The biggest complaint is that we order the pre-fixe Valentine's menu which came with an appetizer, ribeye, and molten cake. They kept forgetting to bring appetizer and brought it out after we were almost through eating our main course. Then they brought our checks & didn't come back for 20 minutes, and NEVER brought the dessert. We finally signed our credit cards and left. Would not come back here again. As far as the food, the tuna bite appetizer was great. The rest of our meals were mediocre and lacked flavor. Third time coming, third underwhelming experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating so I appreciate that, but food just disappoints. Friend wanted to watch the World Cup so we came here and I kept it simple with a Caesar salad, that was not only drenched in dressing ugh but it promised prosciutto and instead really it's was tiny mini pieces of crunchy baked or air fried prosciutto. Not the same... a warning would have been nice. They have a great menu - health conscious options along with brunch/lunch options. I ended up getting the prosciutto Benedict. Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite meals so I decided to get that. They put the eggs on this massive Texas toast like bread. To be honest it was a bit much but the bread was well seasoned. Upon entering with my spouse in a wheelchair we were met by a waiter with the stretched ear holes who gave us a look like he didn't want to be bother and pointed to a table close by. We took our seats and waited, He passed us two or three times without asking if we needed water or any kind of drink. He finally decided to place menus on the table but took off ...we waited some more until I gave up and waved over a young man who looked like management and he apologized and assigned a nice waitress to help us. The place only had about 25% of the tables sat but our server didn't bother to check in. There was a table on the other side of the half wall (right next to us) that must have been a previous employee as a few of the servers popped over to chat with them. But our server, she just stood there and talked, talked, talked. Never once checked how our food was, never once asked for a refill (we did get a refill, because I asked someone else - but I could have definitely used a 3rd...). And after sitting with our plates pushed out to the edge of the table to indicate we were done eating, after about 7ish minutes we just walked to the host stand and the manager grabbed our check. Again, usually I am 5/5 with this spot as the food is amazing and service has always been spectacular, but tonight was definitely a miss. And it was just disappointing because we could literally make eye contact with our server while she chatted up this other table without even coming over to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Came here for a work lunch with a group of coworkers. The day was beautiful so we decided to sit outside. They have a really nice covered patio area that is perfect for when the weather is nice. Our group of 5 was immediately greeted after sitting down and our drink orders were promptly taken. We shared the hand-cut parmesan fries to start. They were nice and hot when they came out and also super crispy. They probably lasted a total of 3 minutes on the table before they were all gone. For my entrée I ordered the grilled salmon with wedge and orzo pasta salad. This is perfect for those who cant choose what to eat since it has everything. The salmon was super good along with the sauce it came with and the salads. I also really loved the portions! Not huge portions but also not small portions...they were just right! Everyone else at my table really enjoyed the food as well as the service. We were there during our lunch break and we were able to be in and out in an hour and half.
