He quickly went to the hardware store, got the new part and replaced it. He also snaked my line clear. He knew that I had low income and took care of my Mom so he charged me the least amount that he could. He didn't charge me for labor. I was very greatful. He explained that the entire pipe and garbage disposal were very old and worn and would eventually need to be replaced and he suggested how to get it done for the least amount.
