My daughter and I went for a girls' night out at The Old Spaghetti Factory, and she absolutely loved it. The service was excellent -- very attentive and friendly. She ordered spaghetti and really enjoyed her meal. I had the chicken Alfredo, which I found a little bland, but everything else was good. The nice touch is that meals include a scoop of spumoni or vanilla ice cream, which made it feel like a complete experience. Overall, it's a great spot for families, especially with kids -- fun atmosphere, good service, and a nice treat at the end.

haven't been since a kid in KC sad it closed same ole timey decor and atmosphere. Hannah our waitress was amazing. ordered meat lovers treat and kids tortellini. Food tasted great only complaint was lack of marinara kinda stingy and the meatballs were dense and dry, but good dipped in the alfredo lol oh and the spumoni ice cream yumm

A bunch of my co workers and I came here before a concert at the factory and it was perfect. We had a group of 10 so we made a reservation. When we got there we were seated right away. The waiter came up and got our drinks order very quickly. To eat I got the lobster crab ravioli and it came with a salad and dessert. With the salad I got the creamy pesto dressing and it was delicious. The ravioli was also very good and was the perfect amount. For dessert I got the spumoni. This was my favorite part! This was the perfect place to come for our big group where we could get in and out (1.5 hours) with plenty of time to get to our concert.

In the past we have always visited the Old Spaghetti Factory in downtown St. Louis. We opted for this location as it was closer to our travel destination. We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes early. Several groups walked in after us, without reservations, and were seated before us. It wasn't a huge deal, but we only had a group of 2 and these groups had 3-5. Our server was attentive and pleasant. The Factory Punch was more sweet than anything else, I didn't really taste the sour hint in it at all. The spinach dip was delicious and paired excellently with the grilled bread. We were provided with a complimentary loaf of bread which was warm. There wasn't anything really good or bad to say about it. I paid an additional $2 to add a meatball to the side. The meatball was a good size and warm, but somewhat lacked in flavor. The entree I chose was spinach and cheese ravioli. The first couple of bites I had I did not enjoy. However, once I wiped away the marinara sauce they put on the ravioli I did enjoy it. We ended dinner with the complimentary ice cream, which was delicious as always. The cheesecake was also quite good and a very large slice, well worth the $9.

Came for lunch. Did the math and ordered a dinner portion and took half home. The calamari I hadn't had here before. It's inoffensive. Light, crispy batter, not chewy. But ultimately forgettable. Salad was nice. Bread was nice. The mizithra with browned butter is my usual, and I went for the added version down in the Manager favorite section. I wasn't a huge fan of the mix ins. I'll stick with plain next time. Spumoni is always great. My server, Mady, was excellent. My only real complaint is that there were things stuck on my wine glass. Not from the area I drank from, so I ignored it. The decor is lovely and takes me back to eating at Spaghetti Factory as a kid. Rich fabrics and woods, and the trolley, of course.

Decided to have a family lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Chesterfield, MO. I was very disappointed. The salad did not hit on my taste buds. Of the 4 entree's, the 2 Spaghetti with Meat Sauce was dry, the Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce was served with burnt mushrooms. The Spaghetti with Mizithra Cheese was decent. The Italian Sausage was tasty. Asked the server for fresh mushrooms to replace the burnt once and after 20 minutes, I realized the cook was not going to deliver. If I decide to come back, I hope to have a better experience. Note: The cook knew the mushrooms were burnt when he placed them on the dish to be served. The quality of the food I rate 54 out of 10 because of the cook.

Went here for my birthday and enjoyed the browned butter Mizithra cheese pasta. WOW! Had an Italian cream soda (Halloween themed) in a keepsake glass and Spumoni was fantastic, as expected. Service was quick, friendly, and easy going. The trolley car (with seating inside) was very interesting decor as well as the extra large street lamp-like lights, and stained glass windows. Just as delicious and exciting as I remember from when I was a child.

I had an amazing time at The Old Spaghetti Factory. I loved the decor. There's antique furniture and a trolley where you can sit and eat the delicious food. Speaking of food, everything was amazing. I'm ecstatic that they brought back the Chicken Picatta that has been gone since covid. There was a limited menu. I highly recommend this dish. The broccoli was good but normally it's better. There's usually more down butter. A portion where I tasted the butter was excellent. I usually can get some extra from the serving plate. That was missing. The Sangria was one of the best that I've enjoyed. The service was great. It was late evening and she was very attentive and didn't rush me.

Neither of us had been here, but a friend recommended we go. It was on my list of restaurants to try so I was more than happy to go! We were served by Shannon. Shannon had such a wonderful sense of humor telling my husband no phones or watches at the dinner table he also kept the bread coming. Like I said, it was a full house so we were eating bread for a while. It was so worth the wait though. My husband got the benedito's farfalle since his favorite pasta is bow tie and I ordered the Rigatoni alla Nino. Mine was delicious and the perfect amount of spicy. The salmon was UGH. Chef's kiss, but my husband's order? I WOULD GET THAT TOO. He ate two baskets of bread though. Lucky for me. I told him he better ask for the rest of his to go because it will have my name written all over it! I was so close to finishing mine but alas, I was too full. Luckily not full enough because we got this dessert. This secret dessert lol what a show. It was made at our table. (I love when restaurants do this) it looked like vanilla bean ice cream with amaretto, a sauce I couldn't tell what that was, and sliced almonds. I am sure I'm missing other ingredients but HOLY COW. Everyone in the restaurant was staring. It was quiet the show. I was scared my hair would go up in flames but he's a pro. That would not happen. The first visit but certainly not the last. We will be back and we will be bringing everyone we know!

Felt odd and then had to share later because she was busy when they arrived. The sticky floor was a bit distracting while walking to our table. Food took awhile to come out. They were busy but not swamped (so it seemed). The food was good. Tortellini was one of the better ones I've had. The veal chop was good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. All in all - would return and would recommend. Just don't be in a hurry.

The food will be very familiar from the perspective that everything we had was excellent. We started with calamari, and to our surprise there were also a small group of onion straws on the plate. We then moved on to the Napoli salad, it is as described on the menu...crisp, and appropriately dressed. Then we had the special pizza of the evening, it was a black garlic base (not strong) with mushrooms and burrata on top - delicious. We also happen to be sitting next to the area with the pizza oven - a must see if you are there. We did sit inside, but outdoor seating was available. What might not be so familiar, but I thought was great, was a more casual atmosphere, and decor, I would classify is as upscale casual. Our server was very pleasant, the only thing that surprised me was the time in between courses seemed a bit longer than expected, but that gave my friends and I a chance to catch up. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I will be back!!
