Karbach Brewing was one of these breweries that were on this lengthy but steadily diminishing brewery list of mine. The beer that we had was a Kölsch beer by the name of Love Street. The flavor features to enjoy with this kölsch is a naturally sweet flavor along with a clean presence as well as a finish. The beer gives a slight warming feeling and is smooth in body. It's also very light bodied so not out of the realm of possibility of having more than one while hanging out. A very solid beer overall.

Unsatisfactory Experience at Frank's Grill - Disappointed Longtime Customer I'm deeply disappointed in my recent experience at Frank's Grill in Houston. As a longtime customer, I expected the same welcoming service and quality I've received in the past. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my most recent visit. Upon receiving my meal, I noticed it did not meet my expectations. I politely addressed the issue with the manager and simply requested to exchange the dish for something else, without having touched the food. Rather than offering a solution or showing any empathy, the manager responded with rudeness and unprofessionalism. She insisted that because the food had been cooked, I had to keep it--regardless of my dissatisfaction. When I expressed, calmly and respectfully, that I was unhappy with the service and just wanted something more suitable, the manager escalated the situation by refusing to provide any further service. To make matters worse, she made an inappropriate and offensive comment, stating, "It's people like y'all who cause problems" and "you people are the problem." This was especially disheartening as I was there with my family, celebrating our retirements--myself, my mother, and my uncle are all proud retired veterans. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. My family, understandably upset, decided we should leave. I will no longer be returning to this location. It's clear that customer service and respect are not valued by the current management. You also get a chiabatta bread with butter or you can ask for Olive Oil. The Shrimp Fra Diabalo was spiced perfectly, large shrimp and mussels over linquine, my friend had the Chicken Francese with pasta on the side. A huge portion of food, but very delicious. Frank's is a local tradition. Everyone in this area has eaten here at one time or another. It's just a small dinner that has good food, nice portions and good service.
