Big biscuit breakfast. It's easily 3 meals!

I haven't been to Franks A Lot since I moved away from Waterford. But I had a dentist appointment in Waterford this morning, so I decided to go after my appointment. I noticed that the menu was new and that they now have biscuits ALL the time! I ordered the Big Biscuit breakfast, but I sure didn't expect it to be as big as it was -- it's easily enough for 3, possibly 4 meals! There were 2 large biscuits split open & covered with sausage gravy (Mmmm!) along with eggs and a generous serving of hash browns. I ate maybe 1/3 of it, which means I have lunch for the rest of the work week!

Corned Beef hash and eggs were so good. My boyfriend loved the Franks alot omelette!! Affordable and a 2 min drive!! Great food. Will come back for sure.

Breakfast biscuit sandwich with potato pancakes. Yum!! Biscuits made fresh each day!!

(overdue) Review of the amazing food we had when visiting in August. So yummy!! Everything our table ordered had so much flavor, large portions and arrives so soon after ordering. Yum! The service was top notch, prices are extremely affordable and the food is OH SO GOOD!! We'll be back on our next trip over!

I'm unimpressed with the food at Franks A Lot. I had the Kentucky Hash breakfast. It was, more or less, pig slop. The "hash" wasn't hash at all. It was hash browns with bits of ham. The sausage gravy was bland and had a nauseating gelatinous texture. On the other hand, the coffee was quite good for diner coffee, and I'm a whole bean grinding French Press using coffee snob. Moreover, the restaurant was small and cramped.

Excellent amount of food for the price, great restaurant. Haven't had a bad item off the menu yet. Would 10/10 recommend for a bite to eat.

My wife and I ate here after having a splendid breakfast many months ago we thought we would return for dinner. They sat us by the bar there was no one else in the restaurant not sure why we had to sit next to the bar. We had other customers standing at the bar with her faces with their butts in our faces There were so many other better seats I should've said something but I didn't. We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, which on the picture it showed seven when it showed up there were only five mushrooms. What was missing the most was crab meat it was a literally a bunch a shake on top of barely stuffed mushroom. Mostly fancy sauce and a ton of bread crumbs to hide the lack of crab....for $17! My wife ordered a sandwich which she enjoyed I think it was a Reuben made out of turkey and I ordered a signature Smash burger. We both ordered french fries that looked like they had been sitting in the basket most of the day because they were cold, and we're starting to shrink from sitting out. By the time we were done, my bill was $90 after tipping the waitress paying their 3% rip off fee. We both were expressing discontent as we left through the parking lot. It has been a while since I had breakfast there, which I never read them for and would've given them a five for that but this menu was not that menu.

From the moment…read moreyou walk in, it's clear this isn't just another café--it's a place that genuinely cares about quality, freshness, and community. The portions are incredibly generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the ingredients truly stands out. I love that much of their produce comes directly from Eastern Market, so you know everything is fresh. They also proudly display their breads, which come from Crust in Fenton. You can even purchase a loaf to take home, which I thought was such a wonderful touch. It's refreshing to see a locally owned, women-owned business supporting other local businesses. The homemade soups are outstanding. The chicken noodle soup was so delicious that I actually ordered a second serving--which is something I never do. The Italian sandwich is, without question, the best I've ever had. I especially appreciate that you can order it either grilled or cold, depending on your preference. The service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They happily work with reasonable dietary requests, which I always appreciate. The restaurant itself is spotless. I've dined in countless restaurants over the years, and I always notice cleanliness. I honestly couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. One of the things that impressed me most was seeing the owners actively working alongside their staff. They're present, engaged, and willing to jump in wherever needed. My favorite saying is, "Teamwork makes the dream work," and Sisters Cafe is a perfect example of that philosophy in action. If you have room after your meal, don't skip the bakery case. The display of fresh baked goods is enough to make your mouth water. Next time, I'm definitely planning to save room because that Birthday Cake Muffin has my name written all over it. Everyone at Sisters Cafe seems genuinely happy to be there--whether they're working or enjoying a meal. The restaurant stays busy, and after eating there twice, it's easy to understand why. They've clearly discovered the secret ingredient to success: exceptional food, outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a true commitment to supporting their local community. I can't wait to go back!

It's conveniently not far from his house, so it made for an easy stop, and we're both really glad we decided to give it a try. Right when we walked in, the vibe stood out. The place is really nicely decorated with a cool, welcoming atmosphere that just makes you feel comfortable right away. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always goes a long way. Shoutout to our waitress--unfortunately I can't remember her name, but it was actually her first day, and she absolutely crushed it. Super attentive, kind, and on top of everything. You would never guess she was brand new. Food-wise, I ordered the American breakfast sandwich (I think it might've gone by a different name before), and it was fantastic. Everything was just right--the eggs were fluffy, the sausage was flavorful, and the lettuce and tomato added a fresh touch that pulled it all together. Every bite hit. My buddy kept it simple with eggs, toast, and tomato slices, but even that looked really good--the tomatoes especially looked fresh and delicious. Overall, great service, great food, and a really cool atmosphere. Hands down, I'll definitely be back.

With the place already booming. They planted plenty booths in this little place and made it not feel claustrophobic by treating everyone like family and checking in consistently with each table. We came in for breakfast right before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The coffee was good, and the waiters kept it hot and full at all times. My daughter ordered the kids pancakes with sausage and a strawberry fruit bowl. These pancakes were huge! I could fill up on a kids plate of pancakes, no problem. Especially if only $6.79. My partner and I both ordered skillets. He ordered the protein skillet loaded with turkey protein, turkey sausage and deli turkey. He got 2 eggs scrambled and Mixed with Onion, pepper, spinach and mushroom on top of perfectly cooked hash browns. He ate the food in record time. I got the Greek Town Skillet, with gyro and chicken. Accompanied With tomatoes, spinach, red onion and feta cheese with my two sunny side up eggs over hash browns. With the side of taziki, it brought everything together wonderfully. I haven't had hashbrowns executed this nicely in years ... Super impressed with execution and quality of ingredients. The portions are definitely worth the price and they have so many different things to choose from on the menu. Also daily specials that change consistently!! Make sure to check the dry erase board to the right as you enter. I missed out on churro's French toast. But I can't wait to come back to try more dishes.
