Each time, he never showed up, and he never called or texted to let me know he wasn't coming. My husband is currently traveling, leaving me at home with my daughter without a working vehicle. I have now spent nearly a week waiting for him to follow through on his repeated promises and am forced to look for someone else to repair my car. I understand that schedules can change and emergencies happen. However, repeatedly making commitments, failing to keep them, and not having the courtesy to call or send a quick text is unacceptable. Some of the packages are cheap but honestly, I could have washed my car myself. I asked the guy can he vacuum the inside (which was in the package I purchase) I had to vacuum right after he did it because it was skimpy as hell. My car isn't filthy but I at least want it to look like I paid to get it cleaned. Once I went through the cycle, I ended up cleaning my car again. There was lots of debris still on the outside.
