell that "the shuttle is leaving right now." At this point we figured out what was going on and I tried to reverse course. I went up to Frank (while he continued yelling and moving quickly around the dance floor) and introduced myself. I told him that I thought we had agreed on an 11:45 departure to which he replied "but now I have a shuttle full of people outside and they're all waiting - what am I going to do with all these people?" I'm not really sure this was true and it wouldn't have been a problem if he had stuck to the original plan. This guy was in an extreme hurry and was rude and unprofessional. He gets two stars for safely getting the guests from point A to point B but everything else was not so great. Bizarre. I guess we'll have to get all our friends and family together for a drunken singalong to "Just a Friend" some other time. read more

Frank provided shuttle service for our wedding at the Interfaith Chapel and Golden Gate Club in the Presidio. He transported guests to and from The Mark Hopkins in Nob Hill. I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Everything ran on-time. During the reception he kept a shuttle open in front of the Golden Gate Club with someone standing in front to receive guests as they wanted to leave. We found Frank's information online and booked a trip in the Mercedes Sprinter to a Napa winery for a group of 8 girls on a bachelorette party we had in San Francisco. Everything ended up going absolutely perfectly - 1.) Frank sent me the estimate by email in writing (that was great, I hate when companies avoid doing this) and clearly laid out gratuity, 2.) He proactively confirmed the details with me prior to the big day, 3.) The driver showed up on schedule at our hotel, 4.) The driver dealt with 8 very rowdy girls playing music the whole trip, 5.) The driver stayed the whole time we were at the winery and basically jumped forward in his vehicle when he saw us leaving the entrance, 6.) We were able change the estimate for the number of girls we were bringing, and then were able to jump back to the original estimate when we realized one of the girls wasn't going to show, 7.) The driver dropped us back at a different site for lunch that was 4 blocks from our original destination point. All in all, totally hassle-free, wonderful service, and a driver who talked when you wanted to talk, but was quiet and let you do your thing. Frank and his team get a lot of points for being RESPONSIVE (he took multiple calls from me prior to the date at different odd hours of the day), EFFICIENT (no problems w/the actual trip), and FAIR (very easy to revert back to our original estimate once we realized we didn't have the full number of girls we were expecting). This is a wonderfujl service and I would recommend it highly to anyone who would like to take a day trip to Napa or any of the areas surrounding SF. read more

I called to get a quote for airport transportation. After that I asked them if they would accept the Yelp deal of $85 for $100. They refused to honor it saying it's for a wine tour only. When I told him that the deal says nothing like that, the person on the phone said they cannot accept it as their pricing is already discounted.
