I had meant to post this review a couple of weeks ago after our deep cleaning, now we have had the initial deep cleaning, and the next regular cleaning. I cannot say enough good things about both of the crews that we have had. The initial walk-through to discuss the house, needs, timing, pricing, etc. was straightforward. I received a written estimate via email later that day. First, the deep cleaning team. They found dirt and grime in places I didn't even know to check.... It was honestly a little embarrassing how dirty the house was especially a high in places we don't get to clean often. I have never seen a group of women work so hard for so long in my life. My house was left sparkling and smelling fantastic. Veronica took the lead with the deep cleaning and is such a nice person and a hard worker. Thank you! We had our first regular cleaning today, crew of three cleaners came in and fanned out each taking care of their respective areas. One day I get a text at 8:30am from someone other than my normal contact. She "informs" me that the crew is coming at 9am. I text her back that that doesn't work. Need them to come at their regular time of 11:30am. The crew shows up at 9am and I send them away telling them to come back at 11:30. They didn't come at 11:30. At 3:30 my bell rings and it's the team. I asked them where they were at 11:30, but no answer (don't speak much English). After that they never came or called again. This was all very unprofessional. Then I started thinking about how well my house was cleaned and decided that I should have sent them packing months ago. How does a team of 4 clear a 2200 square foot house in 45 minutes? The answer: they don't. There were lots of shorts cuts taken like: -Cleaning my wood blinded by closing them and wiping them from side to side while banging then on one wall then the other. - Taking my sponge with soap in the handle and sticking it in the sink's drain/garbage disposal. - Placing items normally on the floor on the bed (I.e.: rugs, trash can, etc.). -Washing the wood floors with the same dirty mop all the way out the front door - never rinsing it out once. I have had four wonderful women who are with Frasers Housekeeping and who are the best I've had in 30 years of hiring housekeepers. The owner Heather is also very responsive when I've talked to her. I've had them for 3 plus years now. They smile, are very energetic and thoughtful and clean my house so perfectly. And I'm quite particular about my house. One of the women even knows how to fold fitted sheets just like Martha Stewart. The four show up together and it's great to have four of them complete the tasks much faster than one person. I definitely come home to a cleaner house and I appreciate that they take my dirt and grime away. All the girls are cheerful and very sweet. Loved that! But, I gave 2 stars because I noticed that random areas were always untouched (ex: the baseboards in one bathroom would be cleaned, but not the other bathrooms; the tabletop would be cleaned, but the legs would still be dusty; the mirrors would be cleaned, but not the windows) My breaking-point was when one girl used a damp dirty rag that reeked of mildew to wipe down the mirrors and then turned around to clean my TV with the same rag. I'm not sure if this is common practice for this team, but I assumed that rags were swapped out between houses and not used on multiple surfaces that require different types of cleaners. As a client, I don't know if the rags used to clean my kitchen surfaces were the same rags used to clean the bathroom of the previous house. But, I do know that they don't use bleach, so I can't trust that germs aren't spreading from house to house. Even though I believe in loyalty, I can't justify $300/mo. Sorry but I will have to find a new cleaning team. read more

Don't waste your time on this house cleaning company!! Started out with very poor management, didn't show up as scheduled, another time was over 3 hrs late, etc. There is a huge problem with the cleaning staff having a definite language barrier and not understanding what was needed after explaining and showing them preferred products, preferred methods of cleaning, etc. Most everything that we asked them to do or not to do was done and not done after detailed explanations. We have a small home and having 4 cleaners come in at the same time is WAY to many people who just got in each other's way, that's when accidents happen. They came in and were gone in 45 minutes, NOT enough time to properly clean a home of any size. Personally I think they were over loaded, overwhelmed and over worked with so many houses to do in 1 day. They overlooked a lot of things that should have been cleaned, there was no attention paid to any kind of detail work at all. We were totally unhappy with the service and did not get much feedback or a response from the owner Heather at all. We asked her to stop by to discuss the service and she never had time, so what does that tell you? There are plenty of great house cleaners out there....do yourself a favor and look for someone who is reliable, dependable and who most definitely cares about theirs clients satisfaction and will actually clean your home as it should be. read more
