When i got my car back they put 5w 30 oil in my car, Engine and owners manual says 10w 30 oil. When i got in my car it did not start. Jeffery asked that i get my car off his lot cause he did nothing wrong to my car. He refused to take resposibility. Please no one go there. They do service contract for the car dealer cheverlet across the street. A regular customer trying to get a good oil change will get the same difunctional service as did. Let me just say that I've been coming here for YEARS and have spent thousands since I had another car that I serviced. It's been convenient and most of the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Today, I had a different experience. First off, the guy at the front (I won't say any names) is rude. It takes nothing to say hello back to someone who came in and said hello. Anyway, came in to do a battery replacement. Everything was done and as I was walking to the office, I see my car....left UNATTENDED WITH THE HOOD UP and my car still running for several minutes. He just left it there like that. I walked to the office (hood was still up). Stood there waiting to get my bill and keys (hood still up) Mind you...it's a rainy day. This kid was negligent with my property. I don't know if me being a woman alone made that acceptable but it's not. Big or small job, it's business and you treat everyone's property and them with respect. Then after seeing my car left on with the hood up, I make them aware of it and then I paid and left. As I was driving, my USB/anti theft system was not working. Screen blank. Not only was he negligent with my property....he didn't finish the job. You have to reboot the anti theft system for that and the USB/screen controls to work. I was more than willing to tip the guy since I know they don't make much on batteries but after that experience, no. You don't just put a battery in...you need to reboot the system. Today was EXTREMELY disappointing and needless to say, I will go elsewhere from now on. Maybe give JJ a bit more training.

They sensed my family was nervous and found a mismatch tire that would get us home safer than what we rolled in on. 25 minutes and four ice cold waters later we were on our way for a modest sum. Joe was off to ravioli dinner with his mom and Vic to his adult kids. They took care of us like they knew us for years... even after they learned we were from Boston! They did their best and I even went to another shop and still the issue was not remedied... Then a local body shop received my online request for (high speed balancing / road force..) They suggested me to visit R&R Auto Repair.. In less than an hour, not only was I treated kindly, but so was my Vehicle..!!! Raj and Ram took my car, put it on the lift and when it touched the ground it was like skating on ice.. The car was solid as a rock. Prior to getting it serviced, there was a clunking noise and the ride was very bumpy, especially over pot holes. Now when I drive it, the sound is gone, and it's the smoothest ride ever! Sals also identified a leaking rubber piece as well as an issue with my engine mount which they replaced; I otherwise would have never known. They got the entire job done in less than 2 business days so turnaround was terrific. The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I will certainly be back for future maintenance.
