After finally getting the drain plug off, it was obvious it had been tightened with an impact, making a simple job way harder and I couldn't remove the washer. Honestly, it felt almost malicious. I noticed who did the previous oil change from the service sticker still on the windshield, which is why I'm leaving this review. It's frustrating knowing my sister- and brother-in-law trusted your shop for something as basic as an oil change and may not be able to feel that same trust going forward. Do better.

He seemed to be reserved in nature, but the customer service was amazing!!! He offered to reset my oil, notification light, but I declined so that he could assist customers that we're waiting after me. Terrible experience I went in to have 3 tpms sensors…read morereplaced with my sensors An oil and filter change (8 quarts) with my oil and filter I supplied (2 5 quart jugs) And a tire rotation So first problem they dismounted tires to replace sensors and didn't re balance tires afterwards. Second problem they put 10 quarts of oil in my engine Severely over filling it and wasting two $20 (each) quarts of oil. Next they pull my truck out I go to pay and see one of the three tpms sensors I gave him on the counter so I asked if they replaced all three and salesman Robert tried to convince me I gave him 4 sensors and they replaced all 3 but unfortunately they couldn't activate them do to them using an autel tpms tool (all lies) I went outside and asked the tech and he said he only replaced 2 sensors and this is when I realized the tires weren't rotated either so literally everything I requested and paid for was either done incorrectly or just not done at all and then to be lied to on top of everything else by the "salesman Robert" I was less than happy. Luckily another tech Brandon stepped in and took care of everything the way it should have been done to start with, he installed the 3rd TPMs sensor rotated the tires and and activated the TPMs sensors he was polite and helpful and the only good thing about this place. Also while waiting inside I overheard Robert quote a woman $650 to replace rear brake pads on her car because the pads were getting close to needing replaced lol (highway robbery) This guy Robert is a joke and needs to go back wherever he came from I assume used car sales or calling people about a warranty that's expiring soon.

Prices are reasonable, and they are NASCAR fast. They present the facts, and allow you to make an informed decision. My husband brought his car in for an oil change and was told he needed to replace his sway bar links to fix a popping/clicking sound. They quoted **$800** for the repair. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. Another shop took a look and found that the sway bar links were perfectly fine. The real issue? **Midas hadn't tightened the brake calipers properly** during a previous brake job, which caused the noise. The other shop fixed it at no charge beyond what we requested. It's frustrating to be told we needed an expensive repair that wasn't necessary--especially when it turns out it was caused by Midas' own incomplete work. We won't be returning.

There was little wait time for me to get into a bay and the service attendants were very friendly and accommodating. They scanned the bar code for my car, checked my air and cabin filters and recommended services. They were thorough and communicated well with each other to ensure the right parts were put on the car and the oil i wanted was put into the car. They double checked everything after the oil change was done to make sure all parts were put on correctly and the vehicle wasn't leaking oil.
